Think you are making a mountain of molehill. Their pro features continue to be free and we have no loss in functionality since first purchased lifetime subscription. Give them some time to work out their plans to make it sustainable in future. They can’t just make everything free - their business would shut down and we would all be losing a useful product. I am a legacy pro lifetime user as well. As long as my pro features remain and i keep getting support for new OS, I am satisfied

So I finally got my Mac M1 and here is my feedback I downloaded the latest version of enpass from their website. Everything is working fine including the safari extension and autofill. No issues to report. one quirk is that upon reboot the main enpass app window opens and asks me to use Touch ID to unlock it. Upon doing so it unlocks and I am good to go previously upon startup the main enpass window never showed up. Only on using the app it would ask to enter Touch ID or master password. How do I get back that behavior please where enpass window doesn’t upon ok it’s own upon startup thanks

You can cut down your snide remarks. You were falsely claiming that chrome books are not supported by Enpass. I posted to say that I have chrome os and chrome and that combination absolutely works with enpass and it’s autofill service.

I have chrome book and enpass works well with autofill solution using the enpass android app and enabling it on accessibility. Your problem is something else

What is Enpass Ultimate, Superb or Diamond package? I haven’t seen that anywhere on their website

While this may appear sinister, note that this is in the industry norm. I have the lifetime premium membership of Dashlane due to being an early adopter. Very soon after, they classified me as a “pre 2.0” premium customer still giving me lifetime sync but making all their new features only for paying premium members. So this is not out of the ordinary. Atleast Enpass has committed to saying that Pro users will keep getting enhancements and new features as well in future (not all but some). I rather enpass gets more paying customers to keep their business running rather than they shut down and leave us all behind with nothing.

They have launched a new premium service which is different from Pro service. Both 2FA and breach monitoring are premium services and all users (including pro) would have to pay extra recurring fees for these two premium services

Good point - hope they do that though i figure a lot of people (like myself) use the keyboard shortcuts and keep the app icon hidden from the dock

I am using Enpass on Big Sur - works with no issues

iCloud works but i have found google drive to be more reliable for syncing

I didn’t come across many that fail, but those that do should get reported so the developers could fix them. I would suggest you list down the websites where autofill failed please

Hi - on the back of your advice, I changed my sync from iCloud to google Now when I go to enpass portable, and give it authorization to sync via google - i get the below screen (attached). I click on copy, and immediately after that EnPass portable which is open - shuts down on my Mac What am I doing wrong?

Happening the ame to me too 1. I downloaded the latest enpass portable file 2. When trying to load the backup file ending with *.enpassbackupdb generated by auto saving of vault by the desktop app, it get the internal error -995 Please help
