Cloud Sync

Dear all, upon trying to sync with my existing OneDrive backup from the desktop application 6.0.4 (268), I receive the error message "Something went wrong while syncing to OneDrive. Error code: 504035". Until c. 2 days ago, this was not the case. AppvnI already tried resetting the sync and resetting the sync including deletion of the backup on OneDrive. Does not make a difference, though, I still get the same error message. How can I set up the sync again? Thank you and regards, SHAREit

What if my computer and mobile gets reset same time and my cloud password is saved in Enpass. How am i suppose to access my cloud backup? When i think of that situation it scares me badly. Enpass Individual subscription is just fee for the software but there is no ease of mind. I have premium subscription which cost everyone 21.49 Euro yearly which does not have any cloud storage so if we are paying just for an offline password manager with so called security then why don't we just use keepass? it also comes with several plugins to sync with cloud. what makes enpass so special? If I edited a website login via the desktop app when my computer was not connected to the internet, then someone later edited that same website login, via a different 'online' device. What would Enpass do to resolve the differences, between the vault on my computer and the vault in my cloud, when my computer was back online? As the two vaults are now different, does it simply overwrite the entire vault on my computer with the newer 'cloud sync' vault (replacing the changes I made on my computer) or will it merge changes/additions if they are different? Today I got a new device, it is a surface pro 7. One of the first things I do when I got a new device is installing enpass on it. This time i get an error when I try to restore my data from OneDrive. When I try to authentificate, this error appears: First of all, I thought it was the browser, but i wasn't. I cleared the cache of my web browser. I tried to install enpass in version 6.6.0. Can you help me fixing this error?

After Update to MacOS 11.2 the dropbox-sync doesn't work. I have disconnect the sync and tried to connect again then everytime the message: "Could not verify your credintials. Please log in again to sync your data." Restart, dropbox-logout, nothing helped.

I've been using enpass for about 2 years without major problems. I use enpass on 4 devices and sync my vault to my owncloud account. Since end of November the sync fails (Errorcode 907403). Two major changes have been made: 1) I change my account to Pro; 2) I updated my owncloud to version 10.3 (from 10.1). Thanks for advice Michael

Hi, Since Friday my Enpass is not synchronizing with my WebDAV on a QNAP NAS anymore. I have not changed anything. The Enpass Version is still the same and the QNAP NAS still runs on the same firmware with same settings. The only thing that has changed is the renewed letsencrypt certificate which is issued by the new R3 intermediate with ISRG Root X1 authority. I checked if it is a certificate problem by changing the synchronization settings to "ignore SLL certificate verification". Using this setting, the sync was successful. Hello, I am using version 20.0 of Nextcloud and I can't synchronize my database. On my 2 Mac I can set up the synchronization wonderfully. The address is: https://cloud.myserver.eu/remote.php/dav/files/Clamsy/Apps/ My username: Clamsy My password: secret There it works. But if I want to synchronize the iPhone I get the error: "Could not connect to the specified WebDAV folder. Please check your username and password". Bypass SSL Verification is enabled. Username and password is correct. I have also tried an app password. Unfortunately also without success. What can I do?

We have a local self hosted nextcloud. Let's say I don't really want or care about sync when I am not at home. So, enpass will sync when home, and, when I leave home, it will have no access to the local ip of the nextcloud server at home. It will fail to sync (of course). So, how does nextcloud react then? Will it continually try to sync to a 192.168. address and burn cellular data? Will it try once and figure out it can't connect? Something else? What I want to ensure is it isn't burning up cell data trying to connect to an IP that it can't connect to. Maybe I'm gone a week, don't want to burn up a lot of data. Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Nextcloud 19 WebDAV synchronisation. I use the latest Android and Linux version of Enpass with password and key file. After less then one day the sync is broken and Enpass claims that the password for the WebDAV data is required. I already disconnected all devices, deleted the file on the Nextcloud Server and even exported everything to a csv file and created a new password vault. Unfortunately with the same result. After a few hours the sync is broken again. Is that a bug or a known problem with the latest Nextcloud version? Thanks in advance Alex

I had a very strange problem happen today. I noticed that Enpass was no longer syncing with OneDrive. When I told it to sync, it seemed to connect to OneDrive OK, but then said the (master) password on the file was incorrect. This was a bit strange because I had not changed the password on the file. I checked the Enpass client on several PCs plus my mobile device and they all had the same issue. However the local copies of Enpass still allowed me to get in with the same master password that I have always used and that should have been on the file up on OneDrive. Hi, I sync my enpass with Onedrive. Im curious what is the file name and which folder that it is being stored on Onedrive Is it sync_default.walletx ? this file is showing a really old date despite the sync happening took place successfully. Some clarity helps. Thanks

Hi, i'm using Enpass with Webdav Sync and two vaults. The Webdav-Server runs on a Synology-NAS. Connected devices are two Macbooks, an iPhone and a Windows-PC. The problem is, that the standard vault keeps getting deleted over and over again. The setup runs for several days, syncs properly, and then, out of the blue, the standard vault ist not present on the webdav-Server anymore. I have no clue why this happens or what causes the vault to get deleted. The attachment-files of this vault are not deleted tho. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Hello, I think this question may be for Enpass Stuff. If I changed my Master Password using iCloud Sync, I understand Enpass can't have access to my current Master Password but I would like to know if Enpass can have access to my old (changed) Master Password used in iCloud Sync. Thank you.

What is the "Password of data?" Is it my OneDrive password, my Enpass password or something else? I had to reset Windows 10 on my Surface Go. I now want to set up Enpass again. When I get to restoring Enpass data from OneDrive (after signing into Microsoft Account) it says I need to be enter my "Password of data," or something like that. Neither password for Microsoft nor Enpass work. And candidly, I don't think I've saved another Enpass related password. (And with the recent OneDrive syncing problems, I know I got through this step somehow). How do I fix this? I'm a little worried. Eric

I can't sync with iCloud anymore. Steps: Browser opens (checked Firefox and Chrome) and I have to insert my iCloud Username and Password 2-FA is being displayed and I am providing the 2nd factor Browser is asking me to open a link with Enpass which I am confirming Browser and Enpass are both showing a spinning wheel (infinite) Any ideas what to try? Hello, I had serious trouble with the the sync with ms onedrive on all devices (mac/pc/ios/Android) because I have 2 Accounts. After some API changes is wasn't possible any more to use my onedrive private account. So I switched to icloud drive sync. Everything works again like a charm but I have to reconfirm every time the apple enpass permisson only on my my PC. I confirm via iphone and enter the 6 digit code. But the Browser Windows redirecting to enpass hangs forever: So my guess is that the permanent permissons are missing and therefore enpass restarts confirmation all over again. How can I fix this? Hi, I'm using the PC Desktop Version 6.3.3 (596) on a Windows PC with Windows 10 Pro Version 1909. Since one week I cannot sync anymore with Google Drive. I Always get an error 407978. I already - reconnected to google drive - deleted the .sync folder - reinstalled the app nothing worked! Would be great to receive some help.

Hi I want to use Enpass on a second Windows PC (from work). I am redirected from your download page onto the MS Store. I spent 30mn with their support and they have not been able to help me (the "install" button does not work). I finally found an older exe file on the net (enpass_6-3-3_fr_432677.exe) and I was hoping I could start from there and upgrade afterwards. After installing it and trying to sync my vault from Dropbox, I got an error "error while syncing". I tried several times. I assumed it might come from the fact that the version is too old, am I right ? Thanks for your help

Hello I just bought a lifetime license. Now, I am trying to sync all my vaults (4) via my Dropbox account. Error message (translated from German): Two vaults cannot be connected to the same account for data synchronization. Please tell me this is not true! I have an up=to=date Debian (10) installation and iCloud sync stopped working. On reconnecting not even the browser get started. I tried another browser as default, same result. Since I could not get Sync to work I totally removed Enpass and installled the latest version today. When I choose iCloud sync I get a message: Error during recovering data (translated from Dutch) even before something else happens. Any idea what could cause this problem? Debian is my main install and without Enpass....
