Cloud Sync

Dear Enpass-Team, I purchased the full version of your app and now want to sync it via iCloud. I installed enpass on both my mac and my iPhone 8, both with newest OS updates. The following problem exists on both devices: I enter the master password/fingerprint unlock the app and then it says: Please enter master password for iCloud sync. I enter the 100 % same password I used to enter the app. The window for entering the password pops up again and again and again on the app on iPhone and on mac. I thought: Okay, lets enter the password again, maybe I was wrong. But I was not: Even if i type the password into a textedit document on mac, then paste it in th…

Hi, I'm struggeling with the enpass Windows 11 app. After any Windows 11 restart, the sync to the iCloud is lost. I need to sign in every time. This is quite anoying and not really useful. Any idea what the problem might cause? What information is required so someone might be able to help?

I can't sync with iCloud anymore. Steps: Browser opens (checked Firefox and Chrome) and I have to insert my iCloud Username and Password 2-FA is being displayed and I am providing the 2nd factor Browser is asking me to open a link with Enpass which I am confirming Browser and Enpass are both showing a spinning wheel (infinite) Any ideas what to try? I've been using enpass for awhile now, without issue. The last two days, though, I've been unable to sync to my iCloud - the synchronize just sits there with a busy icon. I can sync with my phone app just fine. Any idea?

Hello, I had serious trouble with the the sync with ms onedrive on all devices (mac/pc/ios/Android) because I have 2 Accounts. After some API changes is wasn't possible any more to use my onedrive private account. So I switched to icloud drive sync. Everything works again like a charm but I have to reconfirm every time the apple enpass permisson only on my my PC. I confirm via iphone and enter the 6 digit code. But the Browser Windows redirecting to enpass hangs forever: So my guess is that the permanent permissons are missing and therefore enpass restarts confirmation all over again. How can I fix this? Hi, I setup iCloud sync, which is working great across my Apple devices. I want to share the vault with my wife. I could setup on her Mac, it allowed me to logon to my iCloud account to access the data file. With her iPhone, Enpass does not offer the option to use a different iCloud account, so it just looks at her iCloud account. Hopefully there is a trick to getting this to work?

Does any one know if ENPASS use to have an icon that was a safe ? I lost the icon that I had for my password storage app and need to find a way to restore it. Thanks !!

On my laptop and desktop PC's I set up the vault location to a custom folder in my Google Drive. On the android version however, I cannot select a custom file path, instead it uses a hidden App folder within Drive, which is inaccessible from anything other than the android app. Am I missing something, or is syncing a vault to multiple devices impossible?

If it is ok which is the best provider that Enpass supports to use ? That works the most fluidly?

Warum kann ich seit dem letzten Update nicht mehr mit OneDrive Syncronisieren?

Is it possible to either a) setup sync to work while on a LAN only or b) do manual syncs across a LAN or with USB drives?

I've noticed even after upgrading to the latest Enpass program for both my iPhone and Windows 10 PC, the syncing no longer works with OneDrive. I've even disconnected the syncing on both devices and renamed the Enpass folder and file, and reconnected, but no syncing happens. On both devices, the Enpass app even says it "syncs" with OneDrive, but no Enpass folder and/or file is created in OneDrive.

I purchases the Premium Enpass Version in a One Time Buy, im new to the Term of Passwordmanagers. Enpass created a Vault on my Mac Computer at the Documents Folder. It would be better, to Transfer the Vault to Onedrive, so i could everytime Sync it with Iphone oder Samsung Android Phones. Today i Use a Synology Nas, but in Future i wont use it, because i only Store 400mb of Word Documents on it, its oversized for me. I created a WEBDav on my NAS, so it syncs successfull with my Iphone and Android Phone. But in Future, i like to have the Vault in Microsoft Onedrive and i like to sync the Word with Smartphones via Onedrive. Is that possible? …

About a year ago I switched from LastPass to Enpass. I have two users on my laptop (one for work, one for personal). So, both of my users started out with the same state. I tried to sync them to the same cloud drive, but it just created two separate folders and kept their states different. To be honest, rather than solve the problem then and there, I got busy with work and let them go. So now I've added new accounts/passwords to each instance and they are different. Is there a way to sync and merge them where it will add new info from both and put them in the same state? Maybe some password changes would need to be resolved manually, which is fine. Hello everyone! I'm writing to get recommendations about how and if it's the best approach for merging two vaults without having duplicate entries. Probably some of you know that Enpass locks the some of it's files then Onedrive can't backup those without closing Enpass, so I don't know why Onedrive downloaded from cloud storage one old vault files and then I noticed some credenciais missing. My solution was to create another vault (without cloud sync) using one of the local backups then I recoverd the credentials I had, but now I have two "repeated" vaults. Hi, I have been using enpass Pro for many years (on PC and Android). I use various vaults and the only way to be able to sync them is to use webdav on a cloud (in my case DriveHQ). Unfortunately webdav is being decommissioned by almost all the clouds due to the lack of security I think. In fact, it hasn't worked for me for a few days. What other method can I use to sync 5 vaults using only one account? I don't want to have to create 5 accounts... If there aren't simple solutions I will be forced to migrate to another software unfortunately... Thanks

I've had Enpass on my windows phone for quite a few years now. Works perfectly and backs up to OneDrive. I've since been forced to abandon my WP for an android phone. I understand that I'll need a new license for the android app, no problem. What I am unsure of is how to migrate the data. I looked in my OneDrive acct and found the Enpass folder containing one file, sync_default.walletx. So here's the question... if I tell my android app to sync to OneDrive, will the file I now have be compatible, or will it be over written by a new blank file (and therefore losing all my data)???

Hello, I am moving over from 1Password and I had an idea I wanted to try with Enpass. I want to create a Secondary vault that only lives on my Mac and does not sync to the cloud. The Primary would sync to the cloud and would handle all non-sensitive data and logins - the everyday stuff. This way, the Secondary vault and it's sensitive data would stay off the cloud and ease my mind a bit. Plus I could sync the Secondary to a Flash drive and put it in my safe deposit box. Is this something that would work, and is it recommended?

I bought Enpass premium awhile back, I love the concept. I haven't been able to resolve this issue on my own. Here's what's going on: I created a vault when I first started (Linux computer- currently Ubuntu 24.04) and set up WiFi sync between it, my laptop, my iPhone, and my iPad. It always worked flawlessly. Every few days I would open the app on each device to make them sync together. Then I moved, and my desktop PC wasn't set up for awhile.
