Safari browser on the new iOS 18.4 betas do not correctly acknowledge licensed version of Enpass 6.11.8 and 6.11.9. Can manually type password to log into Enpass and settings does show Premium license. Attempting to use Enpass in Safari shows no results except first 10 / trial mode error message. Hello. I’ve been signing in with Face ID for a long time. I just changed my phone and I realized that I’ve forgotten my master password. The app won’t offer the chance to sign in with my face. Is it possible to restore the Face ID to allow me in?

This is something that has been driving me a bit crazy since the beginning. I add Special Characters to the Titles of Items I want to Display above everything else in the List. This works as expected on Enpass Desktop, but on Enpass Mobile the Default Sort puts Special Characters at the Bottom instead. Please make it so that the Default Sort Lists Special Characters First before anything else. Thanks!

Hello Team Enpass… I experienced another problem this morning updating a password. I logged in to my bank, and selected the link on their website to change my password. I generated a new password and saved the new PW. Since upgrading to version 6.11.7 on iOS, after around 24 hours FaceID stops working with the Enpass app and it requires my master password again. BUT if I force quit Enpass (instead of entering master password) and then restart it, then FaceID works again for another 24 hours.

Sync over WiFi no longer works and I cannot get my password to work even though I can still login online and on my computer. I can also open the app on my phone but when it ask me to sync it then asks for a password the says it not correct

Hi, I'm encountering an issue with Enpass on iOS. When I copy a password inside Enpass (which is supposed to be sensitive data), it gets copied automatcally to my clipboard manager app PastePal. I don't experience this problem with LastPass or OnePassword. It seems like Enpass don't store the password as sensitive data?!

I have two vaults and two Nextcloud accounts. In the Enpass desktop version I configured each vault syncing with one of these Nextcloud accounts. When I try to do the setup in iOS there is the following problem: I enter the NextCloud URL for the first vault. I have sign in the corresponding NextCloud account. This works. When I try to repeat this for the second vault with the second account on the same NextCloud server, it is not possible to do this, because I'm still logged in the first NextCloud account and can't logg out. I don't even know how long to wait for the session being closed. Any help?

Hello I’m encountering an issue with the Enpass beta and iOS 18. On the Apple website, it insists on offering Enpass as a passkey option, even though the site is solely managed by Apple. As far as I know, you can't use a passkey on your Apple account with a password manager application. Is there a solution to work around this problem? Checking both the Apple manager and Enpass is possible, but it's often inconvenient because their manager takes precedence over Enpass. Thank you

Hi all, after upgrading to last version 6.11.1, only on ios iphone, (problem not present on ipad os and mac desktop) if I select any item already saved, click on the "Modify" at the top right, the app crashes, and also disappear from the list of the running apps. Any other having this issue? Iphone 15 pro max at ios 17.5.1

On the desktop versions I have more audit options such as possible passkey websites and even viewing current passkeys. Are those coming to iOS as well? And passwords that are older than 1 or 3 years etc. I don't see that on the iOS version.

Hi, I have a problem. I created a passkey for my Coinbase account and chose to store it directly in Enpass rather than iCloud. Now I'm stuck because when I sign in, it asks me to scan the QR code with the device where the passkey is stored. However, my passkey is in Enpass, not iCloud, so it can't find it. Hi, I have just tried to reinstall Enpass on my Macbook and when I open it, it gives an error message 'Unable to check for Updates. Please check your internet connection and try again', even though I definitely have an internet connection. I have read that you need to give access to Enpass on your firewall, however can´t find it. Just got the Apple Vision Pro and have downloaded Enpass on it. Everything works so far the app boots without problems but it would appear that I can’t get google drive to set up on it. When it logs in on safari, the redirection back doesn’t seem to work(it doesn’t open the app back and the app is not receiving the fact that google drive has been signed in. ). I know this is very experimental for now, but it would be great if it works since most of my passwords are on there. Thanks!

Hello, after updating Enpass 6.9.3 on my Mac Sonoma 14.2.1 it stopped sync and it was impossible to re-establish it. Log in/out of Enpass but always the same error message when I try to synchronise it. "...Impossible to connect 2 safes at the same time for synchronisation. Safe connected: Main..."
