Enpass no longer syncs with Dropbox after Dropbox and Enpass update on my iPhone. Same happens on my Mac. Same message, same error number. Please help, this is really bad. Please see:

I have installed Enpass locally and I've been using it for months now and I couldn't be happier. I have payed the one-time fee at $39.99. Now I want my family to use it but when I open the app on their phones it says I have to enter a subscription. What gives?

I use Enpass on my Macs (macOS 13.0) and iPads/iPhone (iOS/iPadOS 16). I added a new entry with 2FA for a webpage on my Mac and autofill and the login itself works just fine. The entry is correctly synced via iCloud to my iPad and shows up just fine, the login-name, password and 2FA-code are correct, but when I use autofill for this entry on the webpage, the password is wrong. What's happening here?

Hi dear Enpass Users, Once I type in my master password Enpass freezes. It shows that the password was correct but it gets stuck with that unlocked interface ... If I wait, it crashes after 2-3 min. So bad, I can't access my passwords then. Yesterday I tried and it worked fine again. But today the error occured again. I really don't know what to do ... Any help is appreciated! Cheers Laura

Just switched to my new iPhone 14 and now I have a problem: I sync 3 additional vaults via webdav internal only (and the main vault with iCloud). So the webdav-servers are not reachable from the internet (DNS will resolve, but there will be no answer from the servers). When outside the local network, enpass opens and when it tries to sync the app freezes after a few seconds. When disabling the data network (airplane mode) enpass works and just reports that there is no connection to the sync store - all fine. This did not happen with my old phone on iOS 15. Not sure if it is a Problem with iOS 16 or the iPhone 14. Maybe somebody can do some testing with this…

Feedback to the developers, I chose Enpass because of its simple clean interface, on-click (or maybe two) integration and subscription-less setup. I am sorry to tell you but version 6 feels like yet-another generic password manager, buggy (I appreciate it is the first release, but I cannot loose access to my passwords and therefore my trust is gone), overly busy interface with multiple clicks to get anything done. Hello, since my Phone updated Enpass to version 6.9.0 the app crashes after Login with FaceID or after putting in the password. It says validating and then crashes. in Safari the Autofill function is still working, but the app itself is not usable. Restarting phone does also not solve the problem… regards

Hi all, in Enpass Version 6.11.5 (874) on iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 18.1.1 i see an option Universal Clipboard (Universielle Zwischenablage) This is under Einstellungen - Erweitert (I have German Enpass, maybe in English this is unter Settings Advanced). indepentdent if this option is on or off when handoff on my mac is active. i can paste passwords copied to the iphones clipboard on may mac. even so this clipboard will not be erased by enpass after 30 seconds as configured for local clipboard. so in my eyes this is an massive security issue in enpass. please fix this as soon as possible and also implement a blocking mechanism for universal clipboard in enpass mac …

Hello Team, I am currently using iPad pro with latest IOS version. And I have installed enpass non-pro version as of now on iPad ( will but once I feel comfortable using). Some reason, 1. like on Android, I don`t see autofill option on IOS enpass app setting. 2. But for some apps it's working, some not working. . on Reddit app, I see a symbol next to the username , and when I click enable is getting enabled and able to fill the details. Hi EnPass support, I have 2 MacBooks (personal and work) that both are connected to the same Apple iTunes account and both have EnPass installed on them. Both Enpass apps are synced via the same iCloud account. I purchased EnPass app via iTunes on the personal mac. I re-installed EnPass via iTunes > Purchased Apps on my work mac, synced back with iCloud and when I open it and go to Settings, it's asking to buy again the app. How can I fix this? Thanks, Adrian

Hi after updating to v5.6.9 Enpass doesn't work anymore on my iMac. Once open it and inserting the main password the cursor starts to load but without showing the passwords. Im forced after a while to quit the app. Here my iMac report: OSX El Capitan 10.11.6 iMac11,2 (half 2010) Intel Core i3 3,2 GHz Cache L2 (per Core): 256 KB Cache L3: 4 MB Memory: 12 GB ATI Radeon HD 5670 512 MB Do you have a solution for this? thank you Riccardo

Hello, I use the Enpass Lite version, unfortunately I can not access the Enpass Lite version by the update on IOS 11. To get back to my data, the app needs to be updated to IOS 11. Is an update to be expected soon by the developer?

Hi and sorry for my bad english. I really hope someone can help me... When I want to enable iCloud Sync, I can't get past the Master-Password prompt. I 100% sure that I use the correct Password (the Enpass-Master-Password), but that window to enter the Password will show up for ever. I don't know what to do, I need the iCloud sync. What I use: Enpass Pro 5.5.8 (fresh Installation) iOS 11.4.1 iPhone 6S If there is no solution, is there a way to return the Pro-Version license? Since I updated to the latest version of Enpass (6.0.3), instead of autofilling my login details it just creates a new browser tab and a new login window in Firefox! The old version worked fine, but now Enpass is useless to me. Any suggestions?

A crush problem is occasionally occur on my iPhone7 (ios10.3.3) and certainly occur on my iPad (ios 10.3.3) as follow, first, I opened the Enpass and closed it to home screen. second, I arbitrarily opened another app, then I double click the home button and wake up Enpass from background. And Enpass just display a white scene with a lock, no other response show until the Enpass crashed and quit. This problem often breaks off my operation, because I have to wait and reopen Enpass. Hi, I'm encountering an issue with Enpass on iOS. When I copy a password inside Enpass (which is supposed to be sensitive data), it gets copied automatcally to my clipboard manager app PastePal. I don't experience this problem with LastPass or OnePassword. It seems like Enpass don't store the password as sensitive data?!

How can i set a list/sorting by date or modification date under the "all entries" section, not alphabetically? In 1Password it's a common standard since years and i would be grateful if enpass could also provide this - asap Thanks for your reply in advance.

Since two days Enpass is not syncing the vault with iCloud anymore. I always get the message that I should check the internet connection. Internnet connection is fine and on my iPad and my Mac everything is working fine. I already deleted Enpass on my iPhone and reinstalled it but no change at all. What can I do? Is there any possible solution? Enpass is the latest version available in the App Store.

IOS: Macbookpro: 10.15.4 Safari Browser: 13.1. Browser extensions added and installed proper. ISSUE: When I log into a site that has the credentials already saved in Enpass it always pops up a prompt to save or update the credentials. This is dysfunctional and distracting. The option to save NEW logins is checked and is working proper. The system should recognize that the login is saved already and not pop up EVERY single time I login into to ANYTHING.

I have a premium version of Enpass. On my Mac and on my iPad, it shows correctly "Enpass Premium". But on my iPhone, it says, it is only "Enpass Pro". The registered email is the sam on all devices. How can I restore my Premium version on the iPhone?

Hello, after updating Enpass 6.9.3 on my Mac Sonoma 14.2.1 it stopped sync and it was impossible to re-establish it. Log in/out of Enpass but always the same error message when I try to synchronise it. "...Impossible to connect 2 safes at the same time for synchronisation. Safe connected: Main..." Enpass on my iPad does not sync anymore. I sync over iCloud. It still works OK on my iMac and iPhone. Other apps like Apple Notes still sync fine over iCloud on my iPad. I tried rebooting my iPad but that didn't help. I switched iCloud Drive off and on again. Then the iPad synced but after 15 minutes the syncing wasn't working anymore again. I then tried to sync over my WebDav server. This only worked for one sync. Then I got sync errors. My iPhone also stopped syncing for a short while. Now, my iMac and iPhone sync OK, but my iPad isn't syncing at all. What do I do now?

Since I updated to Nextcloud 18 Enpass fails to sync, this is both on my iOS device and my desktop (Mac/Win10/Ubuntu 19.10). The error I get is this: "This is the WebDAV interface. It can only be accessed by WebDAV clients such as the Nextcloud desktop sync client." Feels like a config issue, something has changed on the Nextcloud side... but please help!
