  1. I keep thinking I might try other password managers too, but then I look at all the comparing I did before settling on Enpass in the first place, and it's the only such app that has the combination of features I need (among them: multiple, sharable vaults stored where *I* choose; custom templates & hugely customizable within each Item/entry). I wish Enpass were a bigger player (hardly ever gets mentioned in articles comparing password software), so they would have more money for better development. I know they're a small team, and I know they work hard, but yeah, Enpass is always a little frustrating, and only becoming more so with non-committal "I have forwarded this to the concerned team for further investigation" replies to bug reports. (They used to be more engaged.)

  2. I don't think that custom forms could be filled. I tried and it didn't work for me. But it would be great if there could be a possibility for that.

  3. The problem with Bitwarden is that it stores the data in the cloud which I do not feel is safe. Also the GUI is ugly. Enpass imported 1password data much smoother. Also it doesn't have the most important shortcut for me : cmd+\ (ctrl+\) . But if I find Enpass with continued trouble and problems, I guess I have to move to Bitwarden finally. you are a good man KeePassXC is one ugly GUI and complicated to use.

  4. I thanks for this, but those work arounds should not be used if EnPass team can just make things easy to understand . "On logout " should be an option. One of the things I found about Enpass is that its not so new user friendly , its a bit more complicated and have to dig deeper to figure out things. Enpass has a golden chance to take up the people leaving 1password after it became a forced subscription and its one of the few apps that sells license AND stores info locally and via Wifi. I hope they do not mess up this chance. Nice to see other users like you enthusiastic about the product but hopefully the Enpass team gets enthusiastic about it too. Otherwise new competition will be created and others will flock to other services like Robofarm, PasswordBoss, KeeWeb, Bitwarden, StickyPassword, and Dashlane.

  5. We're still using the 'free' Bitwarden plan which suits us nicely. No need for templates here so yeah all is good. I'm hoping that Enpass will roll back some of the decisions they've made but I don't hold out much hope.

  6. I gave up myself, so many problems since the new extension came out, addresses & credit cards not filling in etc which made things worse. Sad to say after many years with Enpass I've moved myself and the family over to Bitwarden. At least that works nicely with Brave (Chromium variant) browser.

  7. I was pleasantly surprised that the Linux version (Ubutnu 20.04) of Enpass is compatible with iCloud. This was not so clear to me from the manual etc. Edit 220310: On second view, it's not so compatible. The browser auto fill option doesn't work. Anyway, about all these feature requests: You often say you will take them into consideration etc. And we all understand that the developers time is limited and is first of all used for keeping up with the regular updates of os-es and fixing bugs. Therefore, it seems only fair to be more open en upfront about this. Why not put all feature requests in a list and let the (registrated) public vote which they think is important? And put those on a public Road Map. I believe this would prevent a lot of disappointment and be better for everyone, including the people at Enpass who have to manage expectations…

  8. I have a bank website with different type of data for input , not the usual username+password fields. is there a way to teach Enpass to autofill it? 1password could not do it but I messed around with the login template in a way that it finally was able to do so , but the same messing around did not work with Enpass for me (imported) isn't there a way to autofill a form then "save" it as is then Enpass can just refill it each time?
