  1. Hi @ewryghdbf Welcome to the Enpass Community! Please make sure that the Enpass application is running in the background when you are using the browser extension. The “Enable Extensions” under Browser settings of your Enpass application should also be enabled. If the issue persists, please share the below details with me, and I'll get this investigated for you - Version of the Enpass App, OS and Opera browser you are using. Are you facing a similar issue with other browsers as well?

Hi @enpasskc I would suggest making sure that Enpass is running in the background when you're trying to save any login from a web page, and under Enpass Settings -> Browser AutoSave, "Ask to Save New Logins" should be ticked. If the issue persists, please share the below details with me once, and I'll get this checked for you - Version of the Enpass App, OS and Chrome browser you are using Are you facing a similar issue on other browsers as well? Websites on which the dialog box to save new login is not appearing.
  3. Hi @Rojma Apologies for the delay in response. Enpass really appreciates your patience. Our team is continuosly working on the concern to get it fixed. Just to make sure your data is synced and saved, on your windows Enpass application, please create a manual backup first, then un-install the application. After that please reinstall the application and restore your data. Will update this thread as soon as I get any further updates.

  5. Hi @Flipje001 Welcome to the Enpass Forums. You need to register your purchase in order to avail the benefits of your premium License. Here's how you can do it, please repeat the steps on all your devices - Open Enpass on your device --> Click on ‘Settings’ Click on ‘Account/Trial user, not registered (First option of the settings) Click on the email account and use the same email account to register with Enpass from which you purchased Enpass app and follow the instructions. Hope this helps!

Hi @mattalxndr Enpass creates an autostart file in the home folder of user "~/.config/autostart/enpass.desktop" and removes it when autostart is disabled from app. It can't change configurations created by other softwares such as desktop manager or launcher actions. Please check "~/.config/autostart" directory for Enpass entries and remove them manually. #SI-1028
  7. Hi @Lorei Welcome to the Enpass Forums. Enpass not accepting master password - If the master-password is not working on a particular device, I advise you to check this link here and follow the steps. Resetting and Uninstalling Enpass - You can reset Enpass by referring to this link. Resetting will delete the data and will let you proceed with a fresh database.

  9. Hi @Glynnell Welcome to the Enpass Forums. I would suggest making sure that you’re entering lowercase, uppercase letters and symbols correctly, and try copying the master password by writing it on a notepad first, then pasting it to see if it works. You can also refer to this link for more information.

Hi @aaronbernak You might have recently changed Master Password on your Device A which has encrypted your backup files with the updated Master Password hence if you are trying to sync your items on a Device B, it is asking for your new Master Password (although you can login on Device B with your old Master Password). Please enter the latest Master Password in the prompt and it will resolve the sync issue. Let me know if it works for you.
  12. Hi @tmstr79 Welcome to the Enpass Community! For security reasons, the iCloud periodically expires if "Keep me signed in" option is not ticked. You can enable the option by following the steps here. Let me know if it works for you.

  15. Hi @McPhil Welcome to the Enpass Community! You can access the secondary vault on your iOS mobile app by first setting up a sync on your PC Enpass app and then restore the vault on your iOS device. Hope this helps!

  17. Hi @cosetefoc Welcome to the Enpass Community! When you are trying to auto-fill, please make sure that the Enpass app is running in the background and Extension is paired. Would also advise you to check your antivirus/firewall settings, make sure that you have allowed access to Enpass. If the issue persists, please share the below information with me and I'll get it checked - a) Version of Enpass App, Extension and OS b) List some of the websites on which the extension is not working for you c) (If any) Error you are getting while trying to auto-fill?

  19. Hi @Anthony You will be glad to know that the requested UI feature is already on our roadmap and we are currently looking into its feasibility so it may be implemented in future versions of Enpass. Appreciate your patience in the meantime!
  20. Hi @ATurkey @DavidBoutelier You can autofill multiple login details by first saving the details as Webform. When on the website, fill the fields you want Enpass to save and autofill. Then click on Enpass extension on your browser -> Hamburger Icon(Menu) -> Save Webform . This will save all the details as Webform . Next time during the autofill, please select the item of webform which you saved. Hope this helps !

  23. Hi @ik8sqi Actually when you register with Enpass, our activation server send's you a one-time code to verify the email address. If in the future the activation servers are not functional or Enpass closes down, then the OTP will not be sent and the license activation process will be incomplete. But the device on which you purchased(AppStore/PlayStore) and the devices already registered would still get the benefits of your Premium license.

  25. Hi @ik8sqi Thanks for reaching out to us. As Enpass is an offline password manager, the user's data is saved locally on the device, not on our server. If the user doesn't register, then the App Store receipt will manage the license, and when purchased, the app's full-version will get automatically unlocked on the device. The server license activation comes into action only when a user registers the purchase with Enpass. Also, registration is recommended as it allows you to enjoy cross platform purchase restoration. Enpass is completely free on the Desktop without any kind of restrictions to the application. It will be a single purchase, when you avail Enpass on iOS, you can use the same Premium license with all the benefits on your MacOS too. But Enpass will require registration as without it, this purchase will be limited to only one device, restricting cross-platform usage.
