Hello, I'm using Enpass without problems on SuSE Tumbleweed Linux, Android 10 and Windows 10. I now tried to install Enpass (v6.4.1.643) on Ubuntu 18.04 (64 Bit). When I try to restore my data from Google Drive Enpass calls Firefox, I log on to Google and give Enpass access to my Google Drive. When I try to redirect back to Enpass I only get an error "-978" in Enpass, see attached screen shot. What's wrong?

Hi Enpass team, I have been experiencing very persistent crashes on my Ubuntu 19.10 laptops (stock Ubuntu version with latest updates), including a brand new build installed from scratch quite recently. Typically crashes occur when I try to invoke Enpass from Firefox to fill out some login details using the shortcut key; however since upgrading to 6.4.0.631, they've also started to occur without any interaction: I just had it SEGV on me while my session was locked (an Apport notification popped up on the lock screen). I think those crashes started occurring with version 6.2 or

I installed enpass using apt-get, saved some passwords. I can copy and paste within enpass itself (i.e. if I copy the password and paste it into comments box of enpass itself, it pastes OK). The copied data doesn't 'leave' enpass though, if I paste into a terminal window, the previously present clipboard content is available, enpass one is not. If I use Ctrl-C of visible content in enpass (anything but using the copy icon), this works fine. I short, the tool is not working. I installed xclip, as some posts suggested to no avail.

On base install of Kubuntu 19.04, Enpass is unable to authorize sync with Dropbox (via Firefox). An error appears when clicking "Authorize" on the Dropbox sync page. I believe this is because newer versions of Kubuntu omit the `desktop-file-utils` package. This can be fixed by running the following commands in terminal: sudo apt install desktop-file-utils sudo update-desktop-database After this, run the sync setup again and it should work.

I've recently installed Ubuntu 19.04 on my laptop with UEFI/SecureBoot and disk encryption enabled. when i tried to restore my vault from my cloud drive, it doesn't accept my masterpassword. after some research I found this: Is there an option to restore the vault with while keeping my disk encrypted? Like to see your thoughts.

When I've got my laptop docked to a Hi DPI display I like to tile 4 windows onto the display with my browser in the bottom left quadrant of the screen. (think quadrant 3 on a graph) When I'm creating a new login, the Enpass plugin will automatically open and offer to save the login, as it should. The pop-up opens clear on the other side of monitor, in the upper right quadrant. (think quadrant 1 on a graph) This wouldn't be a very big deal if I didn't use Sloppy mouse/window focus religiously. As soon as I drag the mouse cursor out of my browser window to try and reach the Enpass po

Hello dear community, I use Enpass Version 5.6.9 on my Ubuntu Linux machine and bought the Enpass App Version 6.0.6 for my Android Device - whenever i create a new entry on my desktop machine the records on the android device stay the same - it seems they were never again updated after the day of first installation. I already disconnected the Sync to Dropbox on both Devices and then re-connected them again, but that didn't help. Please give me some advice how to solve this nasty problem. EDIT: Solved it by updating Enpass on Linux Machine to 6.0.6 - passwords immediately auto syn

Hi, I am running Enpass on various machines, which either have a german keyboard layout, or an english one. As a german user, historically my masterpassword contains an Umlaut like `ä`. Before Enpass 6 this was not an issue, as I was able to generate the Umlaut by using the Ubuntu Compose-Key. This is a straightforward mechanic, holding the compose key down, pressing `"`, then `a` and I would receive an `ä`. Since the update to version 6, enpass will print a character into the masterpassword field, in the middle of the process when pressing `"`, instead of "waiting" for the followi

Hello, I'm using the 5.6.5 version of Enpass on Ubuntu-Mate 16.04.3. Here is my problem: When I run enpass the software opens on the page that asks me for the password, it's normal and it works, however as soon as I log in with the password the software closes immediately after typing the password. I uninstall and reinstall, I also try without internet connection and without backup and nothing changes it's always the same. below the result of a manipulation seen on the forum can help may be. Thank you for your help /opt/Enpass/bin/runenpass.sh libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRG

Can't get either the stable or beta linux version to sync with google drive on ubuntu 16.04 lts. Error shown is: There went something wrong while synchronizing. (Error code: -118) which appears to be a failure to get the data file. I can see some TLS 1.2 traffic with a google host which seems to terminate after an encrypted alert so I can't see why. I can't see how to trigger debug output although there are signs it can be done in the binary. I tried turning off all sync and renaming the Enpass dir in google drive, same error afterwards. What should I do next?

I know what the master password is but it will not allow access. Am running Xubuntu 16.04 with US keyboard. Enpass version is whatever was available on 2017-10-28 for Ubuntu. Looks like Enpass_Installer_5.6.0 (46.9MB). Master password contains special characters: "badk1++13s" (remove the quotes, yes that is the password). I typed the password into a text editor and pasted it so I know it was typed correctly. What gives? Is there a way to check if the key-chain was corrupted?

Hi, since the last update to v5.2 I notice sometimes high CPU usage caused by Enpass. This stops only if I kill the Enpass process completely. Has anyone else even this behavior? System: MSI GS30 Laptop CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4870HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz Chrome (v50.0.2661.94) with Enpass extension ownCloud sync enabled (ownCloud 7.0.1) Ubuntu 14.04 with GNOME desktop

Hi, I'm a new user, installing on Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS. Installation successful via the official PPA repository, following the instructions on the website. Running the application for the first time works fine, I tell it I'm a new user, I create my master password, and an empty database opens up as expected. I close the application and then successfully install the Firefox add-on. Now when I try to re-open the application, I am prompted for my master password, I enter it, the application tells me that it has unlocked successfully, but then before the (empty) database can
