Krit Posted September 2, 2019 Report Posted September 2, 2019 In iOS 13.1 on both iPhone and iPad pro it is not possible to use Enpass correctly. The top bar is entirely white except for the Cloud icon. There is no way to add new entries.
Pratyush Sharma Posted September 3, 2019 Report Posted September 3, 2019 Hi, Thanks for reporting this issue. Our dev team is already looking into this issue. Till then please co-operate with us.
wtanzer Posted September 5, 2019 Report Posted September 5, 2019 I‘ll have the same issue. Happy to help to get this issue solved
Dr.Death Posted September 24, 2019 Report Posted September 24, 2019 Confirmed this bug. iOS 13.1 Final on 24.09.2019 iPhone 8.
pos Posted September 24, 2019 Report Posted September 24, 2019 @Pratyush Sharma And what is happening? Are you working on it or not? I also have a direct question to you at Enpass: To be able to upgrade and/or patch IOS is important for many reasons. Don´t you have a developers agreement with Apple? It is not expensive. The cost is like a couple of hamburger per year With a developers agreement you can prepare and roll out a new enpass release that will work on IOS 13 when it comes *before* people see simple basic problems like this. Thanks in advance /Peo 1
pohh Posted September 25, 2019 Report Posted September 25, 2019 same problem... cannot import a backup son file into ipad
Jonas EnP Posted September 25, 2019 Report Posted September 25, 2019 Same error here. Need a fix for this ASAP. So I can start use my new $1300 phone...
Krit Posted September 25, 2019 Author Report Posted September 25, 2019 The beta for Enpass 6.2.0 (371) does solve this. I agree it is a pity that this hasn't been found and solved before the official iOS 13 release, but... it's coming. :-)
oldtom Posted September 25, 2019 Report Posted September 25, 2019 My iPhone updated fine however upon updating my iPad to 13.1, it appears that Enpass wants me to purchase an upgrade. I already HAVE purchased the upgrade previously and it stated that it was a one time fee for the platform (iOS). Are you attempting to charge me again or how do I get all my log ins and passwords to sync (past the free 20 amount). Look forward to the reply.
Anshu kumar Posted September 26, 2019 Report Posted September 26, 2019 Hey @oldtom, Sorry for the inconvenience. To restore the pro version of Enpass, please download Enpass with the same Apple ID with which you've purchased Enpass earlier. NOTE: Before uninstalling the app make sure you already have the backup of Enpass data. Hope this helps!
ch3rry Posted October 6, 2019 Report Posted October 6, 2019 My iPhone 11 keeps crashing when I try to enter new information in Enpass. I choose the „Plus“-button and the app closes instantly.

And after reinstall, just purchase and use “restore purchase” button there. This worked for me.
Filemon Posted October 8, 2019 Report Posted October 8, 2019 I am new in Enpass. After installing the app in my iPhone it doesn’t allow me to upgrade to premium. It just say that it is not allowed to make purchases from the application. Any hints?
Tahreem Posted October 11, 2019 Report Posted October 11, 2019 Hi @Filemon, To restore the Pro version, please reinstall Enpass app with the same iOS Account with which you purchased it earlier. If that doesn't help, please share the Purchase Receipt so that we can help you better. Note: Before uninstalling the app make sure you already have the backup of Enpass data.
Filemon Posted October 12, 2019 Report Posted October 12, 2019 As I’m a new user I don’t have an old account. It is just when I try to buy it for the first time that the system doesn’t allow me to do it
GregC Posted October 12, 2019 Report Posted October 12, 2019 Enpass browser extension in iOS 13 missing. I uninstalled and reinstalled still missing. Kind of useless without this capability.
