Cederd
Any update as to when this will be fixed please?
Brian
We have found a scenario in which the Chrome Extension v6.7.4 prevents javascript dropdowns from displaying. On the affected websites, clearing cookies, cache, and reboot do not fix the issue. Opening the affected page in Incognito or disabling the Enpass extension both fix the issue. We are able to reliably reproduce this on multiple Windows 10 machines running Chrome 98.0.4758.102.

Operations8
This issue (sounds the same) has been known here for months. As far as i know there is no solution yet. I also experience this problem and reported it here.
wtfia2k
Same over here! On Google Chrome Version 98.0.4758.81 I have certain problems on dropdowns and input fields inside https://???.??/*. They are not clickable or selectable by mouse - they flicker by clicking on them. Shouldn't the blacklist option deny loading Enpass on the blacklisted URL? Perfect would be, if Enpass only gets loaded on the login page (https://???.??/) but not on the inner pages (https://???.??/member/*). So https://???.??/member/* would be the only blacklist entry. HC289
@Abhishek Dewan any more news on this? It's been months and I still have to regularly toggle the enpass extension off and on to be able to fill forms out on some websites!

Thank you again for your continued patience. I understand that it might be a difficult issue and when i reported it about 6 months ago i didn't expect an immediate solution. But after about 6 months there is still not a planning when the solution will become available? I really like your product and i have installed it at a lot at not so tech savy people (because the program is/was so easy to use), but they / i need a solution. Many of them are old and adding a exclusion and working around it is okee-ish for more tech savy people but for them it is quite difficult. So in short my question is when can we expect a solution? Looking at the number of topics / posts it seems to be a problem that happens quite a lot. So thumbs up for the program, thanks in advance and good luck finding/working on a solution! Thank you again for your continued patience. Well it should be flagged with the highest priority to be honest. Impacting the user experience to the point of preventing them to fill forms, select dropdowns is a serious matter. The fix proposed is not even effective when you have 20+ websites all with the same issue.
laptopleon
Same kind of problems, for months now. Shortcuts in (Wordpress) Elementor (site builder) don't work either with the Enpass plugin active (latest Firefox, macOS 10.14.6).
chrisonline
Any news on this? I think also that this is a major issue and should not be open for months.

Timo K.
From my experience, it is not absolutely necessary to turn off the entire extension. It is enough to turn off the auto-fill pop-up in the extension settings. Then you at least have the possibility to continue using the normal/old browser extension. I hope, this will help you.
laptopleon
This indeed seems to help, thanks for the tip. The automatischen Ausfüllen doesn't work very well anyway, so I can live without it. For the record: The 'big' update of two days ago change list doesn't mention a fix for this. I'm surprised, because it really is a pain in the butt. I really don't understand why this doesn't have top priority. I mean, surely this must hurt sales? Or is only a minority of users hurt by this?? HC289
I can't believe this still hasn't been addressed. I've been a big Enpass fan until now. I've patiently waited months only to have this clearly serious and widely user affecting bug ignored. I'm going to spend the weekend looking for a new password service.

laptopleon
It depends on your browser. In (Mac) FireFox it's CMD-, (with the Command-key pressed, type comma). Then, in the left column, at the bottom, click on the puzzle Addons and Themes. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/find-and-install-add-ons-add-features-to-firefox In Safari and other Mac browsers it's always CMD-, to get to the preferences. Usually that's where the plugins live in a submenu. Else, just google it Edited May 16 by laptopleon
