Double Click on Icon in Toolbar should open Enpass again
Our Technical Team has addressed the issue, and a fix will be included in future updates. In the meantime, you can open Enpass in full screen by right-clicking the toolbar icon and selecting "Open Enpass." SI-3888

Arc browser: extension popup disappears after 0.5s
While we are trying to replicate the issue, could you please try reloading the page, as the Enpass icon should appear. Additionally, check that the option "Ask for browser authentication every time" is enabled in the browser settings within Enpass. If the problem persists, please provide a screen recording if possible?

Could you please follow these steps: 1. Try setting a keyboard shortcut for unlocking Enpass. This should show up in the inline menu, but please ensure it doesn’t conflict with any shortcuts already assigned to the browser. 2. Revoke the extension's connection and then set up a new connection. Afterward, please restart your browser. If the issue persists, please provide the following details: - What version of the extension are you currently using? - Are you experiencing the same issue in other browsers, such as Chrome or Firefox?

Autofill working in less than 40% of cases
For the first issue regarding the Google Password Manager prompt, please go to your Chrome settings and disable the option for saving passwords in the Google Password Manager. Regarding the Enpass autofill issue, make sure both “Android Autofill Service” and “Autofill using Accessibility” are enabled. If you’re still experiencing problems, could you please share the specific websites or apps where the Enpass autofill prompt isn't appearing? This will help us assist you better. #SI-4040

Browser Plugin Popup (MS Edge) - Long load + wrong positioning
@Marc Winter Regarding the issue where clicking on the browser plugin's icon results in a delay of a second or two before the popup appears, we have developed a fix that will be included in the upcoming update. We appreciate your patience in the meantime. #SI-3975 As for the popup appearing in wrong position, a feature request for this functionality has been submitted and we may consider adding it in our future updates. However, please understand that several factors and considerations have to be taken into account. #SI-3993

@JamRoller Please provide us with the HTML webpage by following these steps: 1. Open the Webpage on which the issue is occurring in your browser. 2. Save the Webpage: - Press “Ctrl + S” on your keyboard to open the “Save As” dialog. - Alternatively, right-click on the webpage and select “Save Page As”. 3. Save the Page: - Choose a location on your Desktop or another convenient location to save the webpage. - This will create an HTML file and a folder containing associated files. 4. Compress the Files: - Select both the HTML file and the folder. - Right-click on the selected items and choose “Send to” → “Compressed (zipped) folder” to create a ZIP file. 5. Share the ZIP File: - Send the ZIP file to us, and we will further investigate the issue.
