  1. Hi @Alexander Koshal, Thanks a lot for showing interest in Enpass translation for Belarusian. We have noted your interest and will get back to you when we have plan to add Belarusian support. Cheers!
  2. Hi @sonicdnb, Unfortunately, I can't specify ETA. I know, it's frustrating from your standpoint. Hopefully, it will be available before the end of this month. Till then I request you to please bear with us.
  3. Hi @jakejohn, Thanks for your suggestion. I would like to share that in Traditional Windows App single click on tray icon will open Enpass helper window (the one you see with extension) , while the double click will open the main Enpass app. For other platforms (Linux, Mac) same is already on our roadmap for the future version. Cheers!
  4. Hi @humidmark, Sorry to hear about your trouble and I apologize for the inconvenience. This issue has been fixed and will be available in the upcoming Enpass extension update(5.4). Till then I request you to please bear with us. I would like to share that currently, Enpass support autofill works only with Login and Credit card items. However, the feature of Form-filling is already in our roadmap for the future version. Thanks for your co-operation!
  5. Hi @NanKe, Thanks for your time for writing a long list of suggestions. We already have most of these features in our roadmap. Due to security reasons, we don't display the actual password length as there might be a chance to guess the password by viewing the length of the password specially in case of short passwords. I'm afraid to say that I am not able to understand completely this point Please help me by explaining the scenario a bit more. Cheers!
  6. Hi @Eduard Bosch, Thanks for writing back and I apologize for the inconvenience. Our dev team is looking into this issue and I'll get back to you soon. Till then I request you to please co-operate with us.
  7. Hi @kr428, Thank you for your prompt reply. Sorry to say but I can't assure you any ETA. However, our dev team is already looking into this to find how can we do it and hopefully it might be possible in future. Cheers!
  8. Hi @gtx, Thanks for reporting this issue and I apologize for the inconvenience. I have noted down these issues and have intimated the dev team. Hopefully, it will be fixed in one of coming updates. Till then I request you to please co-operate with us.
  9. Hi @jaki, Thanks for writing in. Sorry to say but currently, it's not possible! Although it's been noted and we need some time to conduct a research on this and also analyze the involved security perspectives. Cheers!
  10. Hi @Greg McGuffey, Sorry to hear about your trouble and I apologize for the inconvenience. I would like to share that there is a known bug in Enpass uninstaller which doesn't clear Enpass settings from system Registry. This bug has been fixed and will be available in the upcoming updates. Meanwhile please follow these steps and let me know does your problem gets resolved? Quit Enpass completely even from the System tray. Go to User Document Folder --> Select Enpass Folder --> Delete it. Open Run command (Windows +R) --> Type regedit --> Click on HKEY_CURRENT_USER --> SOFTWARE -->Sinew Software Systems --> Right click on it --> Delete It. Now open Enpass. Hope this helps!
  11. Hi @kyddox, Thanks for writing back. While investigating the issue, we have found that the login button on the mentioned website is not detected properly and click is simulated on wrong button. Meanwhile, kindly turn off 'Auto-submit login' for this item and press Login button manually after auto-fill. Hope this helps!
  12. Hi @Zach, Thanks a lot for the suggestion. I have penned down your suggestion for consideration. Keep suggesting!
  13. Hi @kr428, Thanks for writing in. Some custom ROMs (AOSP ROM in your device) doesn't support keyboard extended view, thats why you are getting "autofill not supported on your platform,-201". Also, Enpass doesn't support notification autofill in Firefox. In this case, you have to use either Stock ROM or Chrome browser for autofilling via notification. Hope this helps!
  14. Hi @Steffan, Thanks for writing in. For legacy reasons we need full access to OneDrive (Enpass works with OneDrive since the days when there was no App folder support in OneDrive) and OneDrive SDK shows you all those permissions as a side effect. We do not touch any file outside Enpass folder in you root drive. However, we are planning to migrate Enpass data to its own app folder in near future. Thanks for your understanding!
  15. Hi @gmaddry, Thanks for your suggestion. The suggested feature is already in our roadmap but I can't assure any ETA for this and only can say that it will be available in any of future versions. Cheers!
  16. Hi @Dirk Cleiren, I am really sorry to say that currently, we don't have any plan to add azerty keyboard layout but I have noted your request. Cheers!
  17. Hi @alextorex, Sorry to inform you but if you have forgotten your master password, then there is no way to recover it. For more details please refer this link. As you can use your Fingerprint to access your Enpass database, in this case, the only way to recover your Enpass items is to manually share each item with yourself with a secure channel. Then download Enpass on a desktop device, create a new keychain and manually add each shared item one by one. I know it's a tedious task, but it's the only way to recover your database. Hope this helps!
  18. Hi @aslag, Sorry to hear about your trouble and I apologize for the inconvenience. Please let me know on which Banking Website are you facing this problem so that we can investigate where the problem could be. Thanks for your co-operation!
  19. Hi @Timo002, Thanks for reporting this issue and I apologize for the inconvenience. I have noted down this issue and forwarded to the concerned team so they can check where the problem could be and try to fix asap. Thanks for your co-operation!
  20. Hi @KingKazma89, Thanks for writing in. The suggested feature is already in the development phase and will be available in next update. Cheers!
  21. Hi @BigJR, First of all, Welcome to the Enpass Family! I would like to let you know that the Current UWP App doesn't support the external browser extensions due to sandbox restrictions and unavailability of required APIs to communicate with third party Apps. So to use browser extensions you have to stick with the traditional Windows PC App (at least for now) and unfortunately, Traditional desktop app can't use Windows Hello due to lack of APIs. Thanks for your understanding!
  22. Hi @Eric J, Thanks for your suggestion. I have penned down your suggestion and forwarded to QA team for their consideration. Keep suggesting!
  23. Hi @Ruben, Sorry to hear about your trouble. I would like to share that we have fixed some WebDAV related issue and the fix will be available in the upcoming update. It would be really helpful if you can share a demo account of your WebDAV to us at support@enpass.io or via personal message to me so that we can check whether your problem gets resolved with that version or not. Cheers!
  24. Hi @Gerard, Thanks for writing in. I would like to share that currently, the Traditional desktop app can't support Windows Hello due to lack of APIs. Further, I would like to let you know, in order to use Enpass Browser extension, the main app must be running in the background. The reason is that being an offline password manager, Enpass saves all your database locally on your device, not on any server. Whenever you visit a login page and click Enpass browser extension for auto-filling, then the extension securely connects with Enpass app to fetch and auto-fill the details. For more details please have a look at our user manual link. You can also start Enpass automatically with every system start by Enabling the option "Autorun on System startup" in Enpass General Settings. For more details please have a look at user manual link. Hope this helps!
  25. Hi @Eric J, Windows Store apps store their data inside app sandbox. Your Enpass database file is located at: C:\Users\<CurrentUser>\AppData(HiddenFolder)\Local\Packages\SinewSoftwareSystems.Enpass_fwdy0m65qb6h2\LocalState\walletx.db. Cheers!
