  1. Hi @Da Kine Thanks for your message. Exporting of Enpass Data in CSV and other format (JSON) is already in our roadmap and it will be available in any of future versions of Desktop.
  2. Hi @GerardoF1975 Thanks for your message. Currently Enpass for Android is available only through the Google Play Store and at the moment we are not having any plans to release it for Amazon Fire on Amazon App store.
  3. Hi @Lily, As mentioned in the reply by @Hemant Kumar above, you can use Folders for better management of items. They works better than Tags. More about folders in Enpass for iOS https://www.enpass.io/docs/ios/folders.html. You can see into user guide of every platform here http://enpass.io/support/
  4. Hi @webbson Thanks for your suggestion. Enpass extension is fully capable to fill inside Chrome for iOS but Chrome doesn't show that on invoking the Share action. We will request Google to allow Enpass extension to auto-fill in Chrome browser and once approved, it will work like Safari.
  5. Hi Guys, Currently iCloud sync is supported only in Apple Devices. So if you are using Enpass in other platform then please choose another available cloud options to sync. For more details please go through the given link: https://www.enpass.io/docs/desktop-windows/synctime.html#supported-clouds
  6. Hi @Plonqor, Hmmm. This is because we have hard coded the color scheme of sidebar and details pane for its custom UI which is not adaptive to themes. In future we will make it adaptive to system themes but can't confirm it on timeline. Please bear with us.
  7. Hi @Mehul Thanks for reporting the issue. We will try to fix this issue soon in future version. Till then we request you to please bear and cooperate with us.
  8. Hi @Craig Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. But starting a service the way you described doesn't qualify a good use case from our perspective to consume precious system resources. It seems the other password manager you suggested also asks for Master password once the App is killed. At the moment (if you can update your Android system to 4.1), the possible work around is to enable the Autofill service of Enpass to keep it always alive in background (as a protection against being killed by OS). And then you will always prompted for PIN until the service is running.
  9. Hi @hartungstenio, So sorry for inconvenience caused to you. We are constantly improving auto-fill and hopefully this feature will be available soon in the future version of Enpass. Please bear with us.
  10. Hi @Craig, 5 seconds test was just to check if the Enpass's default behavior of unlocking with PIN is working correctly because in 5 seconds the chances of being killed by OS are very low. As far as we understood, you are expecting a full time PIN unlock behavior (like we have in iOS) where Enpass will never ask you for Master password even if killed by OS. Currently we don't have full time PIN unlock feature, but we do have Full time Fingerprint feature and that is for Android M devices with fingerprint sensor as mentioned here https://www.enpass.io/blog/Enpass-5-for-Android-Fingerprint-support-Autofill-and-much-more/. Shortfall of Full time PIN unlock in Enpass is for the sake of security of Master password because we don't have any Android-provided approach to secure Master password on pre Android-M devices. More at: https://www.enpass.io/unlock-using-fingerprint-in-android-marshmallow-security/ We can understand that at times, it becomes cumbersome to provide Master password but currently we don't have any secure way to implement this feature. Yes, other password managers (mainly Online one) can do this by authenticating your unlocking attempt by saved tokens, but being an offline password manager, Enpass has no such option (currently). Cheers!
  11. Hi @scowlingatmonday We do have plans to develop Enpass for Android wear, but we can't assure the ETA.
  12. Hi HarryV We will definitely help you in migrating your data from RoboForm. First you need to export your data from RoboForm by following these steps: Open RoboForm-->Click On RoboForm Icon-->Select Logins -->Save this file as "filename.html". Now you can import that data into Enpass by following the steps mentioned here in user manual https://www.enpass.io/docs/desktop-windows/import_export.html Cheers and welcome to Enpass!
  13. Hi Edenhaus, Please drop us an email at support@enpass.io with details of your device, Enpass version and Web URL of University, so that we can investigate the problem.

  15. Hi @iSCSI, Enpass currently supports autofilling in browsers only using the browser extensions. However we have plans for autofilling in other apps (out of browser), but defiantly it will take take time.
  16. Hi Peluzon, Thanks for your suggestion. Our Development team is working on it and it will be available very soon.
  17. hey guys, Thanks for your suggestion. Our Development team is working on it and it will be available very soon.
  18. Hi hysonmb, There is no option to choose between unlocking by Hello or master password Once you Enable Windows Hello in Enpass Settings, Enpass will prompt you to unlock keychain using Windows Hello Preferences. This behavior will continue until and unless Enpass is restarted either by you or killed by OS. After that it becomes mandatory to unlock by master password. Although in near future we will bring Full-time Hello support.
  19. Hi Plonqor,Thanks for your suggestions. This feature is already in our roadmap. First we will rolled out for desktop and step by step on all the platforms.
  20. Hey guys,Thanks for your suggestions. they are already in our roadmap and will be available with our future versions.
  21. Hi @Petr.mahdal, The Current UWP App doesn't support the external browser extensions due to unavailability of required APIs to communicate with third party Apps i.e Opera Browser in your case. So to use browser extensions you have to stick with the traditional Windows PC App.   We are also eagerly waiting for the time when Microsoft will support developing extensions for Edge and the corresponding required APIs for UWP Apps to communicate with Edge. Recently they have rolled out couple of Edge extensions only for Insider users https://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperience/2016/03/17/bringing-extensions-to-microsoft-edge/
