  11. Hi @arigldstn, First of all, please let me offer my sincere apologies for your frustration here. Some times the things get really out of control when they are dependent on the third party like Box here. We always do our best to fix the issues and introduce the new features as soon as possible. The issue of sync with Box has been fixed in the beta v5.2.2 along with a good news of support for Android Wear. So please expect the final version coming very soon. Thanks for your co-operation. Cheers!

  16. Hi @RickH, Sorry to hear about your trouble. Recently RoboForm has changed their export format with some changes in the password field. We have noted down this issue to be fixed in future releases. Meanwhile you can try these steps: Export the data from RoboForm. Open the exported data in any text editor and replace the words " pass:", "_pass:" and "passwd:" with "Password:" Now you can import that data into Enpass by following the steps mentioned here in user manual https://www.enpass.io/docs/desktop-windows/import_export.html

  21. Hi @saessli, Welcome to Enpass Family! Thanks for your suggestion. Enpass already supports creating subfolders using the steps: Suppose you have created a folder ABC using steps https://www.enpass.io/docs/desktop-mac/folders.html#creating-folder. Now select the ABC folder (Subfolder will be created under the selected folder) and then create a new folder using the same step. Though we will improve the procedure of adding subfolders using an option on right click. Cheers!
  22. Hi @rmhale, Enpass browser extension support only stable version of Opera browser. Please make sure you are not running beta version of Opera. We don’t recommended to use Enpass by disabling the code signature verification. As mentioned here under communication section, Enpass App validates authenticity of both extension and Browser before making any connection and serving data for autofilling. So if you turn off the code signature verification, you bypass the Browser checking and set your foot into autofilling in Opera Browser. Though it is not a safe practice. To avoid any security risks associated, please make sure that you download the browser from the legitimate source and double check the authenticity of any extension you install.
  23. Hi all, Sorry to hear about the trouble. You are facing this problem because recently Microsoft has changed the code signature of Edge Browser. We are working on this issue and very soon we will roll out the next beta with fixes. Meanwhile if you can't wait for the fix and need to use Enpass extension in Microsoft Edge, you have to turn off the Code signature verification from Enpass settings (Though it is not a safe practice). Please bear with us!
  24. Hi @ncoif, Thanks for writing in. Version 5.2.1 is basically version 5.2.0 signed with new code-signing certificate, so no big fixes or feature updates. We only show latest version release notes in upgrade dialog. You can view all version release note history for Traditional Windows app here.
