  6. Hi @Nishant Potdar, Sorry to hear about the trouble. This might be due to some technical issues with the App Stores, So we suggest you to please contact Microsoft Windows store as the will assist you in better way.The reason is that all the issues related to payment (License distribution, Refund, Purchase cancellation etc) are handled by App Store itself and we have no control over it.

  11. Hi @JohnR, Sorry for such long delays you are facing in searching items. Is the delay of 4 second is there on Windows 10 Phone or Desktop? For desktops running UWP App, it shouldn't be so much. By default, Enpass performs deep search i.e. in all fields of a item, so it takes time to decrypt and search in each field of each item and the Microsoft UWP App takes long time in performing cryptography operations compared to any other platform. More items means more search time. Mobile phones have less processing power than desktops, so UWP App on Windows Phone tends to be more impacted. I should clarify here that Enpass searches very smoothly on all other platforms without any noticeable delay. Its our bad here in UWP App, that we don't show progress wheel while searching, but a fix to that is underway. The solution for faster search is to search in title of item only. You can turn on this option in "Settings->Customize->Search in->Title only".
  12. Thanks for update @MaxM. We will look into this issue.

  15. Hi @tb, I have just downloaded the Opera browser from the link you have provided, and its working fine with the same configuration of System as you have.
  16. Hi @MaxM, Sorry to hear about the trouble. We have been unable to reproduce this issue here, although we'll keep a close eye on it. Could you please try rebooting your phone and see if that solves the issue?
  17. Hi @tb, Its great to know that for the time being you are able to work with Opera extensions by turning off code signature. But we don’t recommended to use Enpass by disabling the code signature verification. As mentioned here under communication section, Enpass App validates authenticity of both extension and Browser before making any connection and serving data for autofilling. So if you turn off the code signature verification, you can bypass the Browser checking and set your foot into autofilling in Opera Browser. To avoid any security risks associated with turning off the code signature verification, please make sure that you download the browser from the legitimate source and double check the authenticity of any extension you install. As soon as we find any solution, we will update you and would be very grateful to you in helping us by checking the suggested solution as till now you’re the only user facing this issue. Regards
  18. Hi @cjkessler, Sorry to hear about the trouble. I would like to let you know Enpass supports fingerprint only in Samsung devices and devices that have Android Marshmallow Fingerprint API. Please let us know which Android device are you using, so that we can help you in better way.
  19. Hi all, Enpass is an offline password manager and doesn’t keep any of your information or Enpass data on any cloud/server. Two factor authentication is used in online services where the requested data is transmitted after validating the user through a second factor (generally an OTP on phone or email) and works as an extra protection, which is not at all required in case of offline services as your data is with you only. Lets consider for a moment, any how Enpass implements TOTP support (again, its a consideration), but how that OTP will be verified through server as we don’t have any information. Being offline is not a limitation of Enpass but gives you a peace of mind that your data is with you only. Also Enpass is an encryption software which recognizes your Master Password as the only key to get your data. So just think for a moment, if any one knows your master password why will he go into hassle of OTP stuff as he just need your database from device and open it using your compromised master password.
  20. Hi @tb, Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please let us know some more details like Antivirus/Firewall/third party network security/ any security related Extension or Proxy are you using, so that we can investigate where the problem could be.

  23. Hi @oldcastle, Sorry for the trouble. For now to autofill in Protonmail.com you have to create two items with same URL. One item will save username and Password along with URL and another item will contain only Password and same URL. Hope that helps!
  24. Hi @egs2003@gmail.com, Thanks for your suggestion. Currently We don't have any definite plans to add BitTorrent Sync, but we have noted your request.
  25. Hi @tobias, Sorry for the trouble. Please let us know some details for further investigation. On which devices (all of them, along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you running? Are you using two step verification in Google drive? Log into your Google Drive account and look for the Enpass folder there (should be one Enpass folder there). Now inside that folder, check for the sync_default.walletx for the number of copies it has (should be one) Waiting for your reply!
