  4. Hi @Randy I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. We have tested this issue in our lab with multiple devices, but unable to reproduce this bug. Please provide some more details for further investigation. Which Enpass (App Store or our website) with version are you using? Does the same Key Combination work with other Apps? If not, one of the possible reason could be that some other App is consuming these keys. - Anshu

  11. Hi @ajgraves Thanks, Noted. But you must also know that removing a item from folder doesn't actually delete that item from Enpass database, its just unmark it from that folder. You can still view it in all items or its category listings.
  12. Hi @Thomas, We are really very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Few of known causes for sync issue are: * Devices have different date time. * Different cloud account in devices (just double check in case) . I do prefer Dropbox personally, however there is no such known issue with other cloud services. Also, let me know how many items do you have in your Enpass database?
  13. Hi @opm_baer Yes, You can import the data with separated folders and subfolders. For that first you need to export your data from KeePass by following these steps: Open KeePass-->Go to File-->Export-->Select KeePass XML(2.x). Now you can import that data into Enpass by following the steps mentioned here in user manual https://www.enpass.io/docs/desktop-windows/import_export.html Cheers !

  17. Hi Guys, Thanks for your suggestion. We have already implemented this functionality in the upcoming version. It works as Follow: When Enpass Extension is Enable: With a single click, it will display Enpass Helper. With double click, it will display Main Enpass App. When Enpass Extension is Disable: It will display Main Enpass App.
  18. Hi @FLTechDad We are ready with the Edge extension of Enpass and soon will roll out the Beta version of Free Desktop app. Edge extension will work for Windows 10 insider versions only. To get the pre-release build, please join our beta program for Windows platform from https://www.enpass.io/beta-program/
  19. Hi @Ryan Enpass autofill works only with those browser which provides accessibility events. This technical limitation is preventing us from autofilling in other browsers (Firefox, in your case ) and thats why you've to search and fill the details. You can also manually fill the logins in Firefox by using Enpass Keyboard.

  21. Hi @SchattenMann Thanks for reporting the issue. Please provide some more details as follows: On which device (Along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using? Have you tried any other cloud as well? Any Antivirus/Firewall/third party network security or Proxy are you using? Please also message the details of a demo account on your ownCloud (This is a must). We will get back to you after investigating it further. Thanks!
  22. Hi Kevin Thanks for your feedback. We tested both of the pages you reported for problems and have marked these sites for further investigation and correction. I also want to mention that Auto-Submit feature has nothing to do with whether login is created manually or using Enpass Browser Extension. It's just some sites don't quite play nice with Auto-Submit. I assume you have to relent and not use Auto-Submit in those cases which you can disable for those particular items from Detail page using the instructions here: https://www.enpass.io/docs/desktop-mac/browser_settings.html#auto-submit-pages-after-filling-logins

  25. Hi @Tom Thanks for reporting the issue. This issue has been fixed and will be available in next update. Meanwhile please follow these steps: Open Enpass and create a empty keychain with same master password that you are using on other device. And then enable iCloud sync.
