  1. Hi @cherish tota, As already mentioned, In your case (Lenovo vibe X3) doesn't provide appropriate APIs for the same, so we can't provide fingerprint integration.

  5. Sorry for the trouble, @Ian Gillingham. Please provide some details for further investigation. What is your system configuration? Which Enpass version are you running? Which cloud sync are you using? Are you using browser Extension? What action did you performed, after which app started hanging?
  6. Hi @klee, Sorry to hear about your trouble. We have tested your issue in our lab with multiple devices, but unable to reproduce it. To investigate it further please provide some more details as. On which Android device and Android version are you using? Are you using two step verification in OneDrive? Log into your OneDrive account and look for the Enpass folder there (should be one Enpass folder there). Now inside that folder, check for the sync_default.walletx for the number of copies it has (should be one). Is your Date and Time settings set to Automatic on device ?

  8. Hi @CaptainBDSC, Sorry to hear about your trouble in using Enpass on Chrome 64-bit. Actually this issue is not being caused by ESET but an another bug in Enpass Extension for 64-bit version of browsers on some systems. We are working on it and will release a fix soon (probably this week). Till then please bear with us. Thanks!

  17. Hi @Colin Davidson, It seems that you are facing the problem in unlocking using Windows Hello. For that please make sure you have Enabled Windows Hello from Enpass Settings. To do so please try these steps: Login into Enpass by entering the Master Password. Now go to Enpass Settings--> Security --> Enable Windows Hello. For more details please have a look at user manual link here. Please let me know if it doesn't work after turning on Windows Hello with all possible details you could share. Cheers!

  21. Sorry, It is not reproducing here in our labs. It seems everyone here is using production build. Microsoft has fixed a lot of internal crashing issues in insider builds. Anniversary update (production) is around the corner, which will be having these fixes. We would like to hear about the issue from you after that update. @HenkeV8 your problem is seems unique, please send a email to support team and let us assist you to fix the issue.
