  1. Hi @stbn, I am really very sorry to hear that you are having trouble in unlocking keychain on Windows PC. Just to make a couple of things clear, I've following queries. Are you using traditional Windows PC App or UWP version from store? Did you change password on iOS devices and also on Windows PC separately, considering the fact that master password is changed on the device and on cloud but not on other devices syncing through same cloud? Is your keyboard layout same on iOS and Windows PC? You can try this by typing the password on notepad in Windows and then copy/paste it in Enpass to unlock keychain. Have you changed the default location of Enpass in PC? Enpass version on iOS and Windows PC. To resolve it for now, please reset your Enpass on Windows PC and setup again by restoring your data from cloud. You can reset the traditional version of Enpass on Windows by deleting the Enpass folder (default location is Documents) and on UWP you need to remove and install again. If you're using traditional version, please also take a backup of your Enpass folder. I assure you that your problem will be resolved very soon. Thanks for your co-operation!

  5. Hi @Denis Manibal, Thanks for writing in. Currently, Enpass supports only single vault but the feature of multi vault support is already in our roadmap and being discussed here. Yes, you are right! You have to use Enpass Portable version in which you can choose a different database. For more details please have a look at user manual. Hope this helps!
  6. Hi @Brunni, I am sorry for the inconvenience you're facing in syncing with WebDAV. Generally, Enpass sync works fine with WebDAV, but there might be some issue with HiDrive. It would be really helpful if you share a demo account on your HiDrive to us at support@enpass.io or in a personal message to me so that we can investigate where the problem could be and try to fix asap. Which Keyboard layout are you using? What is the default language for Enpass and are you using any special character in master password? Have you changed the default location of Enpass?   8. Hi @neolidas, Thanks for writing in. The feature of Touch ID support for Macbook device has already been implemented and will be available in next beta update. If you are willing to test it before public release, you can turn on the beta updates from Enpass settings. Log into Enpass --> Preferences --> Advanced --> Enable Beta updates. Cheers!
  9. Hi @TheHoitlinger, Sorry for the inconvenience. Actually, these services are disabled by Android on some devices and we cannot prevent that. For more details please have a look at our FAQ.
  10. Hi Currently Enpass supports extensions for widely used browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Vivaldi, Safari and Opera browser. Unfortunately, Chromium is not code signed and Enpass can not verify authenticity of browser. However, you can make Enpass extension work with Chromium browser by turning off the Code signature verification in main Enpass App as explained here in user manual. As mentioned here under Communication section, Enpass App validates authenticity of both extension and Browser before making any connection and serving data for autofilling. In case of Chromium Browser, Extension Validity Check gets passed but the validity check for Browser gets failed and you get the Enpass connection error. So if you turn off the code signature verification, you can bypass the Browser checking and set your foot into autofilling in Chromium Browser. To avoid any security risks associated with turning off the code signature verification, please make sure that you download the browser from the legitimate source and double check the authenticity of any extension you install.   14. Hi @Paulo.pontes@gmail.com, Thanks for writing in. Sorry to say but Enpass doesn't support sync with S3 bucket and currently we don't have any plans to add more cloud Sync option, but I have noted down your request.

  17. Hi @treefern, I apologize for the inconvenience. Please make sure that you have configured the same Microsoft Live ID in your Lumia device (as in Surface). If you are using different Microsoft Live ID for your Lumia device then please share it with me in a personal message, so that I can add that Live ID in list of allowed IDs for Package Flight (Beta). But the good news is that we have found this issue with Generic CSV/DSV import, and we will fix it in next Beta release (due soon). You can turn on the beta updates in Desktop version from Enpass settings. Log into Enpass --> Preferences --> Advanced --> Enable Beta updates. Till then I request you to please bear with us. cheers!

  21. Hi @treefern, Thanks for choosing Enpass! For your Lumia 950, you can get the beta version of Enpass in the same way you got it for your Surface device using the same Microsoft Live ID. Hope this helps!
  22. Hi @chaoszwerg. Thanks for writing in. I can understand how willingly you are waiting for this feature. Currently, our dev team is working on the Attachments along with some other enhancements. At the moment, I can't assure any ETA for syncing with different OneDrive account but only can say that soon we will start working on improving the sync with OneDrive with option to allow user to sync with Microsoft account, other than the primary one, meanwhile, please bear with us.   23. Hi @Eduard Bosch, First of all, I would like to thank you for choosing Enpass! I am really very sorry that you are facing these issues and I can also understand the level of frustration. This sound very weird as neither we have never faced it here and nor reported by any customer so far. For investigation purpose, please provide some more details. On which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using? From which PadLock version have you imported your data? Did you import using Generic CSV/DSV or option to import directly from for Password PadLock? Does this issue appear if you try to edit any item created by Enpass rather than the one imported from Password Padlock? All this information will help us understanding if the problem is there in data imported using the Password padlock. Thanks!
