  1. Hi guys, Sorry to hear about your trouble and I apologize for the inconvenience. Our dev team is working on this issue and will try to fix it asap. Meanwhile you can try using other available cloud options to sync. I appreciate your patience in the meantime.
  2. Hi @PepeCZ, Thanks for writing in. Actually, we can't specify exact ETA because the final release depends on the performance of beta version. If you have enrolled for Beta program, you get the emails notifying you about the availability of latest beta versions with the release notes. It's your wish to download and test it before actully being released in market, otherwise you can stay with the stable release. Cheers!
  3. Hi @schrej, Thanks for writing in. Enpass takes a second to play unlock sound and the visual effects. Although I have added a request for faster unlock in our roadmap. Cheers!
  4. Hi @Haddock, Sorry to hear about your trouble. Please drop us an email at support@enpass.io with details of your Android device, Enpass version, Keyboard layout, default language of Enpass, so that we can investigate where the problem could be.
  5. Hi @macracer, We have fixed this issue (multiple users login account problem) in current beta version of Enpass and will be available very soon with the next release. You can get and try out the Beta version as mentioned in the posts below: I would like to let you know, in order to use Enpass Browser extension, the main app must be running in background. The reason is that being an offline password manager, Enpass saves all your database locally on your device not on any server. Whenever you visit a login page and click Enpass browser extension for auto-filling, then the extension securely connects with Enpass app to fetch and auto-fill the details. For more details please have a look at our user manual link. You can also start Enpass automatically with every system start by Enabling the option "open automatically at login" in Enpass General Settings. For more details please have a look at user manual link. Cheers!
  6. Hi @whig0, Thanks for reporting this issue and sorry for late reply. We are looking into the issue.
  7. Hi @Darkglow, Thanks for your suggestion. I would like to share that we have already rolled out Enpass Beta for Mac with the quick PIN support along with some other awesome features. If you can't wait till the final release, just try out the Beta version. Cheers!
  8. Hi @holongate Sorry to hear about your trouble and I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. The feature of trash support is already in our roadmap and we will try to implement this feature in top priority. Although Enpass warns you before permanently deleting your data from keychain but I can understand that you would have overlooked that warning while managing your imported data with generalized thought of recovering it from Trash. Once again, I am really sorry for that.
  9. Hi @holongate, Thanks for your feedback and we do value of every single word of it. The feature of custom categories is already in our roadmap for future version. We have fixed this issue in the current beta version with option to move items with 'Drag n Drop' and will be available very soon with the next release. You can get and try out the Beta version as mentioned in the posts below For Mac: For Windows: Actually this is the default behaviour of App. When you create or import any item it will save items in All items or Import categories respectively. And when you move items to particular folder it will generate a reference of that particular item in the folder leaving the item in category. BTW, you can hide the unwanted categories from the Sidebar using Menu->View->Sidebar. Hope this helps!
  10. Hi @Stephan, Sorry to hear about your trouble. You can change categories by follow the steps mention in user manual. Cheers!
  11. Hi @DustinDauncey Thanks for writing in. Sorry to say that we don't have this feature now. But as far as I can understand that you want to capitalize the Field label URL in all items. We will fix this in the next update so that you will see URL instead of Url in all the Enpass generated items (Will not be possible if you have imported from other password manager and for that you would have to re-import your data by changing in original text file from which you have imported). Hope this helps! Cheers!
  12. Hi @Patneu, Sorry to hear about your trouble. I would like to let you know that currently Enpass autofill works only with Chrome and Popular Apps. Please let me know on which browser you are trying to autofill, so that we can investigate where the problem could be.
  13. Hi @Takashi Kawasaki, Thanks a lot for showing interest in improving Enpass in Japanese localization. We are managing localizations for Enpass at crowdin.com. If you are interested in contribution, please send a mail to localization@enpass.io and we will revert you with. Cheers!
  14. Hi @Hydro, I apologize for the late reply, don't know how I missed that . Thanks for your suggestion. Sorry to say but at the moment we don't have any plans to implement online Web App. I have note down your suggestion and forwarded to dev team for their consideration. Cheers!
  15. Hi @thoko, Sorry to hear about your trouble. Please drop us an email at support@enpass.io with details of your Android device, Enpass version and most importantly a DEMO ACCOUNT on your WebDAV server (for diagnosing the issue), so that we can investigate where the problem could be. Cheers!
  16. Hi guys, This beta version is available for Ubuntu and Debian users only through our beta repository where we are detecting the dependency of libstdc++6 for the minimum required version 4.9 (one of the known issue) and check installtion with a prompt for same. Checking of this dependency hasn't implemented in standalone installer yet which would let user install the App but eventually not execute. We will fix this issue of libstdc++6 soon and release the final version for all supported distros. However, you can still get the standalone version of this beta from here, which we haven't released publicly yet. In any way, you will be able to install it on your system but Enpass will run on those having 4.9 or later versions of libstdc++6. Hope it helps! Cheers!
  17. Hi @Joined Forum First of all, Welcome to the Enpass Family! Currently we don't have this feature, and at the moment we don't have any plans to implement this because Enpass is an offline password manager and this feature can work efficiently in case of online password managers. Cheers!

Hi @Victor Chu Sorry to hear about your trouble. Could you please try the latest Beta version and see if it fixes this problem? Please keep me posted. Cheers!
  19. Hi @Sushubh Thanks for your suggestion. I have note down your suggestion and forwarded to dev team for their consideration. Cheers!
  20. Hi @Sushubh Sorry to hear about your trouble and we apologize for the inconvenience. Our dev team is already aware of this and they are working on it. The best workaround at the moment is to clear other notifications from the notification bar, then try to auto-fill via Enpass notification. Till then we request you to please bear with us.
  21. Hi @BJ I can understand your frustration. Our developers have look into this issue, but weren't able to find anything that would cause this to happen and we have rolled out Windows beta version with awesome feature and fixes. So I recommended you to try our latest beta version and check are you facing the same problem.
  22. Hi @niemalsnever Thanks for the suggestion. It's great to hear from users how they want and need to use Enpass. I have noted down your request and we'll take it into consideration. Cheers.
  23. Hi @DustinDauncey, Thanks for your suggestion. I have note down your suggestion and forwarded to dev team for their consideration. No need . Cheers!
  24. Hi @jscgn, Sorry to hear about your trouble. To investigate further in this issue, I might need to send a diagnostics tool with some more queries. Please drop us an email at support@enpass.io mentioning a link to this discussion along with crash log report and we will take it further. Thanks for your co-operation.
  25. Hi @Dero Thanks for using Enpass. I have noted down your suggestion in roadmap and hopefully it will be available in a future update. Cheers!
