Hi @ak79744600, Thanks for writing in. Please follow these steps: For Windows: Quit Enpass. Delete Enpass files from your system. To delete files follow the path: Go to User Documents--> Delete Enpass folder. For Mac: I. App downloaded from Mac App store: Quit Enpass. Go to User --> Library Folder--> Containers --> in.sinew.Enpass-Desktop --> Data folder--> Library--> walletx.db--> Delete it. NOTE: Usually Library folder is hidden, so make it visible by pressing and holding the Option key. II. App downloaded from Enpass website: Quit Enpass. Go to User Documents --> Enpass folder--> walletx.db--> Delete it. NOTE: If you have ever synced your keychain with any supported cloud, you need to delete the file from the cloud too. Sync is broken on Android with Google Drive

New windows phone
Hi @karasmith, Thanks for writing in. We recommend you to install Enpass from Windows Store only as installing from other websites or stores might put you in trouble of security risk like data theft. Apps on Store are signed with developer certificates and delivery through it assures that software is genuine and not tempered. So it's recommended to download Enpass from Windows Store only. Cheers!

Use on multiple platforms
Hi @francalvaro, Thanks for writing in. I would like to let you know that purchasing Enpass on one platform will not let you use the full version on another platform because of the platform specific restrictions. For example, all the purchases on Play Store are managed by Google and will not be accessible on iOS or Windows Store. If Enpass would have been online and subscription-based software then we could have share your account details across platforms to enable full version. The same has been mentioned on our website here https://www.enpass.io/pricing/ and https://www.enpass.io/kb/i-have-purchased-enpass-for-one-platform-do-i-need-to-purchase-separately-for-others/ BTW, The good news is that Enpass is on sale with 50% discounted prices on all App stores. Sync-Problem with 5.3.0 and Owncloud/Webdav

Version 5.4 does not work
Hi guys, Sorry to hear about your trouble. To diagnose this issue I want a little help from your side, so please perform these steps one by one and let me know on which step Enpass get crashed? Step 1: Turn off the internet connection. Step 2: Log into Enpass. Step 3: After login wait for (at least 20 sec). Step 4: Search for an item in Enpass by typing something into search box ( on top right ). Waiting for your prompt reply

Hi @mark chang, Sorry to hear about your trouble. Please provide some more details so that we can investigate where the problem could be? Exactly when/where Enpass get crashed? As soon as app is opened. After entering the master password. Previously which Enpass version are you using? Which cloud sync are you using? For Testing Purpose: Please turn off the internet connection and now try to open Enpass and search for any items and let me know does Enpass gets crashed?

Hi @Zbyszek, Thanks for writing in. I would like to let you know that Enpass price is 9.99 USD only per platform and the surplus you are being charged for depends on a state's or country's tax laws. For more info please check out: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2850368? But we have reduced the cost and now the cost will be around 9.99 USD including all the taxes. It might take some time to reflect on Play Store. Cheers!

Enpass master password and windows hello
Hi @paulsiu, Thanks for writing in. The minimum requirement is: Your USB fingerprint reader must be Windows Hello certified or known to work with Windows Hello. 1. If your PC/machine doesn't have TPM chip, a software TPM will be used by windows. You have to unlock Enpass using your master password only at launch of app, afterwards you will be able to use your fingerprint to unlock. 2. If your PC/machine have a hardware TPM, you will be able to unlock Enpass with your fingerprint at any time, even at launch of app.

Price!
Hi @Tipunti, Thanks for writing in. The regular price of Enpass is $9.99 USD (670 INR approx) per platform. In India, there was a promotional offer in which Enpass app cost was reduced to 200 INR. The offer was expired on last week and it comes again to regular price.

Keyfile support?
Hi @gammy, Thanks for writing in. Keyfile support feature is already in our roadmap, but due to other features priorities, it has moved down. Our dev team is working hard to bring the new features asap and currently they are busy to bring one of the most demanding features "Attachment support" along with other enhancements. At the moment I can say definitely we are going to implement but can't assure you any ETA. Thanks for understanding!

Opera 42 (stable)
Hi @red5goahead, Sorry to hear about your trouble. Recently, Opera browser has changed the code signing certificate for new release, that why Enpass is blocking connection with opera and displaying error code 403. An update with fix will roll out soon. Till then we request you to please bear with us.

Enpass reverts to fingerprint after reinstallation
Hi @spino, While investigating, It seems that in your phone backup of Enpass has not been updated since months. There was a bug in Enpass that allowed the fingerprint preferences to be backed up with phone backup and same was fixed in version 5.2.0 (June 21, 2016). Can you please tell us when the last backup of Enpass was taken by phone. You can find it via follows these steps: Open Google Drive App in your device --> Go to Settings --> Tap Manage backups --> And share the screenshot (For more details please refer the attachment) Also please share the Backup and Reset settings of your device.
