  2. Sorry if this was already posted. Is there a way to tell Enpass that I don't want it to prompt me to save credentials that I have already saved (unless they are different)? It's annoying. It happens on too many websites. Using Chrome on Windows 8.1 x64

  4. Hi Seems to be that the autofill function is not working for Synology Photostation login. URL: http://miracuruzrh.synology.me/photo I tried many different settings with password and username field type and url. Seems to be that the password and username is filled in the background. When then the login button on the page is clicked then the fields are filled out. But when opening the login overlay and then let en pass trigger the autofill then the fields aren't filled out. Any idea how to correct this?

Hello. When signing up, we are requested to input both username and email (and both get saved to Enpass). However on some sites, during login, only email (or username) is asked, and Enpass sometimes fills the wrong value (email instead of username or viceversa) and I have to edit the values manually to be able to login. Can we specify a default login field to be used on a specific website? E.g. set the username as the default authentication method on a website, and email on another website.

Hi there, I am quite happy with your product. There is only one occasion where it does not fill in information properly. See attached copy. When I click enpass to have it fill in the information, it fills the left column (which is wrong) because it is for the first registration only. It should, however, fill in the right hand column where it asks "Already registered?" Have you made any progress when it comes to wifi-sync?? Thanks Friedrich

  7. I am using Firefox and Enpas 5.6.2 When logging to certain websites if I am already logged in to Enpass then the focus works as expected. However, if I use the Browser shortcut to invoke Enpass and Enpass asks for my master pass because either enpass timed out or it is the first time using the computer for awhile then after I enter my master pass the fields get filled correctly, but focus is not passed back to the browser fields and therefore I have to click on it. It would be nice if it could add focus back to the fields.

  9. Love Enpass, and been using it on Android 7.0 for a while. Also using Edge on Android as primary browser. Enpass recognizing sign in conditions and generating the notification, but when tapping it Enpass reports that the entry not found and is looking for Microsoft.com not matter the domain. Hope it is easy to fix. Thanks

Hello, I'm an happy Enpass user for a year and I use it on iPhone and Mac. I really like Chrome browser, but the Enpass autofill worked only on Safari and Firefox on iOS devices. I'm happy to know that now Chrome for iOS supports Enpass autofill!

Hello, you can query htaccess in Firefox to enable automatic login, similar to Google Chrome? At the moment I have to enter the data manually. Thank you

  14. Hello, I recently switched from Chrome to Firefox on android, and one of the things I've noticed is that autofilling no longer works . I've tried both regular and nightly versions of Firefox for android, with no avail. Autofilling still works in Chrome. Is this a known issue, or is there anything I can do to fix this? Cheers

Hi all, For about a week now, the Safari browser extension stopped working, displaying only a ‘Enpass Connection Error’. It works fine with the Chrome extension and the taskbar helper. When doing a tcpdump (sudo tcpdump -i lo0 portrange 10391-10395 -nnn) on the loopback interface I can see traffic from the taskbar helper or the Chrome extension to Enpass. However, I don't even see a connection attempt from the Safari extension. Here are the relevant open sockets (I am using Dropbox sync, hence the first connection): % sudo lsof -i -n -P|grep Enpass Enpass 949 bcollet 29u IPv6 0x227f399a5755c0cf 0t0 TCP [MY IPV6 GOES THERE]:49721…

There are several websites (usually banking) that have two fields - UserName & Password. When you enter the UserName the web site does a search and then Inserts ***** to block the UserName from being seen as a security feature. Then the Password is entered and the web site checks the Password -- Enpass autofills the two fields so quickly that the website does have time to verify the UserName before the password is filled and causes an error. It would be nice to be able to place <pause 3> after the Username in Enpass to slow the autofill a few seconds before it passes the password. This would also help on the websites that have two web pages - one for the Us…

  17. Hi there, I've noticed that Enpass is auto-filling username and password in a create account field a bit down the page at https://www.shutterstock.com/ I've disabled auto-submit login for this entry in Enpass but it still insists on auto-filling. This is one of those websites where you have to click 'Sign In' at the top of the webpage and bring up another window overtop of the main webpage to log in. In these cases I usually don't have to uncheck auto-submit login because there is nowhere to submit anyway. But on this page there is... so I have to disable it. However, it's still submitting. Can you take a look at this? I'm using Firefox 59.0.2. Than…

Hi, I've a question around search result ordering. When I search for a login credential, either in the desktop app or browser extension, it doesn't give weighting to the title/name. An example of this is where I've 'gmail' in the title. Searching for this term will return an alphabetised list of logins where 'gmail' is in the email address, rather than prioritising items where "gmail" is in the title/name. This seems odd since the name/title is a key piece of metadata

  19. I've been using Microsoft Edge as my primary browser for while, and Edge used to working somewhat good. But from a few months from now, extension for Edge just stopped work (pardon my confusing English, I'm still working on it). I really enjoy how Edge is fast and well integrated with Windows 10, and I now that I deserves this suffer choosing Edge as my main browser, but could you help me? My setup: Edge Desktop Enpass classic desktop (the version got from Windows Store and UWP version are not good as win32 version, bad...). Chrome and Firefox extensions working properly.

Hi there, came across a funny thing: when I am trying to start enpass via browser extension on my macbook air, I receive an "Enpass Connection error" message (see picture). When I start the enpass desktop app first, the error message does not appear. On my windows pc I can start the browser extension and everything works without having to activate enpass desktop app. Any suggestions? Thanks Friedrich

Hi there, I just installed Enpass with an import of hundreds of 1Password items. Location and website is double with each entry, that's not so nice. But that's not the point. I have another question: I'm wondering if I open the browser (Chrome Mac) extension with blank page, the extension has no entry. Why? I usually call pages through the extension. How do I always get to see the complete list without I have to enter the page manually before? That’s not user friendly. How do I see the full content in the extension?

  22. Hello, When using Enpass to authenticate to Amazon's AWS login page, https://signin.aws.amazon.com/signin, it doesn't work properly. Their login page is split in two sections: First, you fill the email address or IAM identity, then click on Next. Once they've made sure this account exists, they ask for the password. Enpas doesn't recognize the first field as being a credential field, so I can't fill anything. Once I've manually typed the username/email/IAM identity and get to the password page, it recognizes the fields as a credential field, and I can search through my various AWS logins to fill it. In our use case, we have multiple AWS logins fo…

  24. Using the browser extension, one of my top sources of frustration is when I try to auto-fill from an entry, only to have that entry open a new tab associated with its URL. I personally *never* want to open a new tab using Enpass. If I wanted to visit a site using my desktop browser (e.g., Firefox 57 macOS), I'd open a new tab and navigate there myself. The typical use case is that some company changes domains, and now instead of mychase.com it's chaseonline.com or something like that. Even with the "Match URL hostname" option disabled in Enpass desktop, when I search for and double-click the Chase entry, it opens a new tab for the old site instead of auto-filling. Th…

I have tried the browser extension with Safari and Chrome on a MacBook with OS 10.13.3 and notice that the extension will not show the corresponding login info for whatever website login page that I have open. It appears that the only way to find the login info is to manually type the name of the site in the search box. I would like for it to automatically pull up the corresponding info so all I have to do is double click on it to select and auto fill the data, like it does on my Win10 computer and my ChromeBook. Is there a setting that I am missing? Thank you
