Autofilling and Desktop Browser Extensions

Very curious why the threads about FF55+ (x64) and the Enpass WebExtention are being closed and do not permit replies, why it is apparent that there are unresolved issues. The Enpass WebExtention 5.5.0.1 with Enpass core app 5.6.2 on Win 10 x64 (b16299) is not working, as it been reported repeatedly. Statetment like is simply impervious and nonesense. It does not instill user confidence that Enpass is shying away from the certification of the Firefox store and makes one wondering about the real reason. Any other reputable extention is offered through AMO and not suffering from fast delivery of updates.

Hello, All our beloved users using Firefox 57 beta must be missing the Enpass extension as the Firefox has cut off the support for add-ons. There is a pre-released version of Enpass WebExtension exclusively for you available here on our website. Please note, to make the Enpass WebExtension work for you, you need to have the latest Enpass v5.6 for Windows, Linux or Mac (website version) installed on your system. Am using Windows 7, Yandex browser. Setting in desktop vesrion already set to 'Enable Browser Extension but not opening in browser. Extension in browser already installed but it remains black and when clicked it instructs to set for browser extension in desktop version and that windows closes and a new tab window loads. The extension popup is unusable for me. As you can see from the video, the interface just disappears whenever I move the mouse. I can scroll through the list using the keyboard arrows, but then the only way to confirm the password input is to press enter on the keyboard, given that the mouse click doesn't do anything. Ubuntu 16.04 LTS Chrome 62.0.3202.89 Enpass Browser Extension I can not change the keyboard layout inside the extension. Just in the browser, changing the layout works correctly.

When I use Enpass in Safari I use the shortcut ⌘ + /. But in Safari this shortcut is also used by Safari itself. It toggles the Show/Hide Status bar. So I want to change the shortcut, but I can't find how I can change this shortcut. When I go to preferences in Enpass it says it can only be set from the browser extension, but when I go to my browser extensions there's no button to edit settings.

Hi Enpass team, I love the new extension and that Enpass is now available in the Windows Store! Thanks for that! For the browser extension I just have some minor feedback: If you have the dark theme in Edge enabled, the icon should adhere to it and use a light icon (see attached screenshot). It seems Enpass cannot grab the URL from the Firefox 57 adress bar, there is always no entry found in the key chain. This works with the desktop version (and Firefox 57) but not on Android with Firefox 57 and Enpass. It works also with Chrome on Android so it must be a bug with the Android App in combination with the Firefox 57.

When adding new site credentials on chrome, I click on the generate password icon on Enpass Chrome addin, and it correctly fills in the pwd field. However, it never prompts me to save those new credentials to Enpass meaning that by the time I get to Enpass, it has already cleared clipboard so I need to go to web site and do a "forgot password" to get a new password. I find this very frustrating. Also, I would expect Enpass to save ALL generated passwords somewhere when I click the "Fill & Copy" to at least offer some workaround for this shortcoming.

Hello, I have noticed lately that the chrome autofill extension has stopped working with Google's signin forms. I have to copy/paste the password in, and even if I choose to save the login again, once prompted, it will still not form fill the next time I need to log in.

I am using a dark theme in Firefox and the icon gets lost as it matches the same color. I would like to have a icon selection option in the Browser preferences. Preferably: Dark Gray (Default) Light Gray Blue + White

Just installed Enpass and paid for pro based on a bunch of recommendations. Running this in Chrome Version 60.0.3112.90 (Official Build) (64-bit) I get no window, popup, anything available to me as far as logging into any sites I've put into the password manager app. The app is running on my desktop, Windows 10. If I got to a site (like amazon) where I have a login and right-click the username and password fields, I do get an option for "Enpass" but selecting that just pops a new Chrome window that goes to my homepage. Basically, autofilling doesn't work out of the gate...

Hello, the latest official Safari Extension (5.5.0) won't work for me under High Sierra. It always say that I must enable the extension in the preferences of the app. But I've enabled it there. I restart the App and switch it off and on again, but it won't help. I also switch the "verify browser' button without any result. But under Chrome it works. So that I think that the App is correct configured, but I can't fill any login/password field in safari :-( pls help. thx

firefox 57+ compatibility ? Did you have start doing the browser extention for firefox compatible on 57 ? On this version XUL extension will stop to work. All legacy add-ons will stop working on Firefox 57 when WebExtension will replace legacy add-ons and XUL/XPCOM support will be removed for add-ons completely. Enpass can not survive this change.

Just purchased Enpass. I have installed Chrome Extension and have Windows 10 Desktop version of Enpass Build Version 5.5.7 When I try and open Chrome Extension an Error message appears "Please start Enpass desktop app and make sure you have checked "Enable Browser Extension" in Enpass Preferences, before using Enpass Browser Extension." However, I cannot see anywhere in the Desktop App to enable the extension. Where is this option located? It looks nothing like the image that appears with the warning message

The Browser shortcut works great, but I have noticed that on Account Alias Login Pages on AWS Console that when the focus is on an input the shortcut doesn't work. I have to click off of the input then the shortcut works. I am using Firefox Developer Edition 56.0b12 and Enpass 5.6.0 on Mac 10.12.6 I can't paste the link to it as it has a token it in. So you can get to that login page by going to: https://console.aws.amazon.com/ Then adding a random account ID like "happy" then click next. There you will see a login with 3 fields. Show number of matching credentials in extension icon Is it possible to show the number of matching credentials in the extension icon, like Lastpass does for instance? Is kinda handy with only one match also since then you see that you have a stored credential for that site.
