  1. I've run into the following issue with Enpass v5.5.6 on macOS 10.12.5: Dropbox sync is enabled and is working fine. I leave the office, where I was connected to the Wifi network. I close my MacBook and get on the train. On the train, I work on the MacBook, but not connected to a Wifi network. Before I exit the train, I close the MacBook again. At home, I open the MacBook and it connects to my home Wifi network. When I now make a change in Enpass, the Synchronize icon starts spinning and sync never finishes The only fix for this is to quite Enpass and start it again. Can you please verify whether this is a known issue, or a new bug?

  2. Hello, I've started to use enpass on my iPhone and wanted to use it on my Macbook too. I've noticed that there are two versions available: one from the App Store and another one for direct download from the website. But the link to the App Store doesn't work, as it seems that enpass isn't available in the German App store. Unfortunately the second version for direct download doesn't support synchronization via iCloud. Of course I would like to use the possibility to sync via iCloud otherwise it's useless. I don't want to use other cloud services just to be able to sync enpass. Is there any other possibility to get enpass for my macbook to sync via …

  3. Hi, I'm unable to sync Enpass (bridged version) with OneDrive after Windows 10 upgrade to Insider preview version 17711. Reset Enpass content and connect to OneDrive to restore cloud content ends up with the message "Sorry, we didn't find any Enpass data on this OneDrive account" - not sure of the error message translation as my Enpass is in French. I also tried to uninstall / install Enpass from the store, but still the same issue. Any idea? Thanks.

Due to the new mobile version of Enpass 6 on 31.12.18 you could at least open the program on the iPhone without breaking the app. But if you want to save a backup from a WebDAV server back with this version, after you deleted the data on the phone, no backup from the cloud will be recognized !!!! The path is recognized by the app but you get the message that no data has been found in the directory! If you download the backup from the WebDAV server to the PC and download it via iTunes to the iPhone, you cannot import the backup via the local data because the PW is not recognized !!!!!     After updating to the new version, Enpass stopped syncing through Dropbox. The iOS version continues to sync, or so it seems but of course now my devices are out of sync from my laptop. Very upset! I uninstalled Dropbox from my Mac, deleted the access in Dropbox, reinstalled Enpass on the Mac, and requested cloud sync access from Dropbox. A request popped up to open a link in the Dropbox desktop app: After saying OK, I get a forever spinning, stuck screen: In the meantime, Dropbox does not have the know about any Enpass access: Please fix ASAP! Is there anything I can do in the meantime?

    Hi, I have an issue with my OneDrive sync after updating my Enpass desktop App on my Windows 10.0.16299.904 PC. It was working before updating to Enpass v6. The error number is 507035. Your help is much appreciated. (I am also still using Enpass app on a Win 10 Mobile phone but I've noticed it can't sync anymore with Desktop v6).

    Hi, Some items in my database are not displayed in the iPhone app. The problem is similar to the one in the previous closed thread: https://discussion.enpass.io/index.php?/topic/1819-ios-app-does-not-display-content/ Everything in the "Login" category will show up, but all the other categories are empty, even though the Group window indicates the correct number of items in each category. Maybe this is not a syncing problem. If I create a new item in the iPhone app, it will save and sync to my Windows desktop where it will show up correctly. But in the iPhone app where it was created, it will be invisible. Someone else recognise this problem? …

  8. I've installed the latest version of Enpass Traditional on my business Windows 10 PC. The cloud sync doesn't work The authorization process with Google Drive succeeds, but after that nothing happens in Enpass, I don't even get any error message. In our company we're using a BlueCoat proxy server. On my private PC at home the cloud sync works like a charm. So I guess the problem is related to the proxy server. I've already tried the manual proxy configuration in Enpass, without success.     I've had Enpass on my windows phone for quite a few years now. Works perfectly and backs up to OneDrive. I've since been forced to abandon my WP for an android phone. I understand that I'll need a new license for the android app, no problem. What I am unsure of is how to migrate the data. I looked in my OneDrive acct and found the Enpass folder containing one file, sync_default.walletx. So here's the question... if I tell my android app to sync to OneDrive, will the file I now have be compatible, or will it be over written by a new blank file (and therefore losing all my data)???

    I've been using enpass for about 2 years without major problems. I use enpass on 4 devices and sync my vault to my owncloud account. Since end of November the sync fails (Errorcode 907403). Two major changes have been made: 1) I change my account to Pro; 2) I updated my owncloud to version 10.3 (from 10.1). Thanks for advice Michael

    I have been using Enpass for a couple of years without a problem on my Mac but it has recently started erroring when trying to sync with Google Drive. It gives the error code 404035. Does anybody know how this can be fixed? Thank you

    When I sync via Google Drive, I get a file `sync_default.walletx`. However, if I add an attachment, it is not visible in the `Enpass` directory. Wallet size stays the same. I have tried though, attachments are being synch'd to my Android app just fine. When I sync via Dropbox, the `App/Enpass` folder contains a wallet file and for each attachment a file. Why the difference between Google Drive and Dropbox? Where are the attachments sync'd using Google Drive? Thank you.

I've been using enpass now for a few years, windows, MacOS, Linux, and not sure how or when cause I don't use my mac too often but I have now have to sync files, "sync_default.walletx" and "vault.enpassdbsync" Unbuntu 18.0.4 is syncing enpass to "sync_default.walletx" and MacOS (Mohave) is syncing to "vault.enpassdbsync" Would someone know why, and is there a way to reliably merge them? Sorry a bit more information I should have included, this is all webdav via owncloud. MacOS is EP version 6.3.3, Ubuntu EP version 2.4.1, QT 5.9.5 Thanks

  14. Hello, I created a secondary vault throught the MacOS desktop app. This vault is linked to another Google Drive account as mentionned in the documentation. However, I am not seeing the secondary vault in my iOS app... FYI, I am an Enpass Pro user. What do I need to do to sync the secondary vault in my iOS app and be able to see the option "Vaults" which I'm currently not seeing? Thank you! Best, manuolito

    Hello I just bought a lifetime license. Now, I am trying to sync all my vaults (4) via my Dropbox account. Error message (translated from German): Two vaults cannot be connected to the same account for data synchronization. Please tell me this is not true! Image my surprise when my WIN10 Enpass session with iCloud expired today, requiring me to reauthenticate using my Apple-ID only to receive a warning from Microsoft Edge that the site cdn.apple-cloudkit.com was being used for phishing ...     Ciao a tutti, sto sincronizzando un PC Win10 con un telefono Android. Ho usato prima DropBox e poi OneDrive. Per me funzionano entrambi. Però il risultato è strano: Sul Desktop ho ordinato le mie password dentro le categorie standard di Enpass, ma quando sincronizzo il telefono, le password ci sono, ma non dentro le categorie che avevo scelto. Stanno tutte nella Home. Ho provato a ordinarle sul telefono, ma quando sincronizzo il Desktop succede la stessa cosa, le categorie si svuotano e le voci finiscono tutte nella Home. Se invece creo delle categorie personali, allora si sincronizzano bene, succede solo con le categorie standard di Enpass. …

  19. After Synology pushed a Webdav update to their NAS systems none of my devices are able to sync. All devices say "No data found on WebDAV". On my PC I disconnected and attempted to reconnect and get the error that it could not connect to the specified folder - check password and username. I used the exact same settings to log back in. This connection problem appears on Windows, Android, and iOS. Thank you for any help you can offer!

  21. Can Enpass sync to a vault on a removable flash type drive? Also, could one sync using say iCloud and then remove the data from iCloud leaving the freshly synced vault on a device? Sort of a temporary or one time cloud sync. Thanks!

  22. I've had no trouble with syncing over iCloud Drive until today. Earlier today I was forced to create a new password for my iCloud Drive account. Now the Enpass app will not sync across my iPhone & iPad. When I try to do a manual sync I get an error code - 1104009 Do I need to update the iCloud password in the Enpass app? How is that done? I tried disconnecting from iCoud Drive and reconnecting but I still get the error code.

  23. My annual subscription of enpass had expired recently. I primarily use enpass to sync the data between my desktops and laptops. 1.The new entries are still being synced between my desktops and laptops. I would like to know whether the sync between pc's is free even after the expiration of subscription. 2. As i don't use the mobile version of enpass, should i need to subscribe again to the premium version ? Please let me have a reply. Thanks.

  24. Hi Support team - Over the last 3+weeks - automatic or manual cloud sync not working on Windows 11 Pro. Primary vault is unable to sync with iCloud like before. It keeps trying (synchronizing blue dots circle) to connect to apple cloudkit website but throws network authentication error when correct login credentials are entered. Have tried it on multiple browsers over different days and same error. Note: Between iOS devices - cloud sync is working correctly but not between Windows and iOS devices. Desktop Enpass build version: 6.8.4 (1166) and iOS Enpass build version: 6.8.6 (684) How quickly could this error be fixed? Thanks

Hi, I'm currently trialling Enpass to see how suitable a product it is to replace our current spreadsheet solution that is not fit for purpose and on paper, this product fits the bill in terms of encryption, granular access and various other things. One thing I cannot work out, is how do I actually create a vault directly for a Team? I cannot create a second vault in the same OneDrive account when I try and I cannot see an option to create it directly unless I am missing something obvious! Many Thanks Mike
