    Hi! i’m not sure if it’s related but one day my enpass mac account lost connection with iCloud (for syncing). Then I noticed duplicates turning up in my iOS version of enpass. So I reconnected the OS X version. Then synced. Now i’v got the same duplicates there too. (The recorda I didn’t change in the meantime have the same date stamps) How do I get rid of them? Any ideas?     Hello, after i upgrade Firefox to the new Version (57) the Enpass Extension isnt working anymore, i can not us the Shortcut to fill the Forms. If i click on the Enpass Icon in Firefox, it shows me there is no connection and i have to enable the Option. But i dont change anythink on the Settings in Enpass, only upgrade the Firefox. I have disabled the Browser Support in Enpass, then Close Browser and Enpass, open Enpass enable it, close Enpass and open it again, the open Browser but nothing helped.     The add-on for Firefox is not working on my system, it redirects me to the Enpass Connection Error help. How can I debug this, is there any way to detect what is wrong? As far as I know, it's all brand-new: Windows 10 Home Single Language Build 16299 Firefox 57.0 64-bit with Add-On Enpass Password Manager 5.5.0.2 Enpass Password Manager 5.6.2 It works fine with Chrome and Edge...   5. I was using enpass portable in linux so I could run multiple instances but now that the new version 5.6 is out and chrome extension has been updated I can no longer use the enpass extension . Error : I dont see the portable version of 5.6 in the website! Any idea how to fix this?

    hi, I extracted secret and qr from my humblebundle authy. scanned it to enpass.. now i'm getting 6 digits codes.. however humblebundle authy codes are 7 digits. and these 6 digits aren't accepted at login upd: and what about autofilling TOTPs ? so you press shortcut for login/pass autofill, and on next page you press it again so TOTP is autofilled then

  7. Hi, Im new to Enpass and have got started yet. Before I dream up a master password, may I ask, how long (and complex) should it be? Is a short simple master password OK? Or should it have numbers, capitals, and punctuation symbols?

    Im having difficulty with each window in Enpass. It does not fit my screen. Starting with the 'Welcome' page the bottom links could not be seen and the window couldn't be dragged up. So, I tried various screen resolutions and moved Windows taskbar from the right hand side. That helped but only a temporary solution. Im using Windows 10, and a recommended screen resolution of 1920 x 1080. I think this problem requires a bug fix.

    I am using a paid version for enpass across multiple platforms, the master file is kept on dropbox which is accessed via enpass on osx, windows, android and ios. Since the last update this is happening: for the second time, enpass wont sync with the dropbox master file - on all platforms. Only after deleting the masterfile on dropbox and then resyncing a new file is created as a masterfile on dropbox which I can then access again on all platforms. While not a complete disaster, unless I pay attention to whether or not enpass is syncing up, new information might get lost if enpass stays out of sync. What is the reason for this?   13. EDIT 5 Nov 2018 (10 months later): the problem is still here in v5.6.8. The Windows client does not fetch updated entries edited in the Android or MacOSX clients (but Linux, Android, MacOSX update just fine). I have the Android app v5.6.4 and the Windows v5.6.5. I created a sync with my own webdav server. It works fine, except one tricky part: if I edit an item in Windows that exists in both Android, it syncs and i can see the new edits in Android.   14. Hi I have a new copy of Enpass 5.6.5 and using Firefox Quantun 58.0.1 (64) on Win10 pro. I have it open and in "new Item" ..its taking me a few minutes to get the info and before I am ready, it simply closes the New Item. So I though maybe there's a time limit.... I then did the same process but this time, when I didn't have the info ready, I clicked Save. It seemed to Save but there was NO item saved. I did a search,expanded columns..no item. When I click the web extension button on Firefox, it quickly redirects me to the configuration error page, asking me to enable the web extensions on the settings from my desktop app. However, I do have it properly configured (see image attached).     Changing the Data Location isn't working the way I want. I want the walletx.db to be stored in the location "e:\Software\Enpass\Data". But the Settings menu keeps appending the "Enpass" folder to the end of the location I want. I also had a similar problem with the Backup location, but was able to change this via enpass.conf file.     Is it possible to remove the empty fields on all my password entries? Sometimes auto generated entries include information from the web form I don't care to keep, like tickboxes and such. I've gone through and deleted the information but all the boxes are still there on each entry making editing it in the future frustrating as I have to scroll down the list to find the username/password fields to edit.

  18. I am able to log into Enpass local database on my PC, but I can't do it on the Enpass app in my Android phone. When I try to sync using my PC, I am asked to provide password of Enpass data on Google drive. I made a mistake, and changed the master password on my phone and I must have made a mistake writing the new master password down on paper and now can light ibto my Enpass databàe. I tried changing the Master Password on my PC local Enpass database and it worked but I still can not sync the phone database with Google drive.     Hey guys, I'm using Ansible to deploy some services, and inside the config some variables are encrypted using Ansible Vault. Usually I need to copy-paste the password from Enpass to the terminal when Ansible asks for the password, but it also supports passing a path to an executable file that should print the password to stdout so that it can access for example the system keyring. Since you haven't published any official API documentation on how to talk to the desktop app, I've written a small script that mimics the browser extension's behavior and talks to the desktop app. With this implemented, whenever Ansible needs my password and my database is locked, the usual…

  20. Got a very annoying bug. At least once per day the extension does not open when hitting the icon. The only resolution is to open Enpass desktop, enter password, goto preferences and then browser. Having got there remove a tick from "Enable browser extensions" put the tick back and close the preferences.

  21. I am using the latest Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview (Build 17672.re_prerelease.180511-1445) and Enpass (Bridged Version) will no longer launch. There is no error - actually it just doesn't do anything. You click the icon and nothing happens. I am using the latest version of Enpass as released on the Windows store.     Been using Enpass for some time now without any problem. However, I’m now experiencing a problem when I come to launch a listed Url. When I click onto ‘Launch Url’ in the Items menu it opens the correct sign-in web page but when I click the Enpass icon at the top right of the address bar I get a brief error message (which disappears before I can read it) and opens a new blank browser tab. Is there a fix for this?
