  3. Freezing issues can sometimes occur due to compatibility problems, especially if you’re using an older version of Enpass. Updating to the latest version is recommended, as it includes performance improvements and bug fixes that may resolve the issue you're experiencing. Also, while Enpass doesn’t use Bonjour for sharing data, manually entering or importing logins shouldn’t typically cause freezing unless there's a conflict with certain system settings or third-party software. If the issue persists after updating, please let us know: Your OS version Your current Enpass version Any steps that consistently reproduce the freeze We’ll be happy to investigate further.
  4. Just updated to macOS Tahoe Beta 3 and enpass desktop doesn't work with this version either. Same symptoms and issues as Beta 2.

  7. I have mostly the same issue on Windows thought it was my PC seems like it may not be. That is good to hear. Thanks. Noticed it happening a long while ago. Very long while ago.
  8. Hey sorry for ressurecting this old thread but i have the same problem as the poster. Is there a way for me to type the local IP manually for Manual Wifi Sync? my server lives on another subnet as the client and I've opened all communications between both devices through my router. the problem is everything else works (lan access) but it could not detect the server.
  9. It sounds like the fields may not be correctly mapped in the item you're using. Please try the following: Open the Enpass app. Find and edit the item you're trying to autofill. Make sure that each field (e.g., username, email, password) is correctly labeled with the appropriate field type. Save the changes and try autofilling again. Incorrect field mapping can cause Enpass to fill the wrong data into all fields, as you've experienced.

  11. It may just be me but Enpass a lot or always sometimes seems to freeze up when I go to use it at times. I have to force exit/close it then reopen it. Doubt that error has anything to do with it but maybe. It was on a older version on Enpass if that matters. Who knows this may not even have anything to do with Enpass. Not sure if this important or matters but yes at the time I was sharing my Enpass data, logins entered into program myself. (not over anything internet) Doubt Enpass even uses bonjour sharing method but no idea for sure.

  13. I'm utterly flabbergasted that this has been going since June and the only response is "send us an email, we'll look at it". At an absolute minimum there should be a direct link to the last working version so that we can all get back our passwords, get back work, pay our bills, and do all the things that we depend upon Enpass to enable. It is utterly irresponsible to knowingly leave us locked out. "Here's how to download a working version and get back into your Enpass" should be the VERY FIRST response, and "email us and maybe we will look at it" the second. Enpass, you have failed us.
  14. When I performed the autofill in Android Devices is not working, Enpass put the password on every single field. The username is fill with password, email is fill with password, everyting is filled with password. Any way to solved this? I already tried to unistall, erase data and nothig works.

  16. It’s the same every year: almost every app works without an update or gets one within a few days after the first macOS beta is released. Only Enpass isn’t ready even after at least two public betas. So don’t be surprised if it’s the same this year.
  17. Ah - that explains why I can't read the attachment after adding it. Note that the online manual states "Add Attachment" whereas Enpass states "Add File". Also, it makes no mention of image files only. However, I can confirm that Enpass will open an image, after r-click and selecting Open

Clear your browser's cache and cookies. After completing these steps, check if the issue is resolved. If the problem persists, kindly provide the following details so we can assist you further: The operating system version of your device and the browser you are using. Whether the credentials have been saved as an item in the Enpass app. A complete screenshot of the page where you are encountering the issue.
  20. I will do this next time i have the pop up and the crash at the same time, it's very intermittent.
  21. I know it's bad manner to ask , but it's been like 2 weeks already , any update on this ?
  22. What does this mean in the input field? when I try to login to my google account, "please sign-in to icloud" showed after the enpass icon which colour also seems clickable. But nothing really happened when i clicked it.
  23. Plan on using Firefox portable too, maybe, so if this ever happens again I can find the conflict or issue.
  24. I did try all of that. Was able to manage to fix it though. Not sure exactly how just reinstalled. Saw a place to get extension icon to appear so checked it off to be sure it happens this time. Now works great again. Thanks.

If the Enpass extension icon isn’t showing up in your Firefox toolbar after installation, please try the following steps: Check Extension Visibility Click the puzzle icon (Extensions) on the Firefox toolbar. If Enpass appears in the list, click the pin icon next to it to make it visible on the toolbar. Verify Extension is Enabled In the address bar, type about:addons and press Enter. Locate the Enpass extension and ensure it’s installed and enabled. Restart Firefox After installation, sometimes a browser restart is required for the extension to fully load. Reinstall the Extension If the icon still doesn’t appear, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Enpass extension from the Firefox Add-ons Store.
