  2. I have been trying to get Wi-Fi Sync to work for a few years. The only way I can get it to work between my iPad and my Mac is to delete Enpass from my iPad, download from the App Store and scan the QR code. Then it will Sync for a few changes or additions to the password manager. But then it will fail to sync again. Both computers are on the same network, both are running the latest version of Enpass. Mac has just added a new Password Manager in OS Sequoia and IOS 18. I don't know if it's as secure as Enpass, but it might be worth looking into.
  3. I'm seeing the same issue with Brave browser. The autocomplete dropdown appears for a second and then disappears just as quickly.
  4. Hello, just to informe that the bug still persist with MacOS Sequoia 15.0
  5. Since I updated to v6.11.3 I am getting this problem. At the moment I cannot open the desktop application at all. Will you be releasing a fix ASAP?
  6. Notice there was an update today, but unfortunately it did not resolve the issue. Thanks for the update.
  7. @Pedro O: I can explain what my work-around was, but it is a bit technical and I doubt if it helps you, sorry. In my case, I was trying to link Enpass on a Windows laptop with a my vaults on a Mac desktop. For whatever reason, the multicast DNS messages that the Mac was broadcasting did not reach the Windows computer. Now I did two things: 1. I tried to open as many firewall ports as possible. Admittedly, this is not a good advice in general, and for me it actually didn't seem to work at first, but perhaps it was required. I don't know, I did it anyway. In Windows Security (In Windows 11, this is an app, separate from Windows Settings), go to the "Firewall & network protection" tab. Here, make sure "Private network" has the word "(active)" behind it. Than, click "Allow an app through firewall". This opens a new window, where I first had to press "Change settings" before I could make any change. Here, I made sure that the tick boxes were ticket (for "Private" (network) in particular) for the following apps: "Bonjour Service" (if it is listed), "Enpass Password Manager", and "mDNS". Note that Bonjour (old name of DNS service discovery) and mDNS (multicast DNS) is the mechanism how an Enpass server announces itself over the network. 2. Now, for whatever reason, it still did not work. Before you proceed, open enpass, and try to add a Vault, till you reach the "Select Server" with the "Looking up for servers..." spinning 'ball'. mDNS services broadcast their presence on the network every 30 seconds or so, and the results are cached. Something seems to go wrong with the caching on Windows, and despite waiting longer than 30 seconds, the server never showed up. However, I found that if I query the advertised service, it will show up, even on other devices. So what I did was use a little app written by Lily Ballard of Tildesoft, called "Discovery" (formerly Bonjour browser) to query the Enpass service. I did so on my iPhone, making sure it is on the same wifi network as the Enpass service. Just open the app, find any service of type "_enpasswifisync._tcp", open it, and click it again for more details. For whatever reason, as soon as I did this on any computer on the same wifi network as the Enpass service, at that same time, it also shows up on the Windows machine, I was able to proceed. Unfortunately, this Discovery app is only available for Mac and iPhone (links point to the app stores), and I do not know of an alternative for Windows or Linux (there is an command line tool called dns-sd, but I never tried that). So if you have a Mac or iPhone on the same network, you can give the DNS-SD discover app an try. It seems like a long shot, but perhaps it works. Let me know the result.
  8. I'm having the same problem with a work laptop and I cannot change the network settings. I can create SSH tunnels so if I could specify the address I would be able to make it work.
  9. I noticed in the last few weeks that Enpass Android hanging while trying to sync. Using version 6.11.1.1022. If I wait, it will eventually come back, but it can be 15 to 30 seconds. It can by during autofill, or updating entry. It happens some with OneDrive, but particularly bad with Box. Box is so bad, it is unusable as sync target. Workable but a nuisance at times. Phone: OnePlus N10 5G running Android 11. Model BE2028.
  10. For all those who want to host their Enpass Vault securely in S3, we have built a WebDAV-S3-Adapter at Espresso-Lab. This can be run as a container or directly pushed as a Helm Chart into your cluster. We welcome any kind of contribution and feedback. Just use your AWS / MinIO Credentials as WebDAV Basic Auth. It works really well in meantime while this feature is still not supported by Enpass.
  11. The automatic backup of enpass cannot change the location of the backup. I selected the device (Synology) on the local network. The prompt: The current location cannot be accessed. However, this device is accessible, and this device is the device for webdav synchronization.
  12. Sure, this never stopped from happening.... :( I get this now about every 3rd system startup
  13. This is still an issue for me, running Enpass 6.11.3 on macOS Sonoma. Happens every time I launch it via spotlight except for the first time when it asks for my master password instead of fingerprint. Might have to do with the fingerprint prompt and spotlight conflicting?
  14. This is extremly sad to hear. I do understand, that for "new features" at some point an upgrade fee would be acceptable, but not providing existing users with some sort of discount is some malpractice and not supporting of longtime users. I myself bought a lifetime Pro license I think back in 2016 and would willingly upgrade to Premium for a discounted fee, but ~100€ just for the feature to get 2FA and breach notifications? Thank you, but no.
  15. Just in case anyone else has landed here from a search, this is no longer true. I asked support what the discount would be if I upgraded from Pro to Premium and they replied "Currently, we do not have any ongoing promotional campaign. You can check the website for pricing and features." Extremely disappointing.
  16. I am using the latest Enpass 6.11.3 (1773) with browser extension 6.11.0 on Arc Version 1.60.0 (53678). After a while the password completion popup disappears so fast that it is impossible to choose a completion in the popup. Also the enpass icon in the username field seems to blink on and off its lock signal. It appears as if the extension regularly (every 0.5s) becomes unauthenticated which makes the popup disappear. Here is an excerpt of the log: ``` Greetings from Enpass 15/09/2024, 16:37:23 : Self Initiating srp. 15/09/2024, 16:37:23 : Authentication not required 15/09/2024, 16:37:23 : Message parsed successfully 15/09/2024, 16:37:23 : srp in progress ... 15/09/2024, 16:37:23 : nothing received ``` After restarting arc it works again for approx 30min (or maybe until the computer goes to sleep). Any help would be appreciated. Also note that using the enpass assistant style form filling does not work at all once it starts acting up. If I am super fast and manage to select the browser based popup completion before it vanishes, then form filling does work. This is super frustrating.
  17. On my Android phone I notice that the Enpass autofill function only works in less than 40% of the websites where I need to fill in my credentials. When I'm visiting a website and want to enter my credentials, I click on the box for email address/username or for password and only in a minority of cases the autofill button shows up on the top bar of my keyboard. In the majority of cases no autofill button is displayed, forcing me to enter the Enpass app and to do copy/paste actions for username/email address and password. When I started using Enpass some 4 years ago, it worked flawlessly but since about a year I experience this suboptimal behaviour. What is going on? I use Gboard as keyboard should that matter. Both Enpass and Gboard have been updated to the latest version. I'm on Android 14. Pixel 8 phone.
  18. Installing on Windows 11 home laptop. Stuck in loop authorising the vault on OneDrive. Go through the process, receive confirmation that the vault is set up ok, but then go and check and get the message 'OneDrive Session Expired'. Getting same message on Android phone - Galaxy S23 + What to do?

  20. Just to document for anyone interested in knowing the custom TOTP parameters supported today (09/2024) by Enpass: • otpauth: algorithm = SHA1 / SHA256 / SHA512 digits = 6–8 period = 2–60 Not yet supported: • steam
