Hey @Torbjörn, As @Ivarson described there is no dependency between Enpass and browser. You can logout of the OneDrive account from the browser after sync setup, and it doesn't matter which account you use after that in the browser. But make sure if you disconnect and reconnect sync at that time, the same account is logged in your browser with which you are syncing data in Enpass. Thanks! -

Hi @Torbjörn, Thanks for sharing the details. I understand that your Windows Laptop is not showing the number of entries. The reasons could be: It is syncing with a OneDrive account different than your iOS devices. It is syncing to same OneDrive account but to different folder than the iOS devices are. Don't worry, we can solve this issue by checking both the above reasons one by one. Make sure if all devices are syncing to same OneDrive account by looking into Enpass sync-setup page. All devices should show same OneDrive account ID. If it is showing different account, please disconnect sync in Enpass and reconnect. Please note that your browser has remembered your OneDrive account, so before connecting sync again, please log out from your OneDrive account on browser. To look for second reason, you need to login to your Microsoft OneDrive account on browser and check for Enpass folders. Please check for both reasons and share your findings. -

Installing and sync with dropbox: doesn't recognize password

Hi @Dougga, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. That's strange! There could be some issue with the browser, so we suggest try changing your default browser and let us know if the problem persists. The password of the data means the password of the vault you are trying to restore from Dropbox. If you are restoring the primary vault, use the master password. In case, if you are using multiple vaults, make sure you are using the password of the same vault you are restoring. If the issue persists, let us know if you can access all your data on any other device? If yes, follow these steps and revert to us: Disconnect sync from all devices. Open Dropbox in any browser --> App --> Open Enpass Folder --> Select vault.enpassdbsync file --> Rename it as oldvault.enpassdbsync. Open Enpass on the device you can access the data and enable sync with Dropbox. This will establish sync with Dropbox and a new file(vault.enpassdbsync) on Dropbox will be created. Now set up sync on all the devices. Thanks for your co-operation. -
Hi @ulf1234, Welcome to the forums! If you get the error message 904056, it means Enpass cannot connect to the internet. So please let us know are you using Proxy/Firewall or Antivirus, which is blocking Enpass from establishing the connection.

Hi @Torbjörn, Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Please check if you are syncing data on all the devices using the same cloud account? If yes, let us know the following details: On which devices and OS versions (mention all) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using on each device? Are you using multiple vaults on other devices? Also, login into the OneDrive account from any browser and check how many Enpass folders are there? -
Hi @penarcher, Thank you for reaching out about this. Please note that we already have a feature request for the same, which is aligned for implementation in the future. However, we do not have an exact timeline for when this may be implemented.

Can I backup to USB drive on ChromeOS?

Hi @Martijn;), Thanks for using Enpass and writing to us. We want to inform you that If you are using multiple vaults, then each vault needs to be synchronized with a separate cloud account. But if you are using the WebDAV or Folder sync, then you can use the same cloud to sync different vaults by defining a separate path/folder for each vault. For more details, check our user manual.

Hi @Morph, Welcome to the forums! To investigate this issue we need a little input from you so please follow the below steps to share the save pages: Open the particular website in Browser. Right-click on it --> Select option Save As --> Choose the location and save the file. Follow the same steps on both pages. And now share both files/folder with us on support@enpass.io. Hi @singularity0821, Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Whether the full-time Window Hello will work on any device totally depends on the Windows itself. To determine the compatibility of the device to support Full-time Windows Hello (feature is only available with Enpass Store version), Enpass relies on this API provided by the Microsoft . It is the only way to distinguish whether the security keys are generated by a legit Hardware TPM. There is little Enpass can do in this case. Although for external TPM is available in the market we cannot ensure that they will support the given API.

Hi @Marinus, Thanks for the patience. The error in the One-Drive sync has been fixed in the latest beta of Enpass Portable v6.6.1. To download the beta version of Enpass, check this link. Also, we can expect the stable version of the same soon.

Hi @Redeemer, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. We would like to inform you that if you had changed the master password of Enpass on any device, other devices will be prompted to change the master password via the "Resolve Now" screen. Did you change the master password on any other device before received that prompt? Also, let us know the Devices OS, and Enpass version so we can help you better.
