Our committed development team is currently focused on resolving this issue as a matter of utmost importance. Moreover, future updates will incorporate the required fixes for this glitch. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this interim period.
  2. Hi @stkjj Regarding point a), at the moment, OTP needs to be added in the Items separately via the secret key or by scanning the QR code (for mobile devices). However, I completely understand your point and have duly noted your suggestion for future improvements. As for the point b), Enpass does support autofilling identities and credit cards. In case you are facing any issues, do share the requested information and I will gladly get this further investigated. #SI-3488
  3. Hi @aurelien.rasse I'm glad to hear that this issue has been resolved for you! Moreover, we are also working on a fix for HTTP pages which will be available in the future versions. We request you to kindly bear with us until then.
  4. Hi @Salmathogan It is possible to create your own custom templates. Kindly refer to the steps in the link I shared in previous post to learn more about it.
  5. Hi @stkjj Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Let me assist you with the points you have mentioned - a) Two-factor authentication (2FA) enhances the security of your accounts by introducing an extra layer of protection. This typically involves receiving a one-time confirmation code on your phone or via email. However, for even greater security, you can opt for a more robust 2FA method that utilizes an authenticator app to generate single-use codes known as time-based one-time passwords (TOTP). Enpass offers this advanced authenticator capability as an integral feature. To discover how to generate TOTP codes within Enpass, please consult this link. b) On iOS devices running iOS 12 and newer, Enpass seamlessly integrates with the AutoFill Passwords feature. Once you've granted Enpass the necessary permissions within your device's Settings, you'll notice that Password options appear either above the keyboard or in place of it whenever login fields are identified within an app or website. To explore more about autofill with Enpass in the iOS version of the app, kindly check this link. If in case you are facing any issues while adding TOTP for any webpage or autofilling, do share the app name/URL of the webpage on which you are facing the concern and I will gladly get this checked for you!
  6. Hi @Tanguy I completely understand your perspective, and it's true that sharing the account credentials is necessary. In such a situation, you can establish a dedicated cloud account solely for sharing purposes, distinct from your primary cloud account. This approach will also ensure clear separation between your personal and shared items. To delve deeper into the process of sharing vaults, please refer to this link for more information.
  7. Hi @Leo-man We appreciate your feedback , and I want to assure you that we have taken note of it. I have promptly shared your input with our development team to help us make future improvements. Your patience during this process is genuinely valued. #SI-3487
  8. Hi @Dorian Passkeys streamline the login process, eliminating the need to rely on memory or manually enter passwords. They consist of a pair of digital "keys" automatically generated on your device, and they only function when used together. One key is stored by the respective account, while the other remains securely encrypted on your device. When logging into an account, these two keys seamlessly combine instead of requiring a traditional password, providing a robust confirmation of your identity. For a visual guide on how to add a passkey in the iOS version of the app, I recommend checking out this blog, as it includes a helpful video that can assist you in this scenario.
  9. Hi @all Our dedicated team is looking into this concern and we will update you all soon regarding any progress in this matter. Kindly bear with us until then. #SI-3481
  10. Hi @chucky888 The data between the devices is automatically synchronized via Wifi-Sync when the app is brought to the foreground. As for the Wifi-sync issue you are facing, for troubleshooting purposes, please try the below steps - I would suggest you disconnect the Wifi-Sync server from the connected devices and set it up by following the steps in the link , or manually by following the steps in this link . Ensure that you have allowed access to Enpass in your Firewall/Antivirus Settings. Moreover, if you are using any VPN service, try disabling it to check if the issue persists. Check that time is set to automatic and is same on all your devices. You can also refer to this highly useful troubleshooting guide in case you get the same error after creating a manual Wifi-sync server. If the issue persists, kindly share the version of the Enpass app you are using on all your devices along with a screenshot of the error that is occurring. Also, do share any VPN/Antivirus/Firewall software you are using on the laptop 2.
  11. Hi @user050126 For troubleshooting purposes, please visit this link and make sure to thoroughly uninstall the app from your system. After completing this step, kindly reinstall the app and share your observations with us.

  14. Hi @Tanguy When utilizing multiple vaults in Enpass, each vault must be linked to a distinct cloud account for synchronization. At the moment, it is not feasible to connect more than one vault to the same cloud account. However, if you are utilizing WebDAV/OwnCloud, you can sync multiple vaults by establishing distinct paths or folders for each vault.
  15. Hi @all If you encounter the 'Session Expired' error while synchronizing with iCloud, please consider disconnecting and then re-enabling the synchronization; this step should resolve the issue. Should the problem persist, please verify the version of the Enpass app you are using, as we have recently rolled out updates across all platforms.
  16. Hi @all While addressing this bug, we have determined that the autofill failure is linked to a protocol change in this scenario. To resolve this issue, could you kindly save an alternative URL with the 'HTTP' protocol in your Item for locally served websites and then share your observations with us?
  17. Hi @all In our comprehensive investigation of this issue, we have identified that another software installed on the system may be causing a focus-stealing problem, resulting in the closure of Enpass Assistant. Could you please check and provide the name of any such software that might be causing this interference?

  24. Hi @hispanico957 No two vaults can be synced to the same cloud account and each vault in Enpass must be synced to a distinguished cloud. However, you can use the same cloud service provider (i.e., Dropbox, Google Drive, etc) but the accounts must be different per vault. Kindly use different cloud account to synchronize in case of multiple vaults.
