Hi @Jan.Bee Following a comprehensive investigation into this matter, we'd like to inform you that these websites do not facilitate the creation of multiple passkeys in Enpass. Could you please verify whether you have already stored a passkey in Enpass for these websites? If so, kindly remove the current passkey, as only then will you be able to generate a new passkey. -

Hi @Jan.Bee While we are looking into this concern for you, could you please double check if you enabled manage passkeys option from extension settings? For safari, go to App> settings> browser> safari browser > turn on manage passkeys. For other browsers , right click on Enpass extension> settings> turn on manage passkeys. -
Hi @gabell We will gladly assist you with all your queries - Unable to import from Roboform - Please try the following steps to import the data and let me know if that works: Open RoboForm. At the top left corner → Click on RoboForm drop-down options. Print lists → Login → Enter the data password. Click on save. Save the file and import it into Enpass and share your feedback. Follow the same steps for identities and safe notes data. Desktop app is terribly slow - Kindly share the below details with me and I'll get this checked for you - The version of the Enpass app and OS you are using. The roboform app version you were using. The total number of Items, attachments and Vaults you have added in the Enpass app. Any cloud service you are using to synchronize your data.

Syncing Enpass with iCloud password manager

Hi @nibovim760 Since Enpass operates as an offline password manager, your data is exclusively stored on your device. Although synchronization across various devices is achievable through cloud services like NextCloud or WebDav, it necessitates the installation of the Enpass app on each device. It's important to note that synchronization with other password managers is not feasible in this setup.. -

Hi @nibovim760 As Enpass is an offline password manager, all your data is stored locally on your device and we have no access to it. This is to ensure maximum security for your confidential data. Also,Enpass optionally lets you synchronize your data across devices though a wide range of supported clouds. Your cloud always contains a copy of same encrypted data as on your device. A copy of your encrypted data is downloaded on your device where is gets decrypted (locally) for real sync operation to merge changes. Afterwards, it gets encrypted again and uploaded back to the cloud. In a nutshell, your cloud works only as a storage medium and no cryptographic operation (encryption or decryption) is performed there. All such operations are performed locally on your device and your data never leaves your device in unencrypted format. To learn more about security with Enpass, please check out this link. -

export Uploaded files are not being exported with "File > Export"

Hi @mattalxndr You can export all the Enpass data including attachments in the .json format on any laptop/desktop using the below steps- Open Enpass > Click on File from the Enpass Menu > Tap on Export > Select the format .json and location > Continue. Note- As mentioned by @rand477, Exporting in .csv or .txt format won't export the attachment files.- 2 replies

Hi @Jan.Bee For troubleshooting purposes, I would recommend checking out this link and ensuring that you are not missing any crucial steps while enabling Passkeys. If the issue persists, kindly share the below details and I'll get this further investigated for you - The version of the Enpass app, browser and Enpass Extension you are using. The URL of the webpages for which you are unable to create and store passkeys. -
Hi @Rooco While investigating the issue you reported, our development team found that the autofill issue occurs on this website because this webpage uses web component. That is the reason Enpass Extension will not be able to autofill and as extension is unable to detect login form, while clicking on the item to login, it opens a new tab.

Problem with Firefox extension and Enpass 6.9.2

Hi @xaintrailles It appears that the challenge you're encountering differs from the topic under discussion in this forum. Please consider trying the following steps, as they are likely to be beneficial in addressing your specific situation - Ensure that the latest version of Enpass is installed on your device and that the Enpass application is running in the background when using the browser extension. In addition, the “ Enable Extensions ” under the Browser settings of your Enpass application should also be enabled. I would also suggest checking that you have the latest version of browser installed , re-configuring the extension, and reinstalling it from here. Try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser. Ensure that you have allowed access to Enpass in your Antivirus/Firewall/VPN settings. Also try disabling them to see if the issue persists. -
Hi @electrolund After ensuring you have created a manual backup/set up synchronization for the Enpass data, try the below steps and share your findings with us - Open the Enpass Application. Quit the Application using the ctrl+Q. Open the Documents folder in the File Explorer. Now Rename the Enpass folder created in it. Again open the Enpass and observe that should be on the welcome screen. Now Choose the Cloud account on which Enpass data is stored. Complete the Authorization process. Enter the data password and continue.

Hi @electrolund If you would like to completely remove the Enpass app from your device, you can refer to this link. However, I would recommend creating a manual backup of your data first.
