    • On which all devices (along with OS version) are you using Enpass?
    • Which Enpass version are you using on each device?
    • Which cloud services are you using to sync?
    • Are you getting any error message or code while syncing?
    • Does the Date and Time setting set to automatic on all devices?

    I would suggest you please make Chrome as your default browser and then try sync if you haven't tried it yet and share your findings.

    • Which Linux version and Enapss version are you using?
    • Have you installed two versions (Enpass 5 and Enpass 6) of Enpass on your system?
    • Are you using a multiuser system?
    • Which cloud services are you using to sync?
    • What is your preferred browser and its version?

    Thanks for sharing the details.

    I will really appreciate if you can perform following troubleshooting steps and share the output via support@enpass.io

    Verify from the 'Activity Monitor' if an executable with the name 'Enpass Helper' is running. If yes, please run this command in the terminal and share the results: 

    • lsof -i:10391

    Where 10391 is the port number and if there is no output (blank), please try with other port numbers between 10391 to 10395.

    Yes, but if you want to use the premium feature of Enpass then you have to download Enpass from Windows Store.

  6. Hey Günter Stangl,

    I would like to share that since Enpass 6 is based on a new architecture, it will only sync with Enpass 6, and not with previous versions. So, to test the sync functionality, you’d need to install the Enpass 6 on your Windows PC as well.
