- Have you installed two versions (Enpass 5 and Enpass 6) of Enpass on your system?
- Are you using a multiuser system?

Verify from the 'Activity Monitor' if an executable with the name 'Enpass Helper' is running. If yes, please run this command in the terminal and share the results:
- lsof -i:10391
Where 10391 is the port number and if there is no output (blank), please try with other port numbers between 10391 to 10395.

Sorry to say but currently we don't have any plans in the near future to implement import functionality for Figaro's Password Manager. If you can somehow convert an exported file into CSV then you can import into Enpass using Pre-formatted CSV.

Please make sure you are using the correct master password by checking the caps lock off. Also, please try copy and pasting your master password in the password field to check if that works and have a look at our help page showing the troubleshooting steps you can take when master password is not working.Hope this helps! -

Hey Günter Stangl,
I would like to share that since Enpass 6 is based on a new architecture, it will only sync with Enpass 6, and not with previous versions. So, to test the sync functionality, you’d need to install the Enpass 6 on your Windows PC as well.
