  1. @Ed Katibah, Glad to know that. Let me know if you have any further queries!
  2. Hi @Jonathan B, To check this further, as you have already switched to Google Drive for syncing purposes: Please delete the sync folder of Enpass in the OneDrive account. Create a new dummy vault in Enpass app on any of your devices. Connect it to OneDrive and also connect another device's dummy vault to it to test the working. Now make some dummy items in the vault and check to see if the same are synced to another device after syncing. Let me know if this works!
  3. @d4rkpump, Thanks for the details. We are looking into this. I have shared the details with the concerned team and we will let you know once we have an update.
  4. @BeardedOldMan, Thanks for the details. We will be testing this internally and I will let you know once we have some update regarding this.

  8. Hi @willydee, Thanks for the feedback. We are working on the app to make it better for the users and we are listening to all the customer feedback to make the product better.
  9. Hi @RainerH, The file that you have downloaded is a .pkg file. Please move it to a different location and extract it. Once the extraction is complete, try running Enpass.

    System start up

Hi @yendor, Could you please let us know which OS you are using in your laptop so that we can assist you better. Also, please try disabling the option for Open Automatically at System Start up and try again after restarting the device.
  11. Hello @Operations, For quick troubleshooting, disconnect the sync from all the devices and reconnect it again. Now do some sample change like mark any item to favorite, add a new item in any one device. Now check does the changes are reflected in other devices? If your problem persists, please share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be. On which devices and OS versions (mention all) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using on each device? Are you getting any error message or code during sync? If yes, share it with us. Does the Date and Time setting set to automatic on all devices? Does the last synced time get updated on the sync page?
  12. Hi @Sergio, Could you please confirm from where did you install the Enpass app from; the store or the website? Please let us know so that we can check this further. If you have the store version, please try re-enabling the Touch-ID and let us know if it helps.
  13. Hi @Ed Katibah, Sure, you can merge the data of one Enpass into another one. To do so, please follow the steps given below: Take the backup of all data from the Enpass you wish to uninstall and save the file to a desired location. Make sure you remember the master password as this will be required while adding the backup file to the vault. Now open the Enpass app you wish to use. Create a new vault in the same Enpass app and then restore the data into that vault using the backup file create in Step 1. Thus the data from both the applications will be available in the desired app. Once the data restores, you can uninstall the other app from the system.
  14. Hi @Brian, These steps are to be taken when the user is certain that the data is intact in at least one of the devices. Even if the sync file is deleted/renamed from the cloud, the user should have a local backup of the data in the device which can be used to restore the data. You can rename the file, and then setup the sync once again. All the data from the main device will be synced to the cloud which can then be synced with other devices.
  15. Hi @lammoth, @Nasendackel, Thanks for the feedback. I have shared the same with the concerned team for further implementation. We appreciate the feedback as it helps us to create a better product.
  16. Hi @BeardedOldMan, Please confirm the URL for the Plesk web server where you're facing this issue on so that we can test this more precisely. We have tested this at https://my.plesk.com/auth/login and https://www.plesk.com/wp-login.php.
  17. Hi @Jonathan B, Please follow the below given troubleshooting steps and let me know if the problem persists. Turn off the sync on all the devices. Open OneDrive in any browser --> Apps --> open Enpass folder --> Select vault.enpassdbsync --> Rename it as oldvault.enpassdbsync. Now open Enpass and turn on the sync. I also recommend to check if you have exhausted the OneDrive storage limit on your account.
  18. Hi @PWManager, If you wish to sync the data between two different iPhones, you can certainly use same cloud service to sync the data. However, please note, the primary vault in an iPhone will always sync with the logged in Apple ID and it will not give you options to connect to another icloud account. Please follow the steps given below to setup sync between two different iPhones. Create a new vault in iPhone2. Once a new vault is created, click on the settings menu and choose the newly created vault. In the vault settings, please choose setup sync option> iCloud account. Setup the sync with an iCloud account of your choice. It will ask you for the credentials and the necessary access; thus you would be able to sync the data between two different iPhones. Please remember, while creating a secondary vault, first create a new vault and then setup sync to an iCloud account from Vault settings.
  19. Hi @Davee, .walletx files are encrypted using SQL cipher. Please click here to know more. This file is a 100% SQLite file and this doesn't have any fixed header. I am afraid we won't be able to assist you here and we apologize for this.
  20. Hello @d4rkpump, Could you please share some more details such as the device you are using, the OS and the Enpass versions involved? Additionally, let us know the number of vaults in Enpass, and if you're using any cloud to sync your data.
  21. Hello @aristosv, We would like to inform you that currently, Enpass asks for the master password in the below given scenarios even if you have enabled the Windows Hello: System re-start When you quit Enpass and starts fresh The Windows Hello functionality is our top priority but since there have been some security and technical issues because of which we have not been able to implement it fully. However, we are working tirelessly to improve the Windows Hello functionality so that the app can directly be opened using the Windows Hello option. The functionality would be added in the future updates coming soon.
  22. Hello @harrik, The one time payment, that is, the lifetime version of Enpass premium will be valid across all devices and you won't be charged for new features added in the upcoming versions of Enpass.
  23. Hi @electrolund, Thanks for the feedback. I have shared it with the concerned team for further consideration. We really appreciate your attention to details and helping us create a better product.
  24. @HQJaTu, On enabling the website icons, Enpass anonymously connects to one of our server(s) with just the host name of the URLs to fetch their corresponding icons. This operation respects your privacy as it doesn’t disclose any of your information to us; neither do we log your IP address that could allow us to identify you as a unique user. Privacy is paramount for a secure password manager. Hence, this process doesn’t send any secure information to the server and the icons are downloaded anonymously. If you disable this option, the already downloaded website icons won't be visible.
  25. @Galaxy, To download the version from the website, simply visit the Downloads page of Enpass and then scroll down to Download from the website and choose the Mac installation. In this version, you will be able to change the data location once the app is installed.
