I have lost the majority of my Records because the iPhone App suddenly can not hold more than 20 records; unless I pay & purchase a monthly or yearly plan. What gives. Why no notice?

On my window version of enpass, the categories are automatically alphabetically sorted, which is fine. The same categories on my IOS version of enpass are not sorted. The are presented in the same sequence they were created. That is a problem because I created many new categories and It would be a lot better if the were presented in alphabetical order on all devices. Thanks

Hello Helping my wife with enpass, We've set up 5 logins on her phone on the free version and have just added facebook. (this is the 6th login) For some reason we can see the facebook login info on her desktop (macosx) but not on the iphone. The other 5 logins are visible on both devices. We've tried quitting the app and restarting the phone. Ideas? thanks

i had to reinstall the app on ios (iphone) becuse it kept crashing after opening. now there seems to be a registered EMail on my account which isn't mine. pls. view screenshot. i am worried that this is fraud or scam activity. The EMail (german notification see below) is definately not mine and i can't change it! pls. adv. thank you.

After selecting the Touch ID under Settings - Security - Quick Unlock it only stays for the next time Enpass times out. Unfortunately, I'm been spending quite a bit of time in the application on my MacBook Pro and the turning off of the Quick Unlock/Touch ID is forcing me to have to enter my Master Password over and over again when Enpass locks. Note - this is happening without logging off or shutting down the computer. (I would expect to have to re-enter the Master Password after a log off or shut down.) Its there a way that I can select it so that Quick Unlock/Touch ID remains active?

Is it possible to disable the notice field from shown on the watch?

Hello, after updating enpass to the last version 6.3.1, enpass crashes on my iPad mini 2019 immidiatly after start. No possibility to enter touch Id or password. Closing app or restart of iPad mini doesn't help. Same version on my iPhone 7 (IOS 13.2.3) and on my desktop PC (Windows 10, September Update) is working without problems. IOS Version 13.2.3 Enpass 6.3.1 (pro user) Any idea which I can try without reinstalling to get access to my passwords on iPad mini? I don't want to reinstall without a fresh backup... Greetings HP

Hi I have just noticed the same problem when sending email from iPhone (IOS 13.2.3). Enpass version 6.3.1 (410) When the mail is viewed in Outlook the unusual attachment untitled attachment XXXXX.enpasscard appears, where xxxxx is a five digit number. Could you please advise? Thanks

I use Enpass instead of 1Password since a few weeks. All went fine, synchronizing between iMacs, MacBooks, iOS-Devices. But since a few days, the iMac Pro Enpass is in a synchronizing loop with iCloud - Unknown User - Synchronizing... -Loop-Icon If I change/add items to Enpass, there is no synchronization. How can I stop and reestablish synchronizing settings? Has anyone this behavior, too? Thanks in advance, Richard

iOS: 11.2.2, iPhone 6, Enpass version 6.3.1 Hi there! I added a new fingerprint and therefore have to enter my master password again. Unfortunately I cant use the input field, because it keeps erasing everything I type. If I type really fast, I can enter two characters before everything gets erased again and the textfield is empty. There seems to be some timer at work. Maybe it's the system keyboard trying to be smart and getting a saved password. Pasting a password is not working either. Anyone had this problem? Is there any other way to unlock the app? Thx in advance!

When I try to open an attachment from iOS mail app (eg a PDF with a password) and then use Enpass to search for the password, the search bar goes right up to the top of the screen and is unnavigable. Have to force quit the mail app to try again please see screenshot

When I login there is an option to upgrade my purchase to the new features ( easier login and create your own icons) The issue I am having is when i try to register I am getting an error message no internet connection.

I did a mass upgrade of all the apps on my phone and now I can only access 25 of my passwords. With the change to the subscription model, do I have to pay all over again to have access to the passwords I have had access to for the past 3 years? I feel I should be given the option to copy down the passwords I've had stored and had access to; it feel like the company is holding my personal information hostage after I already paid for pro once. Why aren't current pro members grandfathered into the system and given a month or so to make the decision whether or not to continue? I feel betrayed by this company right now. I need my passwords for work. What do I do?

I have a need to occasionally share my username and password over WhatsApp or messages. There is a share button available in the iOS app under each item. When I select it to share, recipient gets it as *.enpasscard which can’t be opened. How to share it it as a normal text pls using the share button? thx

I was using Dropbox to sync my devices. I just upgraded my iCloud storage and attempted to sync with iCloud. However, syncing with iCloud on 2 different Windows 10 PCs never stops and doesn't properly sync. So, I am trying to switch back to sync with Dropbox. I had no issues reconnecting Dropbox on Windows 10. However, I can't get Dropbox to link with Enpass. After I enter my Dropbox credentials it just displays a spinning processing circle. If I open the link directly in Safari it works fine, but it doesn't carry over to the Enpass app. I have also tried uninstalling and re-installing the app. No luck. Hello! With my iPhone 6 I was able to unlock Enpass with my touch ID. With my new iPhone 11, the touch ID is no longer supported. How can I use the Face ID to unlock Enpass? Thanks for more information!

Have had / paid for full version since 2017 on iphone n ipad. Update has relegated me down to Lite. With half my passwords missing. Enpass support useless- saying same emails numerous times in their reply to me: delete app, download again etc. still says on app I have not paid for it. Originally cost a£12 - now £48 for new users, but state that full version will continue if been using it. Down from rec 5* to 1* my recommendation - dont buy. Support useless, repetitive replies.

Product: Enpass Version: 6.3.1 System: 13.2.3 Device: iPhone I have a tag that I use for three different entries. When I search for the tag then I can only find two entries.

In my enpass entries, I use a few special characters to help me find quickly what I am looking for. As for an example, I use $bankname where bankname identify my bank. (I use $RBC for my bank: Royal Bank of Canada). In enpass for window, it works fine. If I search for $RBC (in title or in content) I find all enpass entries with $RBC. That does not work in enpass for IOS. For an unknow reason, if I use the character $ in my search, enpass finds nothing.

Hi! I get the message about the update in the app but when I am taken to the App Store, nothing downloads. I tried deleting and downloading again but it doesn´t download at all. (Mojave).

Hello, if I use Enpass on a iPhone app on a iPad Air 2 with iOs 13.1.3 the ui is sometimes crashed and I have to restart the app. you can see the result on the attached screenshot. Best regards

Opening the app as usually with my password, it is shown a message which tells me to update the app for a new better version; so I updated it but still at the opening of the app it is shown the same message as before, and I can't close it because there is no way to do it, and there' s no cross on the upper right to touch and make it disasppear! So I' can't go on using the app although I payed for it. What can I do to close that message at the opening of Enpass?

Hi, i am using enpass with my iPhone and my Apple Watch first time today. I installed enpass on the iPhone and activated the Apple Watch. Then I set Pin to activate. But on the Apple Watch, enpass is still not protected by a pin. Whats going wrong? Thanks in advanced for your help. Frank
