Hi, I have installed Enpass on my Apple Iwatch 4 and I have enabled Apple watch on my Apple Iphone 11 Pro Max, however when I attempt to open the app on my watch I get the message " No items found. You need to add items to Apple watch from the detail page of item in the app." I have no idea what that even means. Shouldn't the items automatically transfer to my watch? Have a vault on Dropbox and have created 186 entries in it. Installed it on my iPad after sync, I can see in the group overview that the iPad can see 186 items in there but when I actually open it, it only display 20... what gives?

Hi, I'm exiting user from Enpass V5. I have query as below. 1) Company update V5 to V6 but did not inform user in advance. 2) I lost my data in V5 which I did not have back up to anywhere. 3) How to get back my data in V5? Please assist in this matter. Thanks

I purchased the Mac/OSX version of Enpass and created a Vault with 200+ entries. My goal now is to move the Vault to an iPad running iPadOS. I plan to NEVER update the Enpass from iPad. Only update it on the Mac. But I do NOT want to leave a copy on ANY Cloud. 1) Is there any way to copy the Vault from Mac to a USB drive and then import the Vault into EnPass on a iPad Pro running iPadOS? 2) If answer to 1 is NO, Assume I backup the Vault from Mac to Dropbox and then I sync the Vault from Dropbox to iPad. AFter the sync is complete, what happens if I delete the Vault from Dropbox? Will the iPad continue to work correctly? Thank you

For testing, I installed Enpass on iOS but did not remember the vault password. I only entered it once and used touch ID afterwards. Now I want to start using it for real and need to reset the vault, because I don't have the password. I don't mind loosing the data in the vault. However, I did not find any option to delete the default vault and even deleting other vaults requires their password. How can I create a new default vault with a new password? (I don't mind if all data from the old default vault is lost) How can I delete additional vaults, for which I also forgot the password? Thank you very much, David

I shifted to a new iPhone device iPhone Xr a few months back. Noticed today that there is no +/Add tab on the home screen. What can be reason? is it due to recent upgrading to iOS 13.1? Can it be due to the fact that my old device iPhone 6s still has Enpass app installed and working fine? Will it work if i delete my Enpass app from my old device? Is there a way to tell Enpass that the new device be registered as the primary one?

Hi, When I attempted to open the Enpass app on my new phone running IOS 13, it asked if I was a new user or a existing customer. I selected existing but then it said I could only access 20 records. (Trial version). I have been a customer for years and have the app installed on my computer and my IPad, and they are working fine. It also worked perfectly on my old iPhone. Hi, I have purchased Enpass in my iPhone with my Apple ID. It is working fine. However, when I downloaded the application on my Macbook and used the same Apple ID from which I placed the order, it asked me to place the order again I would have never noticed until I try to unlock Enpass with Touch ID. I have already purchased it from my iPhone with the same Apple ID. Should I really need to buy for each of the device ? My goal is to share a password Vault between Windows, Mac, iPhone, and iPad. I also expect to only periodically sync the Vault because once I create it, I expect to make very few changes. The questions I have: Can I setup Enpass to use a Cloud, do the sync, then reconfigure EnPass to use only a local Vault and not the Cloud? I would want to do this sync followed by reconfigurations to local Vault on all Mac, Windows, iOS platforms. Is that possible? I would then want to delete the Vault from the Cloud. Which Cloud (Dropbox, iCloud, OneDrive etc) allows me to delete the Password Vault? Thank you

I am new to EnPass. Assume I have created a Password Vault on a Mac. Is there any way to move the Password Vault to an iOS device using say a USB device (I have a USB with both USB and Lightning interfaces). In short, I want to move the Password Vault WITHOUT using the Cloud. Thank you

I recently updated a password using enpass on my mac. I have since made sure both the app on my mac and the iOS app have run a sync. I'm currently syncing to google drive. When I look in the application on both my mac and my iOS device I can see the new password is correct on both devices. However when I open up the app I have changed my password for on my iOS device and auto fill the password, it autofills the old password. If I open the information about the login in question using the key icon to open enpass, I can see that the item in that view has not been synced in days despite it being correct when I open the enpass app directly.

Hi My banking app Outbank has been updated yesterday. Before that, I could easily use Enpass to fill in the passwords into the pop up windows for the respective accounts. After yesterday‘s update, that does not work anymore. That gray bar with the key lock symbol, that became visible right above the keyboard, when Outbank asked for the account passwords, does not come up anymore. So to me it looks like that Enpass does not “see” anymore, that entering a password is required by the app. Can anyone imagine, what might have happened and how to restore that communication? Since upgrading to Enpass 6 the WebDAV sync to my Synology DiskStation is broken and this still was not fixed by updating to 6.0.3. It worked perfectly fine for Enpass 5. I can log in with my Synology account but on syncing I still get error 904405. The folder structure on my Synology is home/Enpass/vault.enpassdbsync The filename changed when upgrading to Enpass 6, previously it was sync_default.walletx. The Enpass 6 desktop apps for Windows and MacOS sync fine via folder sync to the new file. I also tried HTTP instead of HTTPS, still not working. However, what makes it even worse now is that I completely cleared the app data trying to restore the vault …

For the past week or two I have been unable to sync desktop or iOS devices to iCloud. I get a sync error stating Password of data on iCloud is required. OS 10.13.6 ios 12.3.1 Was working just fine then this issue popped up out of the blue. Thanks

With all the recent updates I’ve noticed and I’m not sure if it’s always been this way but do our passwords always sit on our preferred platform (in my case iCloud) in a file unencrypted? For some reason I remember stumbling into the file before and it was encrypted (unreadable). I go there now and I see they (all my passwords) are in plain language in a txt file unencrypted and readable. Did something change or am I misremembering the way it used to be?

Hello, in Enpass iPhone-app the sync-setting says "last sync today at xx:xx". So everything seems to be fine. But what irriattes me: 1) When I login into my iCloud via browser, the "Enpass"-folder is not visible /existing in the iCloud Drive 2) When I look into my iCloud Drive on the iPhone, the Enpass folder and the "sync_default"-file is visible but with a date of January. I hope this is the creation date and not the last modified. Does anyone see the Enpass-folder on iCloud Drive (browser login)? BR

I'm trying to update my iOS trial. When I click Buy the message comes saying that in-app purchases are not possible. There is also no other way to purchase a Pro version if you have installed the trial version.

I would need help resolving this issue on my iPad (Iphone works). Edit: Re-installing the app might resolve the issue. It did for me at least. The scanned QR code (keyfile) is not saved on my iPad. I am required to select the keyfile manually (the Enpass login screen shows a second keyfile field) every time I am logging in to Enpass. Initially I created a new password including a keyfile locally on my laptop. On my iPhone I changed the Enpass password and scanned the QR code to get the keyfile on the Iphone's keychain as explained in the user's manual.
