Hi, i am using enpass with my iPhone and my Apple Watch first time today. I installed enpass on the iPhone and activated the Apple Watch. Then I set Pin to activate. But on the Apple Watch, enpass is still not protected by a pin. Whats going wrong? Thanks in advanced for your help. Frank

Hi. I use 2 desktop installations and the iOs app. All on the latest version levels. I use oneDrive as cloud service for syncing. Works perfect with the desktop versions. Only the iOs app doesn't sync, even the app shows a succesful sync. It connects to the cloud service, it initiates the sync process, but afterwards the app isn't updating anything in the cloud. Even using the backup function with OneNote cloud, it doesn't sync. It only stores a backup file on the local folder of the iPhone, if I chose this. I'm lost. Who can help? The only thing I have in mind now is to save the backup on the iPhone, delete the app, re-install and restore from the local backup. …

hello, I want to use a common enpass file together with my wife on two iphones. I have setup family sharing on iCloud. But my wive cannot access the enpass file on her iphone. Is it possible to use the same enpass data on a family share with two different apple IDs? If yes, how? Thank you Thomas

I use the F5 Access VPN client on my iOS device to connect to my work network. I have a "generic" URL entry for VPN endpoint but every time I access the site the URI is dynamic (it includes a nonce value). As a result, the Enpass iOS client adds a "URL" entry to the "generic" URL entry, resulting in a whole bunch of useless entries being added. Is there a way to stop / correct this behaviour?

I’m trying to sync one vault with the same data across multiple devices. I want the same data on my iPad, iPhone and my spouses iPad. Is that possible? If so how is it setup? Thanks

The desktop Mac has an option to auto fill but NOT auto login to websites, as some websites break with that option switched on (please see screenshot). I didn't find the equivalent option in iOS. Please advise? Thanks

I am a new Enpass user. I have installed it on my Mac and it works very well. Then I have tried to install the pro version on my iPhone but the system does not let me do it. In the App Store only the basic version appears, which is installed without problem, but the Pro version does not appear. Therefore I have tried to switch to the pro version from the basic one. When doing it the system returns an error message saying that it is not allowed to make purchases from the application. The forums indicate that in order to restore the Pro version, I’ll need to reinstall Enpass app with the same iOS Account with which I purchased it earlier. This solution does not work becau…

Enpass 6.2.0 on iOS 13.1.3 When I update an entry that has a tag, no matter what field is updated, the tag is deleted when I save the entry! This is not the case on my Windows 10 installation.

Enpass 6.2.0 on iPhone and iPad iOS 13.1.3 There is a new option when I perform a search in the iOS version, iPad and iPhone, I can choose which items are searched (Title, Field, Password). But this new selection bar covers the first search result! This is ugly! Please fix this! See screenshot.

I have all my accounts and passwords set up in Enpass. I now want to start using auto generated passwords. What is her best process to retro fit generated passwords without having to renewer every account with its details into Enpass this auto generate? I have tried logging into a website, selecting create new in Enpass to get the correct web login address and saving a generated password. The problem then is that I have to change my password on the site and I can’t copy and paste the auto generated one. It seems that I am in a loop of not being able to do it. Any help would be appreciated as Enpass is a great program.

Hi, Autofill of credit card details does not work for me. I go to a website (e.g. www.gap.co.uk, www.fatface.co.uk) in Safari on my iPad, make a purchase, and get to the credit card details page. I click on the credit card number field, then click on the ‘send to’ icon in Safari, and select ‘Enpass’. I log into Enpass, then click on the credit card I have set up in there, but the field does not get filled in. I’m on Enpass 6.2.0(372), and iPadOS 13.1.2. Autofill of logins works fine. Any help on getting this working would be appreciated.

I have some "ghost"-fields in some items. there a sections and orders of fields shown, and when try to edit, they will disapear in edit mode, but stay in view mode...

In Preferences (on both iOS and MacOS) I have elected to "Show Subtitles". In all items which have URLs, I have used "Reorder Fields" to move the URLs to the top: first field in each item. In iOS this provides the effect I wished to achieve. To wit, each item appears with its item description, and the URL as its subtitle. However, in MacOS, I still see the Username being treated as a "subtitle", even though it is not the first field in each (or any) item. How may I change this behavior in the MacOS version of the app?

Hello everybody. I‘m using the latest Enpass on Windows, Mac and iOS. I do have a login item which had a custom section “2FA”. Some time later I decided to get rid of the custom section and placed its existing subitems somewhere else. I saved the edited item. Now it’s getting strange: on Windows and Mac, the edited item shows up correctly. Even in edit mode. But on iOS the custom section “2FA” remains with all its subitems! More strange: when switching to the item’s edit mode (on iOS), the custom section disappears and everything shows up correctly. After re-editing and re-saving the problem remains. In iOS 13.1 on both iPhone and iPad pro it is not possible to use Enpass correctly. The top bar is entirely white except for the Cloud icon. There is no way to add new entries.

Any solutions? only infinite loading screen after switching to iOS from Android, on Android was everthing fine ofc.

Hello, I just purchased an new iPhone Max Pro and restore my Enpass purchase. Under AutoFill Passwords, I have both Keychain and Enpass enabled. Whenever I try to use Enpass to autofill a password, it errors out with "Failed to receive information from the Enpass app." I have to resort to switching back and forth from the Enpass app to the login screen of the application. I have a iPhone Pro, with iOS 13. but my Face ID don, work with autofill. have a key-file to my Enpass library, and when I try open with PIN instead, the unlock button are behind the keyboard. why ain’t this working?

When I’ve written my long “masterpassword” (Swe: ”Huvudlösenord”), and forgotten to first chose the “key file” (Swe: “Nyckelfil”), then I chose the keyfile and my written master password are empty. See flow in text and images following below: 1. I write my “master password”. 2. I press on “Chose keyfile” (Swe: “Välj Nyckelfil”). 3. Then I chose my keyfile from library. 4. Now when I just shall be able to press “Lås upp” (Swedish for: “Unlock”), then my Masterpassword (Swe: ”Huvudlösenord”) are empty/blank, and I can’t just unlock Enpass. I have to enter my Masterpassword a 2nd time and then unlock. please fix this “…

When I open Enpass on iPhone 11 Pro. I can’t unlock with my FaceID. Only master password works. 1. Opens Enpass and press Face ID. 2. Face ID Ok. 3. Just comes to write master password, not unlocking Vault. (Image are in Swedish, and I have a key file to vault)
