  2. Hi @Pii At the moment, it is not possible to do this, but I have duly noted your comment and shared it as feedback with the dedicated team. Although, you can create a new vault, add the items you wish to share among your team members and share the credentials of the vault with them. That way, any changes made to any entry by your team members will reflect in the shared vault. #SI-2514

  4. Hi @Pii You can store the same password in your different vaults, and if you wish to view only the password of a particular vault, please select that vault in the vault selection menu (On the top right side of the application). Hope this helps!

Hi @Deuntje, @drob, @stealth You will be glad to know that our dedicated tech team has reproduced the bug on their end due to which this issue is occurring, and they are now working on a possible fix (to be implemented in the upcoming Enpass versions). In the meantime, please add the web pages on which this issue is occurring to the block list of your Enpass Extension Settings page. Here is how you can do it - On your browser, go to its Settings → Extensions → Enpass Extension → Details. A new page will open. Please scroll down on that page and select “Extension Options“. On the Enpass Extension Settings page, scroll down to “ Inline Autofill Menu Blocklist“, copy the URL of the webpage where this issue is occurring and paste it in the “ Add URL “ field followed by an asterisk in the end. #SI-2505 Appreciate your patience and co-operation in the meantime.

  7. Hi @Matt52 Thanks for the screenshot. It helps us to understand the concern better. From the screenshot, I can see that under the Enpass Extension Setting, no shortcut key has been assigned to 'Autofill or show Enpass'. So would request you to please type in your own preferred browser-specific shortcut key rather than CMD+/. Do let me know if this works.
  8. Hi @Matt52 Welcome to the Enpass community! You can change the shortcut "CMD+/" on your MAC. Please make sure that you have the latest version of the Enpass application installed and follow the steps in this link. Let me know if after changing the shortcut, is it still opening the Enpass Extension Setting page?

  12. Hi @parelius Welcome to the Enpass Forums. If you are using iOS 14 or above on your iPhone, please change the default browser and try again. Otherwise, if you are using an older version of iOS, you will need to log off that particular NectCloud and try again. In case the above does not help, please DM the below details, and I will get this investigated - Version of the Enpass app and OS you are using. The NextCloud URL for testing purposes.

  16. Hi @chris007 Once you have added your family members, they can log in to their Enpass application with their own login details. To access the Premium Enpass features, please ask them to register themselves with the same email address you added to the console. They can refer to the steps in this link on how to register.
  17. Hi @Maurizio1313 Welcome to the Enpass Community! Windows Hello feature provides you with another means to open your Enpass application instead of entering your master password every time. It is secure to use Windows Hello to access your Enpass application however, it does not replace your master password completely, and you might be prompted to enter your master password in order to access Enpass occasionally.

  19. Hi @ng4ever Keeping a .csv file as your backup file is not recommended as it is not secured by your master password. The best way is to backup your data, and keeping it updated by setting up Cloud Synchronization. Here's how to Backup using Cloud Server and Restore from Cloud Server. Hope this helps!

The cloud server you are using to synchronize your data. Are you facing a similar issue with other browsers as well. A screenshot of any error occurring would be helpful.
