    Welcome to the Enpass Community!

    If you have a manual backup of your Enpass data stored on your Android device, you can restore your data using the restore option from Local Storage when you set up Enpass on your Android device.

    My understanding is that you are trying to synchronize your data between Enpass installed on your Android and desktop, correct? If that is the case, you can either sync your data via a cloud server or set up a Wifi-Sync server to maintain data synchronization between your devices. Otherwise, if you sync your Enpass files with a program, you will have to manually restore your database between your devices whenever you make changes, which could be troublesome.

  2. Hi @masoud

    For quick troubleshooting purposes, please try the below steps and let me know if they help -

    1. Remove the item that you have saved in your Enpass app for this web page.
    2. Then, on the login page of this same website, enter your credentials. Upon entering your details, you will see the option 'Add to Enpass' (please refer to the attached image). Click it, and the information will be saved to Enpass.

    3. Try autofilling again on the same web page, and let me know if it works for you.

    If the above does not help, please share the below details with me and I'll get this investigated -

    1. The version of the Enpass app (Can be found in your Enpass application's Menu-> Help -> About), whether you have downloaded the Enpass app from Store or our official website, Enpass Extension version (Can be found in your Chrome Settings -> Extensions -> Enpass Password manager).
    2. Could you please confirm the fields which are not autofilling for you on the mentioned web page?

    1. Please share the version of the Enpass app (Website or Store), OS, Extension, and browser you are using.
    2. Could you please let me know the name of the websites where the autofill extension doesn't work for you?
    3. A screenshot of any error occurring/video capture showing this issue would be helpful.

    Thank you for raising this question, you will be glad to know that I have already shared your comment with the dedicated development team for consideration, but as of now, I am unable to provide you with an ETA for the requested feature.

    When you download the Enpass application to your Desktop, a path is created in the user's Documents folder. Enpass is an offline password manager, so we do not have access to your data, and all your vault information is stored on your device.

    If you synchronize your data with DropBox (or another) cloud server, your data is encrypted and stored in your cloud account. You can use the copy to synchronize your information across your other devices, or if you have a hardware issue, you will always have a backup.

    Note - Enpass does not automatically synchronize your data with iCloud( or any) cloud server when you download the app. Syncing your data requires user credentials that the user can only input.

While I am unable to provide you with any ETA at the moment, rest assured that the requested feature is on the roadmap and is being prioritized right now.     Welcome to the Enpass Community!

    When we first introduced Enpass v6.0, we removed the Folder feature and introduced a much better and more useful feature called Tags.

    I have also duly noted your comment about the outdated manual page and shared it with the dedicated team so they may get it removed from the iOS Guide. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!

    Enpass portable provides the assistance to carry all your passwords in the USB drive along with credit cards, bank accounts, ID cards, and other life-important credentials. Could you please confirm the location where you have set up your Enpass Portable File? I would also recommend checking out our user guide for Enpass portable and making sure that it is set up correctly. If the issue persists, then I will require some additional information. Please share the below details with me and I'll get it investigated for you -

    1. The version of the Enpass Portable app and OS you are using.
    2. A screenshot of the error occurring would be helpful.
    3. Are you facing this issue on any other device as well?

    Welcome to the Enpass Community!

    The Block-list is actually URL-specific and not domain-specific. However, If you wish to block certain domains or even sub domains, you can use wildcards by adding * before or after the domain. Please refer to the below examples -

    1. https://blockeddomain.com/*
    2. https://*.blockeddomain.com
    3. https://*.blockeddomain.com/*

    Hence, the URL field should accept most wild cards. However, if you face any issues while adding any particular domain, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to get it checked for you.

    Thank you for the details. We are investigating your concern but require some additional information-

    1. On which all devices are you using Enpass? Since you mentioned you are facing a similar issue on your Windows PC, could you please share the OS, Enpass version of your PC, and other devices?
    2. As you cannot retrieve the attachments on your devices, are you able to view attachments on any of your devices?
    3. "It appears that any attachment loaded prior to 2021 will not be retrieved."  - Have you made any change like changing the device or any other scenario after which this issue started occurring?

    1. The version of the Enpass app and OS you are using.
    2. Could you please confirm if you have observed this behaviour while editing items, creating items etc?(It will be great if you can provide a screenshot)
    3. Does this happen for all punctuation marks or just specific one's?

    As Enpass is an offline password manager, all your data is totally under your control, and we have no access to it. It is to ensure the best and optimum security for your confidential data. However, if you have cloud synchronization enabled, that means if you have synced your vault with any cloud server like iCloud or Google Drive(not manual backup), please let me know, and I'll gladly help you restore your data on your device.
