Imported from 1PW but cannot view or open imported attachments
Amandeep Kumar replied to AlphaFox's topic in Mac
I'd like to clarify that currently on desktop, Enpass can open a viewer for image and text (TXT) files only. For other file formats, you need to download the file first and then open it with the appropriate software. Could you please confirm if you're experiencing issues opening TXT files as well? Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. I'm here to help! -
We would appreciate it if you could provide the following details: Device OS version. Browser details. Enpass Version. Screenshots or screen recording, if available, would significantly aid our analysis. P.S. I suggest you use the latest version of the Enpass App and Extension

OTP autofill developer question
Amandeep Kumar replied to randomguy's topic in Autofilling and Desktop Browser Extensions
Thank you for being a long-time Enpass user and for recommending it to others. Regarding your question about implementing OTP autofill with Enpass on websites, here's what you need to do: 1. Enable "Automatically copy and fill one-time code after autofill" in your browser settings for Enpass. 2. When you visit a webpage where you've stored the login details in Enpass, use your keyboard shortcut to fill out the username and password. 3. After autofilling the username and password, when the OTP field appears on the webpage, simply use the keyboard shortcut (CRTL+V) to copy the OTP from Enpass. Enabling the "Automatically copy and fill one-time code after autofill" setting in your browser settings will allow this workflow to function smoothly with Enpass. -
Hey @M.H. Please provide the following information: - Number of items available in your vault - Number of attachments in your vaults Once we have this information, we can investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it.

Not receiving activation email code
Amandeep Kumar replied to bunnyhero's topic in Registration and Purchases
Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Actually, some servers used by the email provider use some filters which results in delayed OTP messages. Also, check the spam or junk folders in your mailbox For more details, please refer to this FAQ -
Indeed, you can use Enpass on an offline device without requiring authentication from Enpass servers. However, please note that some features, such as data synchronization across devices, breach monitoring, and 2FA, will not be available in offline mode. Your data will be saved locally on the device, allowing you to access and manage it without an internet connection.

Sure, as stated, if this is an old vault that you would like to delete, please follow the steps below: 1. Login to OneDrive from your desktop browser or the mobile OneDrive app. 2. Navigate to My Files (or just Files on mobile). 3. In the Apps folder, locate and delete the Enpass folder.

Allow me to explain. The "6.10.0 (1609)" version you mentioned is a Enpass Windows Website BETA version, while "6.9.5 (1639)" is a Enpass Windows Stable version. So, the stable version currently available is "6.9.5 (1639)", which is the latest stable version you currently have installed. Regarding the beta version you mentioned, it seems you're referring to the old beta version because today, we released the new beta version 6.10.1 (1655). To diagnose the issue you're facing on the website, we require some additional information. Could you please follow these simple steps and share the details with us? Open the webpage where the problem is occurring in your browser. Use the command “Ctrl + S” to save the webpage to your Desktop OR right-click on the webpage → Save Page As → Save. This action will save an HTML file and a folder of that webpage on your PC. Select both the HTML file and the folder, then compress them into a ZIP file. Share that ZIP file with us, and we will investigate the issue further. Your cooperation in providing this information is greatly appreciated. Let us know if you need any further assistance!

Hi @nicoduck, I'm sorry to inform you that our technical team faced challenges while trying to resolve the issue reported by @ttk. Actually, as stated previously, we were able to reproduce it, but while working on it, the URL shared by the user has unfortunately stopped working/responding. This has hindered our team's efforts to fix the problem, and consequently, we have been unable to address this issue effectively.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we understand the importance of addressing this promptly. As informed previously, the issue has been reproduced, and we are actively working on resolving it. Meanwhile, as a workaround: Unlock Enpass. Go to Security. Set Up PIN (Enable and create a PIN to access Enpass). Now, when you lock Enpass and instead of using the PIN, opt to unlock it via Master Password, the Key File will be remembered. Note: You can now turn off the PIN feature if you prefer. Adding to it user can still use Keyfile to unlock, without having to set PIN, all he has to do, is manually lock Enpass and unlock using Keyfile(do this at least twice), without allowing App to quit. Once this is done, upon next unlock, user’s Keyfile location will be remembered.
