Also, please try copy and pasting your master password in the password field to check if that works.   5. Hey @Greengood, Thanks for letting us know you would like to see support for "auto-type" . Significant user demand is a big factor that determines our priorities for new features. Due to frequently requested features like Website icons(coming soon) and catching up with newly released OS/Devices, the priority of the Auto-type feature went low. I'm really sorry to say that at the moment I can't assure you an ETA for the same.

I would like to share that on iOS devices, when you select iCloud services to sync with Enpass, it automatically selects the default iCloud account which is already configured on the device. To sync with other iCloud account you have to perform these steps: Open Enpass on your wife's iPhone --> Create a secondary vault (temporary) --> And enable sync with the iCloud Drive , it will sync with her iCloud account.   12. Hey @cactusem, Thanks for writing in. Current version of Enpass doesn't have an option to automatic change the passwords and update it. You have to manually change the password and a pop-up will appear asking to Save as a new login --> Select Update Existing from the drop-down list --> Click Update to update the item in the Enpass database. To investigate further on this issue I want a little input from your side so please let me know the following: What is the Field Type of Username? Have you saved this item using WebForm?   17. Hey guys, We understand this is frustrating. However, our dev team is already looking into this issue with the highest priority and we will notify you as soon as the issue is fixed. Meanwhile, I suggest to please use another available cloud options to sync. I believe that switching to another cloud temporarily will not affect your work. NOTE: Windows users can try setting up Internet Explorer as your default browser and then enable iCloud sync. Thanks for your understanding.
  18. Hey @Dougga, Sorry for the trouble you're going through. Please follow these troubleshooting steps and let me know if the problem persists. Open Enpass --> It will display a welcome screen --> Select Create new --> Create a Password. Now Go to Settings --> Vaults --> Tap on Primary and enable sync with Dropbox. Hope this helps!
  19. Hey guys, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. This is a Qt framework (used by Enpass) issue. We have already reported the same to their dev team. Once it will be fixed at their end , we will implement the fix in Enpass too. Please note that there might be temporary issue and hopefully it will be fixed in the upcoming macOS beta.   21. Hey @loveworksdotcom, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. To restore the pro version on the Windows PC please re-download Enpass with the same email ID with which you have purchased Enpass earlier. NOTE: Before uninstalling the Enpass app make sure you already have the backup of Enpass data. To check if you're running the premium version of Enpass on the desktop : An option "Premium Features" is not visible in the Setting page. You'll be able to create custom Categories and Custom template. You'll be able to unlock Enpass using Windows Hello.
  22. Hey @Dilip, Thanks for showing interest in Enpass. You can transfer Enpass mac data to iPhone using WiFi backup and restore services. Pre-condition: Make sure that your Mobile device and PC are connected to the same Wi-Fi and your Mobile’s screen remains in the foreground throughout the following process: Step 1: Open Enpass on your Mac and take the backup of Enpass data and save it manually on the device.
