  1. Hey @jakejohn, Thanks for writing in. Enabling Website Icons in Enpass is completely safe. On enabling website icons, Enpass anonymously connects to our server and only the hostname of the items is shared to fetch their corresponding icons. This operation respects your privacy as it doesn’t disclose any of your information to us; neither do we log your IP address that could allow us to identify you as a unique user. For example: if you have Facebook login; Enpass will only send "www.facebook.com" (anonymously) to our server and no other information is sent. Thanks!

If you want to use the premium feature of Enpass please download Enpass from respective App Store and follow these steps to purchase Enpass. Open Enpass --> Settings --> Premium Feature --> Buy.   6. Hey @modelator, Thanks for writing in. We have received no such request. Being an offline password manager Enpass saves data locally on the device not on any server. As we don't store or have any of users data and neither we route any user data. So we have no means to fulfill such kind of request. Thanks!

To restore the Pro version on your other iOS devices , please reinstall Enpass with the same Apple ID with which you purchased it earlier. I would like to share that the Pro upgrade for Enpass needs to be bought separately for different platforms, as purchasing Enpass on one platform will not let you use the full version on another platform because of the platform specific restrictions. For example, all the purchases on Play Store are managed by Google and will not be accessible on iOS, Mac or Windows Store.   23. Hey @lebfr, I would suggest you to set the values of QT_SCALE_FACTOR and QT_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTORS either to 1 or 2 and don't use any fraction number. Hope this helps!
  24. Hey @loveworksdotcom, Thanks for sharing the details. Please try enabling only one option in Enpass autofill settings and let us know if you're facing the same problem. For example try auto-filling after disabling "Android Autofill Service" and enable only Autofill Using Accessibility option and vice-versa and share your findings. Thanks for your co-operation.
  25. Hey @SaschaF, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. Unlike Enpass v5 there is no Restore option in the Enpass v6 settings. In V6 'Restore' option appears only in two scenarios: When the app is newly/freshly installed. Creating a new vault. (The app is already installed and contains database). Hope this helps!
