  1. Hi @LKo Sorry for the inconvenience. To investigate further on this issue, please provide some more details as: Which OSX version and Mac machine are you using? How many total items are there in Enpass? Are you facing this problem in a specific condition ( During search or when you wake your system from sleep mode or any other scenario)? For Testing Purpose: Please also try if the same issue appears in the website version of Enpass (the one downloadable from our website, instead of AppStore). Thanks for your co-operation!
  2. Hi @EMike Thanks for writing in. You needn't to worry about it, and take it as a word from me that we will stick to our current business model of providing the offline version of Enpass. It is also confirmed that our individual users like you would not be forced to switch to any subscription model and would keep getting the updates the same way throughout the lifetime of Enpass.   5. Hi @CHBMB Thanks for writing in. Just to make a couple of things clear, can you please let me know during sync process for which password you're getting the mismatch error. Is it Enpass's master password or your login password for Nextcloud account. If Enpass is showing error while syncing as Error syncing with cloud. Reason: Password mismatch, it means the mismatch is for Enpass master password of local database and database on Nextcloud. Mismatch for master password of Enpass comes once you change the master password on Enpass from any other device. Since Enpass data on cloud is now encrypted with new password, so your other devices will not be able to sync with the data on cloud and will show this message. Now you need to enter your new/changed master password to enable sync. For more details please check out this FAQ. If there is something else, please help me understanding it more precisely. Cheers!
  6. Hi @Bob Welcome to Enpass family! I will definitely help you in importing your database from 1Password to Enpass. For this, you need the desktop version for 1Password to export your data in unencrypted format. Please have a look at our user manual to know how to import 1Password data into Enpass. Cheers!

    Sync icloud fail

    Hi @xillu Sorry to hear about your trouble. For quick troubleshooting, please follow these steps: Open Enpass in iPhone --> Go to device settings--> iCloud--> iCloud drive--> Turn off the iCloud drive and turn it on again. And make sure you have configured the same iCloud account on all devices and Date and Time settings set to Automatic on all devices. Now do some sample changes on Mac device like mark any item to favorite, add a new item, add a new folder, and see if the changes got reflected in other devices. Hope this helps!
  9. Hi @zyghom Sorry to hear about the trouble and I apologize for the inconvenience. This is because Mozilla has recently changed its signing certificate for the Firefox browser, due to which Enpass fails to verify the code signature and throws 403 error. We are working on it and a fix will be rolled out very soon. Till then I request you to please bear with us.

Hello Guys, Recently, Mozilla has changed the signing certificate for the Firefox browser on Mac leading to the failure of code signature verification of Enpass and thus, returning 403 error while using the Enpass extension. We are implementing the fix and will be rolling out the new update for the website as well as the store version very soon. Till then we request you to please bear and co-operate with us. Thank you.

  16. Hi @noodyn Yes, it does happen like this, and is all because of some technical limitations of Android OS. We're aware of it and will fix this behavior as soon as Android provides the required APIs. Thanks for your understanding!

  18. Hi @grahamaker Sorry to hear about your trouble. Please share some more info so that I can help you in a better way. OS and Enpass version are you using? Please also make sure you're not using the extension with the UWP Store version of Enpass. Which Firefox version are you using? Are you using any Antivirus /Firewall/third party network security/ any security related Extension or Proxy? Thanks for your co-operation!

  20. Hi @fisben I apologize for the inconvenience and misunderstanding! Enpass supports importing the data from eWallet only. However, you can import eWallet GO data into Enpass by following these steps: Import eWallet GO data into eWallet as explained here. Now export your data from eWallet by following these steps mention here: I know it's a bit tedious, but it's the only way to import your database.

  22. Hi @LiN Thanks for writing in. I would like to share that purchasing Enpass on one platform will not let you use the full version on another platform because of the platform specific restrictions. For example, all the purchases on Play Store are managed by Google and will not be accessible on iOS or Windows Store. If Enpass would have been online and subscription-based software then we could have shared your account details across platforms to enable full version.
