    Sorry for the trouble you are going through.

    Please make sure you are using the correct master password by checking the caps lock off. Also, please try copy and pasting your master password in the password field to check if that works. If the problem persists, please let me know the following so that I can help you better.

    • Have you recently changed the master password on any device?
    • Have you installed Enpass on Windows PC via the Windows Store or Enpass website?

    I'm really sorry about the trouble you are going through.

    To investigate further on this issue I want little input from your side so please let me know the following:

    • Which iOS version and model are you using?
    • Which Enpass version are you using?
    • Are you facing this problem frequently or any specific condition? Please explain a little bit more.
    • Are you facing this problem when you try to autofill in a particular browser or app or all of them?

    If possible please share the screenshot of the Enpass security page.

    Thanks for writing in.

    Currently, Enpass is on SQLCipher v3. There were some issues preventing us from migrating to v4. However, SQLCipher V4.2 is out with fixes and hopefully, we can continue with the migration to v4 without degrading the customer experience.

    The premium features are just add-on goodies for more customization; some extra funds for us for putting in extra efforts for Enpass6 & faster future updates.  Touch ID is premium now but users can use the PIN instead as a standard feature. We really appreciate your love and support so far to make ENPASS6 happen.

    Thanks for writing in.

    I would like to share that since Enpass 6 is based on a new architecture, it will only sync with Enpass 6, and not with previous versions. So, to test the sync functionality, you’d need to install the Enpass 6 on your Mac device as well.

  6. Hi @João Henrique,

    I would like to share that with the release of version 6, Enpass uses the App folder for the synchronization which saves the data internally. It's hidden and can only be accessed by the app.

    To view Enpass file please follow these steps:

    • Open Google Drive in any browser --> Click on Setting icon --> Click on Settings --> Manage Apps --> Enpass
