Hey @WillWord Sorry to say that print feature of Enpass is not available in Enpass v5. You can only print the Enpass data with Enpass v6, which you can get using this link. Thanks!

Hey @Gebhard Welcome to the forum! What kind of data were you trying to import - logins, credit cards etc.? Please make sure that the columns in the .csv file match with the field types of the login items. If you continue to face the same problem, please let us know the Enpass version and the OS version you are using. Thanks.

Hey @PSt Welcome to the forum! It seems Enpass extension is unable to establish connection with the main app. Make sure you have the main app installed. Also, check if you have any proxy or third-party browser extension like AdGuard which might be the reason for the extension issue. If the problem persists, please revert to us with the answer to the following queries and we will get it sorted out for you: On which device along with OS version are you using Enpass? Which Enpass and Enpass extension version you using? Thanks!

Lifetime premium: Registration and sync

Hey @HeHoHi Welcome to the forum! You can use any email id to register with Enpass and use the same email id to purchase the Enpass premium subscription and also you can restore the purchase on all other devices using the same email account. For more details, refer to this FAQ. If you use the same email account to register with Enpass on all devices, then you will have only 1 email account registered with Enpass. Enpass purchases are bound to a specific email ID. When you use the same email in the app, you can restore the purchase across all the devices. Hope this helps! -

Hey @asim_rash Unfortunately, there is no way to recover a lost master password. Enpass is an offline password manger, so your master password is not saved anywhere. There are no back doors to access your data and we can't help you get it back since it's encrypted with your master password only. Please refer to this FAQ for more info.
