Same here…..Enpass is key for my flow, to be able to work on an iPad. Did all the same things as per above but behaviour stays the same. 

 

iPad 9, iPadOS 15.7 up to date, webdav.

Hi I have the same issue as the other guys ever since I updated the app on my IPad Pro 2 it crashes when trying to validate

I also done the same things as above to, no difference

All works well on my Samsung android phone

More than 3 weeks for solving a bug that prevent pay users from using your software is pretty much time.

This is making you look as a non reliable software company

Support didnt have the time to answer my query.

I had some problem, and your support say workking in process. 

What is the release roadmap? The app cannot be accessed is very frustrating.

Just chiming in here to confirm that my wife lost access to her vault on her iPhone at version 6.8.3. She also updated her desktop app and now she has no access there either. She uses OneDrive for syncing the data.

I use exactly the same versions myself but no problems for me -- weird.

Enpass app is rarely updated and I am very disappointed -- your testing should have caught something as obvious! Please update the app ASAP.

It has been one month since the release of 6.8.3 and we still continue to receive the same BS response and ask to be patient.  Patience has run out!

So I'll ask a different question to spare myself the anguish of your canned response:  What are you going to do for your subscribers for this intolerable inconvenience???

I have reinstalled the app and there is no difference, it still crashes and it’s been 2 weeks now without any news from Enpass, come on guys where is the customer service. Dissapointed

my app enpass in ios after the update, it stopped working, when I activate it, it closes and does not show me the passwords saved there and I have no way to see them

Hi, 

I would like to reinstall my pro iOS app, because the face scan not working on my iPhone. Before reinstall, must be to close down the app in the setup menu, or enough to remove the older version and reinstall with my account? My licence will be works with the new version?

Hi Manish, 

Im sorry to inform, that even though we've been patient, your new release fixed the former issue, but creates a new one, and the app gets frozen once you enter your password. In iOS 16.0.3 and 16.1  Do you test new versions before going production? This is becoming embarrassing already.
