  2. To cancel your iOS subscription for Enpass, you can follow these steps: Open the App Store app on your iOS device. Tap on your profile picture or initials at the top right corner to access your account. Tap on "Subscriptions." You should see a list of active subscriptions associated with your Apple ID. Find "Enpass" in the list and tap on it. Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm. This should allow you to cancel your subscription directly from your iOS device. If you don't see Enpass listed under subscriptions or if you encounter any issues, please let us know, and we'll assist you further.

  7. hi, Google has recently updated how their gmail web login looks (and functions?) and since then Enpass is no loger able to autofill the web login (not gmail app) using Firefox on iOS. It only affects the email address. The password does work if I manually input the email address. Please fix as I do login to gmail pretty often.
  8. Hi, I got an email notification from Apple that my iOS Premium subscription is due for renewal and I want to cancel - I already have a Lifetime Pro plan - but there is no way to do it. The link the email doesn't work and under "Subscriptions" in my Apple account there's no sign of Enpass. How do I cancel an iOS subscription?
  9. Enpass does not open any attachments. Text files from 1PW that were in Notes show up fine and are editable. Attachment files from 1PW like images, or pdf's correctly ended up in the Attachments for each entry in Enpass, the files are listed but cannot click on them to view them. When clicking on the three dots to the right, all that comes up is a Save button that saves the file anywhere else, then it can be viewed outside of Enpass, but cannot be opened / viewed within Enpass. See screencap: Just ran a test adding an attachment file to a new entry in Enpass and it works as expected, that file is viewable within Enpass, when clicking on the three dots, now the attachment has the added "Open" option along with the "Save" option. So it seems that imported attachment files cannot be opened, but newly created ones can. Here's the test screencap: Thanks.

  13. I'd like to clarify that currently on desktop, Enpass can open a viewer for image and text (TXT) files only. For other file formats, you need to download the file first and then open it with the appropriate software. Could you please confirm if you're experiencing issues opening TXT files as well? Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. I'm here to help!

  15. So basically, Enpass doesn't directly link up with Amazon Web Services (AWS). It's more about storing your passwords locally or on other cloud services like Google Drive or Dropbox, and Commander One. But, if you want to, you can sync your Enpass stuff with AWS S3. Enpass gives you the choice to pick where you wanna stash your encrypted data, and the aws s3 file size limit is one of those options. So, even though Enpass doesn't talk straight to AWS, you can still use AWS S3 to keep your passwords synced up across all your gadgets.
  16. Just adding a +1 on this issue as I've just discovered it with a slightly different platform combination MacOS 12.7.4 (I know ;-) Safari 17.4.1 Enpass 6.9.5 (1640) Mac App Store A couple of observations in case they help you debug: The tinymce instance will sometimes initialise, but then the content within it's embeded iframe appears to be wiped after being initialised. If there are multiple TinyMCE instances on a single page one will load, but subsequent ones will not initialise. To me this would point to Enpass trying to detect the content type of the field and blocking for some reason. But that's just a wild guess!
  17. Hi everyone, I have the same problem with Confluence (which uses TinyMCE as editor, as I understood). Are there any news on the fix? If I deactivate the extension for this specific URL, the Enpass icon gets greyed out, but the error is still there. The only way to get it working is to completely remove the Enpass extension, which is not suitable for daily work. Thank you! Details: Enpass 6.9.5 (Mac App Store) Safari 17.4.1 MacOS 14.4.1
  18. I'm using the latest enpass version on debian Linux Tested in Firefox (115.9.1esr (64-Bit)) and Brave (Version 1.64.116 Chromium: 123.0.6312.105 (Official Build) (64-Bit)) It doesn't matter which website, it doesn't work. For example paypal.com doesn't work

  24. Hello, I'm on macOS with current Enpass. When I use the Global Hotkey for the Assistant, the Search Field has Focus for a mili Second, then looses it. Means I can't start typing to search. Can this be fixed somehow? Makes it hard to quickly copy a Password without using the Mouse. Regards, Bastian
  25. @Amandeep Kumar Here is a screen recording of the issue. https://straitline.co/video
  26. Thanks Amamdeep, I'm using the latest version of Enpass from the App Store (v6.9.5). I imported the data from 1Password version 6.8.9 in .1pif format. All pw and attachments imported fine, the notes show up fine but attachments (pdf's or text files) cannot be viewed or opened, however, I can save the file to anywhere else like the desktop and view it. This is on Mac Studio and and also on a iMac with the latest Sonoma (14.3).
  27. I will never understand how Enpass's backup system works. Enpass is installed on both my iPhone and MacMini. I want the information on my iPhone to be transferred to the Enpass installed on my Mac. How can I do this? I'm afraid that during syncing, the older data on my Mac will overwrite the updated data on my iPhone.
