Please share the following details at support@enpass.io with the so we that can check and investigate the issue: When you are syncing, does browser open and redirect back to Enpass app? Does the sync page hang or continuously displaying loader? Are you facing the same problem with other clouds too? Thanks!
  2. Hi, Thanks for showing interest in Enpass. Currently, Enpass doesn't support a direct import from KeyPassXC. Although, you can try importing data via CSV file. For more details, check this FAQ and let us know if you face any problem.

  4. Hi @m.lederle, Sorry for the inconvenience. Currently, we don't support TOTP which refresh after 60sec and to assist you better please let us know on which website you are having problem so we can further investigate and if possible we will try to fix it. Thanks for your co-operation.
  5. Hi @Sa2205, Thanks for writing in. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection without any proxy or firewall configured as the registration will proceed only after you verify your email in Enpass with the OTP you receive in mailbox. Thanks!

As mentioned by Google "Canary channel is simply not a stable version, the version that is released in the canary channel have bugs that are fixed before the final release".   11. Hi @yerled, Since you are using Enpass 6 on Mac and Enpass 5 on Linux, both are based on a different architecture so you seeing two different files on your cloud. So, to test the sync functionality, you’d need to install the Enpass 6 on your Linux as well. Also, have a look at this FAQ to restore Enpass 5 data into Enpass 6. Thanks!

  13. Hi All, Please follow these troubleshooting steps and share your findings. Remove all Fingerprints from device settings. Add one Fingerprint and now enable in Enpass. If the problem persists, write to us on support@enpass.io with the following detail are you using custom Rom. Hope this works!

  15. Hi @schoonbroodt lothar To use Face ID, please make sure you have enabled it in the device setting and if the issue persists follow the below-mentioned steps: Remove Face ID from device settings. Add Face ID in the device and now enable in Enpass. Hope this helps!

  24. Hi @DenQ Sorry for the inconvenience. We are sorry to say that technically it is not possible from our end to transfer purchase from one Google account to another, otherwise, we would have happily done it. The reason is that every purchase from the Play Store gets linked that specific user ID from which it was purchased and is solely handled by Google itself and we have no control over it. Regarding anti spam protection we have noted down the issue and forwarded it to the concerned team. Thanks for understanding.
