  3. Hi @EricK, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. For quick troubleshooting, disconnect the sync from all the devices and reconnect it. If your problem persists, please share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be. On which devices and OS versions (mention all) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using on each device? Are you getting any error message or code during sync? If yes, share it with us.

    Hi @Gilrich, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. You are facing this issue because you are using Enpass different version on all devices. Please update your Enpass to the latest beta version 6.4 and let us know if the problem persists. Regarding Enpass having two folders in OneDrive, have a look at this FAQ.

  12. Hi Jacques, Thanks for posting the concern on the forums! Enpass will usually display all the items that have a particular email in any of the fields. Could you please let us know the platform where you're using Enpass and the Enpass version? Also, which filter are you using under Search - try running it with Titles. Thanks!
  13. Hi @achimudo, Welcome to the forums! We agree with the fact that there's no vault/item access protection in Enpass. One password for all the vaults. We might implement a functionality in the future to protect vaults within Enpass, although we can't promise if that will be done. Presently, users can create separate vaults in Enpass and sync them with cloud account to share items.

Please let us know the following details so we can help you better: On which device (along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using? Did you make changes in the Touch ID under device settings recently after which you don't see an option to unlock with Touch ID? Do you remember your master password? Are you able to access all your data on any other device? Thanks for your co-operation.

We would like to inform you that change email, if done on the same device on which you have purchased Enpass will link your purchase to the new email, and you can restore purchase on other devices. As you mentioned above, you had purchased Enpass on an iPhone device, so please follow the change email steps on that device only. You could refer to the help article here. If the issue persists share with us your registered Apple ID and purchase receipt at support@enpass.io.
  19. Hi @abhibeckert & @Sbu, Apologies for the late response. Enpass autofill in browsers involves a lot of guessing game. Enpass detects login forms based various input field attributes, e.g., a form with single password input, a form with input fields with most commonly used ids for usernames etc. Though not all websites follow the same practice, e.g. some websites use input fields in a div outside of the form. Similarly, submit button is also detected based on its id etc. Sometimes submit button is an image or normal text element with JavaScript handler. Also, submit action is not triggered when a captcha field is present. So, there is not fit for all solution, and we keep updating our algorithms on customer feedback. In this particular case, we have made a small change where submit action will be triggered on most qualified login form on the webpage even if it does not have any id associated. This fix will appear in next release. @Sbu We have noted down your valuable suggestion regarding FAQ and forwarded it to the concerned team for further consideration. Thanks for your feedback!
  20. Hi @IslandBoy, When you quit Enpass by clicking on close('X') button in the top right corner, the app is sent to the system tray, but the app is running, so that user can access the data from Enpass assistant from the system tray even when the app is on system tray. Thanks for understanding.

  23. Hi, Sorry for the trouble you are going through and thanks for the detailing the issue clearly. We are aware of this issue and our Dev team is working on it. Hopefully, a fix will be available in the next update. There's a workaround though which our dev team has suggested to share. You may want to try this out: Open Device settings --> General --> Language and Region --> Change language to any other language and try to register. Hope this helps! Don't forget to switch to the original language.

  25. Hi @hans peter, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. There are primarily the following files present in your system: You have also installed the extension app from Windows Store named "Enpass extension for Microsoft Edge". The files in folder "SinewSoftwareSystems.EnpassextensionforMicrosoftEd_fwdy0m65qb6h2" are for that app. If you need to delete them, you have to uninstall this extension app also. The files in the folder C:\Windows.old\ are created by Windows OS at the time of Windows update as a backup measure. They are not removed when the app is uninstalled. You can manually delete them if you want to. Also, the files in the Temp folder can be deleted manually, and it is safe to do so. Thanks!
