Hey @NordicNorm , Enpass requires Master Password in following scenarios even if the PIN is enabled: When the app is closed manually. Device is rebooted. When too many apps are active in device background (in this case OS automatically kills some apps to claim memory). Hope this helps!

Sync doesn't work
Hey guys, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. For quick troubleshooting please disconnects the sync from all the devices and re-connect it again and make sure you are using the same cloud account on both devices. Now do some sample change like mark any item to favorite, add a new item, in any one device. Now check does the changes are reflected in other devices? If your problem persists, please share the following details so that we can investigate where the problem could be. On which all devices (along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using on each device? Which cloud services are you using to sync? Are you getting any error message or code during sync? If yes, share it with us. Does the Date and Time setting set to automatic on all devices? Does the last synced time get updated on the sync page? Thanks for your co-operation.

Empty autofill in "Recently used"
That's strange! Please share some more info so that we can investigate where the problem could be. Are you using the same database on other devices? If yes, please share the device name and it's OS version? Which cloud services are you using to syncing the vault having these items? How many vaults do you have in Enpass? Did you move these items from one vault to others? Have you created these items in Enpass 5 or any previous one? Have you moved these items to Trash/Archive folder and lately restore it again? Do these items displayed in the main app when you select 'All items' in the sidebar? Thanks for your co-operation.

enpass closes all groups of label after each saving + buy botton problem

Trying to test Enpass "nothing to import"

Unknown browser for Chrome
Hey guys, I would like to share that recently, Google Chrome changed their signing certificate which leads to the failure of code signature verification in Enpass. We have implemented the fix and a new update will be rolled out asap. Meanwhile, you can click the Alllow button and continue. Thanks!
