    Hey @Ace4Cars , I would like to share that unlike Enpass v5 there is no Restore option in the Enpass v6 settings. It was left intentionally because of many conflicting situations in multiple vault scenario.In v6 'Restore' option appears only in two scenarios: When the app is newly/freshly installed. Creating a new vault. (The app is already installed and contains database). Please follow these steps mention in our user manual to restore Enpass database on your other device. Hope this helps!

  7. Hey @JPollard, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. Please follow these troubleshooting steps and let me know if the problem persists. Turn off the sync from all devices. Login into OneDrive in any Browser--> Go to App--> Open Enpass Folder --> Select vault.enpassdbsync file --> Rename it as oldvault.enpassdbsync. Now open Enpass and turn on the sync. Hope this helps!
  8. Hey guys, Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I would like to share that currently, Enpass support importing the data from 1password v7. However, importing the previous version of 1password data is already in our roadmap and will be available with the subsequent update.   10. Hey @eddie irvine Sorry for the trouble you are going through. It seems there might be some problem with the data location of Enpass. The default data location is under the User Document --> Enpass folder. So can you please let me know have you changed the data location? If yes, have you set it to any network or remote disk? You can check the data location via Enpass Settings --> Advanced --> Data Location. Thanks for your co-operation.

    Hey @AlexAfy, I would like to share that recently, Google Chrome changed their signing certificate which leads to the failure of code signature verification in Enpass. We have implemented the fix and a new update will be rolled out asap. Meanwhile, you can click the Alllow button and continue. Thanks!

  23. Hey @TGee, Please follow these steps to remove the previous version of Enpass. Go to Home folder --> Open Enpass Folder --> Double click on the EnpassMaintenanceTool --> Select the remove Components --> Click on the "Next" button and follow the instructions. Hope this helps!
