Hey guys, Add the tag name in the tags field and enter a comma (,). This way you can also add multiple tags to the same item. Once done adding the tags, you can save the item to pertain the changes. Thanks!

  10. Hey @dnljst , Sorry for the trouble you are going through. Would you please share the logs of Enpass app and Extension? It will be invaluable to our development team to understand and address the issue. You can enable the logs from the app by following these steps: For Enpass app: Go to Settings > Browser > Enable logs. For Extension: Go to Enpass extension's options page > Enable logs. Quit the app. Even from the System Tray or Menu Bar. Open the app. Restart the browser. Copy the logs of Enpass app and extension and share it at support@enpass.io Also, run lsof -i:10391 command in the terminal and share the output. 10391 is the port number here. If it shows no output (blank), please try with other port numbers between 10391 to 10395. Thanks for your co-operation.

  14. Hey @MarcusFrance Since Enpass 6 is based on a new architecture, it will only sync with Enpass 6, and not with previous versions. So, to test the sync functionality, you’d need to install the Enpass 6 on your other devices as well. Thanks!
  15. Hey @DavidL, Thanks for writing in. I would like to share that Enpass can auto copy the TOTP, just after filling the login details and you can paste that right in there. To do so please enable Auto-copy-TOTP in Enpass Autofill settings. Thanks!
  16. Hi, Actually, It's not an Enpass issue. The URL (Apple's Server) is throwing up this error and sometimes clearing Cache from the browser solves the problem. Thanks!
  17. Hey @Luc Please follow these troubleshooting steps mention in this FAQ and let me know if the problem persists. Hope this helps!
  18. Hey @Oxymed32, In case if you are trying to restore your Enpass Pro purchased on iOS on macOS, then we are sorry it won't work. It is not technically possible to share in-app purchases between different apps. As mentioned by Apple "Every product is associated with a specific app. Products created for use by one app are not available in other apps. Companion apps on a different platform are different apps—the products of the Mac app are not available in the iOS app and vice versa." If Enpass would have been an online password manager with your account and data with us, we could have restored your subscription across the platforms. You can check more about the Enpass Pricing here on our website. Thanks!
  19. Hey guys, This issue has been fixed and we have submitted the update to the App Store for review. It's in the queue and hopefully will be available soon. Thanks for your co-operation.
  20. Hey @airborn If possible can you please share the demo account of your WebDAV via PM so that we can investigate where the problem could be and try to fix asap. Thanks for your co-operation.
  21. Hey @Jay Mobile Autofill through Enpass Browser extension works by manually selecting the item with which you want to autofill as this gives better control if you have multiple items there (and you can peep into there details). For more details please visit our user manual to know how Enpass browser extension works. Hope this helps!
  22. Hey @calcifer, Sorry, the workaround didn't help. I have noted down this issue in the tracker and notified the dev team to look into it. Thanks for your co-operation.
  23. Hey @WonderPass, We have already implemented the Box cloud sync and rolled out the update of Enpass desktop version except for the Mac App Store. For Mobile, we have already submitted the update to the respective App Store for review. It's in the queue and hopefully will be available soon. Thanks for your co-operation.
  24. Hey @xarekate We are already aware of this issue and our dev team is looking into it. Till then we request you to please co-operate with us.
  25. Hey @dvdr, Thanks for writing in. Sorry to say no! However, the portable version of Enpass 6 is under the development phase and will be available soon. No, it is not necessary that on Windows 10 you need to install Enpass from Store. You can also use the traditional version downloaded from our website and it will work fine. The portable version of Enpass which doesn't need any installation and is ready to use via USB is already under development and it will be available soon. Till then please bear with us.
