  8. Hey @david Could you please try saving the login credentials using Save Webform option and try again. To do so please follow these steps: Open the particular website --> Enter the login credentials manually --> Click on Enpass extension icon --> Click on Menu --> Tap Save Webform. Thanks!

  10. Hi @Lucas Salamanca, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. Please let me know the following so that I can help you better. On which all devices (along with OS version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using on each device? NOTE: Since Enpass 6 is based on a new architecture, it will only sync with Enpass 6, and not with previous versions. So, to test the sync functionality, you’d need to install the Enpass 6 on your other devices as well.

  12. Hey @gaetawoo, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. I would suggest you please make Chrome/Firefox as your default browser and then try to sync. If the problem persists, please let me know are you using any Antivirus or third-party security-related software or Proxy so that we can investigate further. Thanks!

  18. Hey @FuN_KeY This problem surfaces when the date and time on your devices don't match internet time. So please make sure that date and time are accurate on all devices (preferably set to automatic). Hope this helps!

  20. Hey guys, I would like to share that recently, Google Chrome changed their signing certificate which leads to the failure of code signature verification in Enpass. We have implemented the fix and a new update will be rolled out asap. Meanwhile you can click Alllow button and continue. Thanks!
